所属技术领域
本发明属于钻井钻头技术领域，尤其涉及一种具有泥石定向排出功能的钻井钻头。
背景技术
目前钻深井时钻头所钻出的碎岩石和泥土通过水冲击后，形成水、泥土和碎岩石的混合物，之后通过泵被管道吸走；但是被钻头钻出的泥土和碎岩石不均匀地随机地分散在井底各处，造成管道很难吸尽，特别是所钻井的直径较大时，这样很难吸尽的现象经常出现。
本发明设计一种具有泥石定向排出功能的钻井钻头解决如上问题。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的上述缺陷，本发明公开一种具有泥石定向排出功能的钻井钻头，它是采用以下技术方案来实现的。
一种具有泥石定向排出功能的钻井钻头，其特征在于：它包括钻杆杆身、钻头主板、钻头周向刀片、周向刀片径向进土切口、径向刀片周向切口、径向刀片、周向刀片挡土板、径向刀片支撑板，其中钻头主板固定安装在钻杆杆身底端，多个径向刀片各自通过径向刀片支撑板周向均匀安装在钻头主板下侧，径向刀片开有径向刀片周向切口，每个径向刀片支撑板外端均安装有钻头周向刀片，钻头周向刀片上开有周向刀片径向进土切口且在侧面安装有周向刀片挡土板。
作为本技术的进一步改进，上述由径向刀片支撑板所组成的平面下侧的中心安装有钻头中心底钻，钻头中心底钻底端由多个径向分布的底钻刀口凹槽分成多个底钻刀身。
作为本技术的进一步改进，上述钻井钻头适用于非岩石的软性地层。
相对于传统的钻井钻头技术，本发明中多个径向刀片各自通过径向刀片支撑板周向均匀安装在钻头主板下侧，每个径向刀片支撑板外端均安装有钻头周向刀片，钻头周向刀片在侧面安装有周向刀片挡土板，通过径向刀片将泥土或者岩石切碎，所切碎的岩石沿着径向刀片支撑板在圆周力的作用下，被甩到周向刀片上，在周向刀片和周向刀片挡土板的作用下，沿着周向刀片集中甩到钻头主板上侧，便于吸管吸走，保证了钻井的顺利进行。具有一定的实用效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，它包括钻杆杆身、钻头主板、钻头周向刀片、周向刀片径向进土切口、径向刀片周向切口、径向刀片、周向刀片挡土板、径向刀片支撑板，其中如图1所示，钻头主板固定安装在钻杆杆身底端；如图2所示，多个径向刀片各自通过径向刀片支撑板周向均匀安装在钻头主板下侧，径向刀片开有径向刀片周向切口，每个径向刀片支撑板外端均安装有钻头周向刀片，钻头周向刀片上开有周向刀片径向进土切口且在侧面安装有周向刀片挡土板。
如图3所示，上述由径向刀片支撑板所组成的平面下侧的中心安装有钻头中心底钻，如图4所示，钻头中心底钻底端由多个径向分布的底钻刀口凹槽分成多个底钻刀身。底钻刀口凹槽起到了对所钻出的泥土和碎岩石的导向作用。
本发明中的钻井钻头能够将钻出的泥土和碎岩石甩出且集中落在钻头上侧，便于吸管吸走，保证了钻井的顺利进行。首先钻头转动时，通过径向刀片的径向刀片周向切口将泥土或者岩石切碎，所切碎的岩石沿着径向刀片支撑板在圆周力的作用下，被甩到周向刀片上，周向刀片上周向刀片径向进土切口的设计是为了辅助岩石甩入周向刀片上，在周向刀片和周向刀片挡土板的作用下，沿着周向刀片甩到钻头主板上侧。另外周向刀片的周向具有刀口能够对钻井井面进一步光滑化。另外在钻头下端中心处安装有钻头中心底钻，这样的设计一方面是为了弥补钻头在下端中心处因为径向刀片支撑板的集中布置而没有刀口的缺陷，另一方面是为了增加钻头下端中心处的钻孔能力。
上述钻井钻头适用于非岩石的软性地层。
综上所述，本发明中多个径向刀片各自通过径向刀片支撑板周向均匀安装在钻头主板下侧，每个径向刀片支撑板外端均安装有钻头周向刀片，钻头周向刀片在侧面安装有周向刀片挡土板，通过径向刀片将泥土或者岩石切碎，所切碎的岩石沿着径向刀片支撑板在圆周力的作用下，被甩到周向刀片上，在周向刀片和周向刀片挡土板的作用下，沿着周向刀片集中甩到钻头主板上侧，便于吸管吸走，保证了钻井的顺利进行。具有一定的实用效果。

1.一种具有泥石定向排出功能的钻井钻头，其特征在于：它包括钻杆杆身、钻头主板、钻头周向刀片、周向刀片径向进土切口、径向刀片周向切口、径向刀片、周向刀片挡土板、径向刀片支撑板，其中钻头主板固定安装在钻杆杆身底端，多个径向刀片各自通过径向刀片支撑板周向均匀安装在钻头主板下侧，径向刀片开有径向刀片周向切口，每个径向刀片支撑板外端均安装有钻头周向刀片，钻头周向刀片上开有周向刀片径向进土切口且在侧面安装有周向刀片挡土板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有泥石定向排出功能的钻井钻头，其特征在于：径向刀片支撑板所组成的平面下侧的中心安装有钻头中心底钻，钻头中心底钻底端由多个径向分布的底钻刀口凹槽分成多个底钻刀身。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种具有泥石定向排出功能的钻井钻头，其特征在于：上述钻井钻头适用于非岩石的软性地层。
