本发明公开了一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮及其制备方法,涉及陶瓷制品技术领域,主要由二硼化钛、陶瓷废料、竹炭粉、贝壳粉、铬刚玉磨料、黑刚石磨料、酚醛树脂、硼玻璃粉、长石粉、碳纤维、十二烷基磺酸钠、甘油、硼酸、糊精粉、湿润剂制成。本发明的陶瓷砂轮耐磨性能好,强度高,成分酚醛树脂提高了陶瓷砂轮内部结构的粘附性,二硼化钛、碳纤维等成分加强了陶瓷砂轮的强度和耐磨性能,贝壳粉则有助于消除异味,除菌抑菌,提高使用的舒适性和安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及陶瓷制品技术领域,更具体地说是一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮及其制备方法。
背景技术
砂轮是磨具中使用范围最为广泛的一种工具,主要对金属或非金属工件的型面进行粗磨、半精磨、精磨以及开槽、切断等处理。但随着新材料、新技术的广泛应用,陶瓷砂轮的应用也越来越多,陶瓷砂轮具有切削锋利、磨削力小的特点,但是陶瓷砂轮在打磨的过程中,颗粒的粘附性不够,造成了颗粒的脱落,进而造成了使用寿命的降低,提高了使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了提供一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮及其制备方法。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮,由以下重量份原料制成:二硼化钛4-6、陶瓷废料8-12、竹炭粉5-7、贝壳粉6-8、铬刚玉磨料16-18、黑刚石磨料12-14、酚醛树脂2-4、硼玻璃粉3-5、长石粉4-6、碳纤维3-5、十二烷基磺酸钠2-4、甘油3-5、硼酸1-3、糊精粉2-4、湿润剂5-7。
一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二硼化钛、陶瓷废料、竹炭粉、贝壳粉、长石粉、碳纤维、十二烷基磺酸钠、糊精粉混合加到球磨罐中球磨60-90分钟,再加入甘油、硼酸,以300-400rpm的转速进行湿法混合40-60分钟;
(2)将铬刚玉磨料、黑刚石磨料、湿润剂混合均匀,搅拌下,加入到逆流混合机中,搅拌中加入酚醛树脂、硼玻璃粉以及步骤(1)的混合原料,搅拌30-40分钟后停止搅拌,过24#-46#之间的筛网;
(3)将步骤(2)过筛后的混合物原料装模、成型、脱模,得到胚体砂轮,所述的成型采用等静压工艺,压力为20-22MPa;
(4)将胚体砂轮进行干燥,所述的干燥条件为:从室温经过3-4小时加热至100-110℃,然后将温度加热至140-160℃,加热时间3-4小时,整个干燥过程中相对湿度控制在20-50%;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的胚体砂轮进行焙烧,焙烧条件为:从室温经过3-4小时加热至300-340℃,然后将温度加热至520-540℃,加热时间2-3小时,然后继续将温度加热至900-1000℃,加热时间8-12小时,然后自然冷却至室温即得。
本发明的优点在于:
本发明的陶瓷砂轮耐磨性能好,强度高,成分酚醛树脂提高了陶瓷砂轮内部结构的粘附性,二硼化钛、碳纤维等成分加强了陶瓷砂轮的强度和耐磨性能,贝壳粉则有助于消除异味,除菌抑菌,提高使用的舒适性和安全性。
具体实施方式
实施例1,一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮,由以下重量(kg)原料制成:二硼化钛4、陶瓷废料8、竹炭粉5、贝壳粉6、铬刚玉磨料16、黑刚石磨料12、酚醛树脂2、硼玻璃粉3、长石粉4、碳纤维3、十二烷基磺酸钠2、甘油3、硼酸1、糊精粉2、湿润剂5。
一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二硼化钛、陶瓷废料、竹炭粉、贝壳粉、长石粉、碳纤维、十二烷基磺酸钠、糊精粉混合加到球磨罐中球磨60分钟,再加入甘油、硼酸,以300rpm的转速进行湿法混合40分钟;

实施例2,一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮,由以下重量(kg)原料制成:二硼化钛5、陶瓷废料10、竹炭粉6、贝壳粉7、铬刚玉磨料17、黑刚石磨料13、酚醛树脂3、硼玻璃粉4、长石粉5、碳纤维4、十二烷基磺酸钠3、甘油4、硼酸2、糊精粉3、湿润剂6。
