背景技术
洗洁精是日常生活中常用的清洁用品,广泛用于餐具、蔬菜、瓜果等的洗涤。我国家庭或者餐馆的主要饮食特点是煎炒油炸比较多,因此国内市场上洗洁精的最主要用途是去除油脂污渍,因此其配方中含有大量的阴离子表面活性剂和碱,上述成分具有强烈的脱脂力,长期接触,容易使手变粗糙;另外,消毒碗柜在国内的普及率尚不高,这使得人们对洗洁精提出了消毒杀菌的要求。目前市场上兼具护手和杀菌功能的洗洁精的产品种类还比较少。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足和缺点,本发明的首要目的在于提供一种护手抗菌洗洁精,该洗洁精的主要护手和抗菌成分来自于西藏植物提取液,环保天然;使用的表面活性剂为绿色产品,可以完全降解,残留低,泡沫丰富,去污性能好,并且性能温和,对皮肤刺激小。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述护手抗菌洗洁精的制备方法。
本发明的再一目的在于提供上述护手抗菌洗洁精的应用。

一种护手抗菌洗洁精,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的络合剂优选为柠檬酸三钠和乙二胺四乙酸二钠;其作用为硬水软化和络合;
所述的柠檬酸三钠的质量百分比优选为1.0~3%;所述的乙二胺四乙酸二钠的质量百分比优选为0.05%;
所述的防腐剂优选为尼泊金酯;
所述的氯化钠的作用为黏度调节;
所述的水优选为去离子水;
所述的烷基葡萄糖酰胺为十烷基葡萄糖酰胺和十二烷基葡萄糖酰胺中的至少一种;
所述的植物提取液为藏紫草提取液、高山龙胆提取液和西青果提取液的混合物;
所述的植物提取液的制备方法,包含如下步骤:

本发明的原理:本发明为了获得一种环保、无污染、护肤、去污能力强的护手抗菌洗洁精,在配方上做了精心的选择,选择藏紫草、高山龙胆和西青果作为抗菌杀菌主体,其中藏紫草是紫草科植物长花滇紫草及细花滇紫草的干燥根,具有抑菌、消炎镇痛、抗病毒作用;高山龙胆是龙胆属植物系龙胆科一年或多年生草本植物,该属植物富含4类化学成分:环烯醚萜苷和裂环烯醚萜苷类、酮苷类、黄酮类、三萜类,具有苦寒、清目利胆,具清热解毒、消炎愈痔等功效;西青果属使君子科植物诃子的幼果,具有抗氧化,抗菌之功效。本发明另采用非离子表面活性剂烷基糖苷1214和烷基葡萄糖酰胺作为去污主体,泡沫丰富,去污效果好,而且不伤手,刺激性低,可以完全降解。

(2)将步骤(1)制得的混合物置于提取器内,加入5倍体积量的乙醇溶剂,在9000r/min的转速下提取,待提取完成后,将提取液过滤,弃去滤渣;
(3)将步骤(2)过滤后的提取液进行真空闪蒸干燥,得到提取物干粉;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的提取物干粉、无水乙醇和去离子水按照质量比1:1:2混合搅拌溶解,得到植物提取液;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的植物提取液与护手抗菌洗洁精的其他各组分按照比例混合均匀,得到护手抗菌洗洁精。
实施例5
一种护手抗菌洗洁精,包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
上述护手抗菌洗洁精的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)将干燥的藏紫草、高山龙胆和西青果按照质量比1:1:1混合,粉碎至4目,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的混合物置于提取器内,加入5倍体积量的乙醇溶剂,在8000r/min的转速下提取,待提取完成后,将提取液过滤,弃去滤渣;
(3)将步骤(2)过滤后的提取液进行真空闪蒸干燥,得到提取物干粉;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的提取物干粉、无水乙醇和去离子水按照质量比1:1:2混合搅拌溶解,得到植物提取液;
(5)将步骤(4)制得的植物提取液与护手抗菌洗洁精的其他各组分按照比例混合均匀,得到护手抗菌洗洁精。
效果实施例
采用QB/T2738-2012《日化产品抗菌抑菌效果的评价方法》对实施例1~5制得的护手抗菌洗洁精的抗菌性能测试,实验的菌株为大肠杆菌(ATCC25922)和金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC6538)。参照GB9985-2000《手洗餐具用洗涤剂》附录B去污力的测定方法2泡沫位法,对该洗洁精的去污性能测试。根据《化妆品卫生规范》(2007年版)“皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验”进行皮肤刺激性测试。各实施例制备的洗洁精的抗菌效果和去污效果如表1所示:

*注:国标洗洁精的去污力指标为2.,刺激性得分为0.5,轻微刺激性。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种护手抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于包含如下按质量百分比计的组分:
所述的植物提取液为藏紫草提取液、高山龙胆提取液和西青果提取液的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的护手抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:
所述的络合剂为柠檬酸三钠和乙二胺四乙酸二钠;
所述的柠檬酸三钠的质量百分比为1.0~3%;所述的乙二胺四乙酸二钠的质量百分比为0.05%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的护手抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:
所述的防腐剂为尼泊金酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的护手抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:
所述的烷基葡萄糖酰胺为十烷基葡萄糖酰胺和十二烷基葡萄糖酰胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的护手抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:
所述的植物提取液的制备方法,包含如下步骤:
(1)将干燥的藏紫草、高山龙胆和西青果混合,粉碎,得到混合物;
(2)将步骤(1)制得的混合物与5~10倍体积量的溶剂混合,然后进行提取;提取完成后,将提取液过滤,弃滤渣;
(3)将步骤(2)过滤后的提取液进行干燥,得到提取物干粉;
(4)将步骤(3)制得的提取物干粉、乙醇和水混合搅拌溶解,得到植物提取液。
6.根据权利要求5所述的护手抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:
步骤(1)中所述的藏紫草、高山龙胆和西青果的质量比为1:1:1。
7.根据权利要求6所述的护手抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:
步骤(2)中所述的提取为在6000~10000r/min的转速下进行提取。
8.根据权利要求6所述的护手抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:
步骤(2)中所述的溶剂为乙醇。
9.根据权利要求6所述的护手抗菌洗洁精,其特征在于:
步骤(4)中所述的提取物干粉、乙醇和水的质量比为1:1:2。
10.权利要求1~9任一项所述的护手抗菌洗洁精在日化领域中的应用。
