Abstract

风电轴承座镗孔专用机床,包括基础平板、左右立柱、主轴箱、滚珠丝杠、镗杆、刀杆、电机、胎具。基础平板固定有左右立柱,左右立柱上均装有主轴箱和滚珠丝杠,主轴箱与滚珠丝杠连接,滚珠丝杠一端连接有丝杠伺服电机,使主轴箱可在左右立柱上下滑动。主轴箱装有电机,电机输出轴通过传动皮带连接主轴箱的输入轴,经主轴箱的齿轮变速传动由最终输出齿轮连接镗杆。基础平板上面支撑有胎具,胎具上夹装待镗孔的风电轴承座。镗杆下端连接刀杆,镗杆上端连接有镗杆伺服电机,使刀杆在风电轴承座镗孔中轴向移动。本发明采用左右两套刀具对风电轴承座同时镗孔加工,效率高;加工精度高,不受人为因素干扰;对操作工人的技能要求低。

技术领域
本发明涉及机械加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种风电轴承座镗孔专用机床。
背景技术
风电机械由于安装在数十米的高空,工况环境非常恶劣,并且要求使用寿命长大20年以上,因此对风电零部件的技术要求非常高。其中风电用轴承座是风力发电机的关键零部件,工作时要承受巨大动载荷和静载荷,并且直接影响到整机装配精度。具体风电轴承座的内径公差均要求及相关形位公差均要求在高。随着现代技术的发展,并且对轴承座加工技术的要求也越来越严格。风电轴承座是一种大型轴承座,其轴承座部分工序要经镗床加工,普通镗床的加工面积有限不能满足风电大型轴承座有效加工面积,普通镗床对操作工人的技能要求高,頗受人为因素干扰,并且加工效率低下,,加工精度难以达到风电轴承所必须的要求。为保证风电所使用的轴承座符合加工精度要求,就必须研究出一种高效高精度的专用加工镗床。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,提供一种对操作工人的技能要求不高,不受人为因素干扰,加工精度高,大大提高加工效率的风电轴承座镗孔专用机床。
采用的技术方案是:
风电轴承座镗孔专用机床,包括基础平板、左右立柱、主轴箱、滚珠丝杠、镗杆、刀杆、电机、胎具。所述的基础平板固定有左右对称的左右立柱,左右立柱上均装有主轴箱和滚珠丝杠,主轴箱与滚珠丝杠连接,滚珠丝杠一端连接有丝杠伺服电机,在丝杠伺服电机带动下使主轴箱可在左右立柱上下滑动。所述主轴箱外侧装有电机,电机输出轴通过皮带轮及皮带连接主轴箱的输入轴,经主轴箱的齿轮变速传动由最终输出齿轮连接镗杆,为镗杆提供旋转动力。所述基础平板上面支撑有胎具,胎具上夹装待镗孔的风电轴承座。所述镗杆下端连接夹持刀具的刀杆,镗杆上端连接有镗杆伺服电机,在镗杆伺服电机的带动下使刀杆在风电轴承座镗孔中轴向移动。
上述的左右立柱装有消除风电轴承座工件水平方向旋转的定位块。
本发明的优点是:
1、采用左右两套刀具对风电轴承座同时镗孔加工,效率高。
2、加工精度高,不受人为因素干扰。
3、对操作工人的技能要求低。

具体实施方式
风电轴承座镗孔专用机床,包括基础平板11、左右立柱9、主轴箱4、滚珠丝杠5、镗杆3、刀杆2、电机8、胎具10。所述的基础平板11固定有左右对称的左右立柱9,左右立柱9上均装有主轴箱4和滚珠丝杠5,主轴箱4与滚珠丝杠5连接,滚珠丝杠5一端连接有丝杠伺服电机6,在丝杠伺服电机6带动下使主轴箱4可在左右立柱11上下滑动。所述主轴箱4外侧装有电机8,电机8输出轴通过皮带轮及皮带连接主轴箱4的输入轴,经主轴箱的齿轮变速传动由最终输出齿轮连接镗杆3,为镗杆提供旋转动力。所述基础平板11上面支撑有胎具10,胎具10上夹装待镗孔的风电轴承座1,所述左右立柱11装有消除风电轴承座工件水平方向旋转的定位块12。所述镗杆3下端连接夹持刀具的刀杆2,镗杆3上端连接有镗杆伺服电机7,在镗杆伺服电机7的带动下使刀杆2在风电轴承座1镗孔中轴向移动,构成风电轴承座镗孔专用机床。

1.风电轴承座镗孔专用机床,包括基础平板(11)、左右立柱(9)、主轴箱(4)、滚珠丝杠(5)、镗杆(3)、刀杆(2)、电机(8)、胎具(10),其特征在于所述的基础平板(11)固定有左右对称的左右立柱(9),左右立柱(9)上均装有主轴箱(4)和滚珠丝杠(5),主轴箱(4)与滚珠丝杠(5)连接,滚珠丝杠(5)一端连接有丝杠伺服电机(6),在丝杠伺服电机(6)带动下使主轴箱(4)可在左右立柱(11)上下滑动,所述主轴箱(4)外侧装有电机(8),电机(8)输出轴通过皮带轮及皮带连接主轴箱(4)的输入轴,经主轴箱的齿轮变速传动由最终输出齿轮连接镗杆(3),为镗杆提供旋转动力,所述基础平板(11)上面支撑有胎具(10),胎具(10)上夹装待镗孔的风电轴承座(1),所述镗杆(3)下端连接夹持刀具的刀杆(2),镗杆(3)上端连接有镗杆伺服电机(7),在镗杆伺服电机(7)的带动下使刀杆(2)在风电轴承座(1)镗孔中轴向移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的风电轴承座镗孔专用机床,其特征在于所述的左右立柱(11)装有消除风电轴承座工件水平方向旋转的定位块(12)。