一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二硼化钛、陶瓷废料、竹炭粉、贝壳粉、长石粉、碳纤维、十二烷基磺酸钠、糊精粉混合加到球磨罐中球磨75分钟,再加入甘油、硼酸,以350rpm的转速进行湿法混合50分钟;
(2)将铬刚玉磨料、黑刚石磨料、湿润剂混合均匀,搅拌下,加入到逆流混合机中,搅拌中加入酚醛树脂、硼玻璃粉以及步骤(1)的混合原料,搅拌35分钟后停止搅拌,过34#之间的筛网;
(3)将步骤(2)过筛后的混合物原料装模、成型、脱模,得到胚体砂轮,所述的成型采用等静压工艺,压力为21MPa;
(4)将胚体砂轮进行干燥,所述的干燥条件为:从室温经过3.5小时加热至105℃,然后将温度加热至150℃,加热时间3.5小时,整个干燥过程中相对湿度控制在35%;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的胚体砂轮进行焙烧,焙烧条件为:从室温经过3.5小时加热至320℃,然后将温度加热至530℃,加热时间2.5小时,然后继续将温度加热至950℃,加热时间10小时,然后自然冷却至室温即得
实施例3,一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮,由以下重量(kg)原料制成:二硼化钛6、陶瓷废料12、竹炭粉7、贝壳粉8、铬刚玉磨料18、黑刚石磨料14、酚醛树脂4、硼玻璃粉5、长石粉6、碳纤维5、十二烷基磺酸钠4、甘油5、硼酸3、糊精粉4、湿润剂7。
一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将二硼化钛、陶瓷废料、竹炭粉、贝壳粉、长石粉、碳纤维、十二烷基磺酸钠、糊精粉混合加到球磨罐中球磨90分钟,再加入甘油、硼酸,以400rpm的转速进行湿法混合60分钟;
(2)将铬刚玉磨料、黑刚石磨料、湿润剂混合均匀,搅拌下,加入到逆流混合机中,搅拌中加入酚醛树脂、硼玻璃粉以及步骤(1)的混合原料,搅拌40分钟后停止搅拌,过46#之间的筛网;
(3)将步骤(2)过筛后的混合物原料装模、成型、脱模,得到胚体砂轮,所述的成型采用等静压工艺,压力为22MPa;
(4)将胚体砂轮进行干燥,所述的干燥条件为:从室温经过4小时加热至110℃,然后将温度加热至160℃,加热时间4小时,整个干燥过程中相对湿度控制在50%;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的胚体砂轮进行焙烧,焙烧条件为:从室温经过4小时加热至340℃,然后将温度加热至540℃,加热时间3小时,然后继续将温度加热至1000℃,加热时间12小时,然后自然冷却至室温即得。
上述实施例1-3制得的砂轮的主要性能检测结果如下:

1.一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮,其特征在于:由以下重量份原料制成:二硼化钛4-6、陶瓷废料8-12、竹炭粉5-7、贝壳粉6-8、铬刚玉磨料16-18、黑刚石磨料12-14、酚醛树脂2-4、硼玻璃粉3-5、长石粉4-6、碳纤维3-5、十二烷基磺酸钠2-4、甘油3-5、硼酸1-3、糊精粉2-4、湿润剂5-7。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高强度环保陶瓷砂轮的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)将二硼化钛、陶瓷废料、竹炭粉、贝壳粉、长石粉、碳纤维、十二烷基磺酸钠、糊精粉混合加到球磨罐中球磨60-90分钟,再加入甘油、硼酸,以300-400rpm的转速进行湿法混合40-60分钟;
(2)将铬刚玉磨料、黑刚石磨料、湿润剂混合均匀,搅拌下,加入到逆流混合机中,搅拌中加入酚醛树脂、硼玻璃粉以及步骤(1)的混合原料,搅拌30-40分钟后停止搅拌,过24#-46#之间的筛网;
(3)将步骤(2)过筛后的混合物原料装模、成型、脱模,得到胚体砂轮,所述的成型采用等静压工艺,压力为20-22MPa;
(4)将胚体砂轮进行干燥,所述的干燥条件为:从室温经过3-4小时加热至100-110℃,然后将温度加热至140-160℃,加热时间3-4小时,整个干燥过程中相对湿度控制在20-50%;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的胚体砂轮进行焙烧,焙烧条件为:从室温经过3-4小时加热至300-340℃,然后将温度加热至520-540℃,加热时间2-3小时,然后继续将温度加热至900-1000℃,加热时间8-12小时,然后自然冷却至室温即得。
