Abstract
The invention relates to a high-elastic diatom waterproof glue and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the high-elastic diatom waterproof glue comprises the following raw material components: the paint comprises organic silicon modified acrylate emulsion, polyurethane emulsion, diatomite kaolin, bentonite, lithopone, a dispersing agent, a film forming auxiliary agent, a plasticizer, a preservative, an organic silicon defoaming agent and water. Preparation: adding water, adding a dispersing agent, uniformly stirring, adding diatomite, kaolin, bentonite and lithopone, uniformly stirring, grinding until the particle size of a sample reaches 5-10 mu m, stopping grinding, adding an organic silicon modified acrylate emulsion, a polyurethane emulsion, an acrylate emulsion, a film-forming assistant, a plasticizer and a preservative, uniformly stirring, adding an organic silicon defoamer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based paint. The method is applied to the preparation of diatom water stop strips, diatom putty and diatom paste by water stop, joint filling and sealing of the wall-penetrating pipe and the pipe joint air. The material of the invention has good sealing water-stopping performance, high expansion water-packing performance and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of preparation and application of building waterproof adhesive materials, and particularly relates to a high-elasticity diatom waterproof adhesive and preparation and application thereof.
Background
The chemical grouting material is divided into inorganic grouting material and organic grouting material, wherein the inorganic grouting material takes sodium silicate as a main raw material and is called as a grouting material for silicification; the organic grouting material uses various high polymer materials as main raw materials, and currently, sodium silicate, epoxy resin, methyl methacrylate, acrylamide, polyurethane and the like are commonly used.
The grouting material for silicification is chemical slurry using sodium silicate as main raw material. There are two perfusion methods, two-fluid and one-fluid: the two-liquid method is characterized in that sodium silicate and calcium chloride solutions are sequentially pressed in, the strength of the combined stone is high, but the used silicate solution has high viscosity and is generally used for reinforcing and seepage-proofing sandy soil with the permeability coefficient of 2-80 m/day; the single-liquid method adopts a relatively dilute sodium silicate solution, has low viscosity and strength, and is generally used for reinforcing loess or loess sandy soil. The grouting material has the advantages of alkali resistance, poor water washing resistance, corrosiveness and irritation, and can cause burn of a human body;
the epoxy resin grouting material is prepared by taking epoxy resin as a main body and adding a curing agent, a diluent, a toughening agent and the like in a certain proportion and mixing. After being hardened, the epoxy resin has strong bonding force, small shrinkage and good stability, and is a main reinforcing material for structural concrete. Some important structures with high strength requirements are mostly grouted by epoxy resin. In recent years, the water-repellent agent can be used for treating water leakage cracks, but the water-repellent agent has strong water repellency and poor adhesion to moisture cracks.
Acrylamide plugging slurry, abbreviated as propyl coagulation. It uses acrylamide as base material and uses formaldehyde, ammonium persulfate, triethanolamine, ferrous sulfate and potassium ferricyanide as adjuvant. When in use, the oxidant and other materials are respectively prepared into two solutions which are simultaneously filled according to a certain proportion. The low viscosity of the setting slurry fills the crevices where the slurry cannot reach, and then polymerizes in the crevices to form gels that block the leakage path. However, the strength of the acrylic polymer is very low, and a certain amount of urea-formaldehyde resin can be added to prepare the acrylic grouting material with higher strength. The method is mainly used for seepage-proofing and leakage-stopping engineering. But the compressive strength of the gel is low, the durability of the slurry and the gel is poor, the slurry has certain toxicity, and the propyl coagulation slurry and iron are easy to react and have certain corrosivity.
The polyurethane grouting material is prepared from isocyanate, polyether, an accelerator and the like. By adopting single liquid filling, water-insoluble gel is generated immediately after meeting water and gas is released at the same time, so that the slurry is expanded and permeates to the periphery again, but the water-absorbing and swelling consolidation body loses water and shrinks, and the shrinking consolidation body cannot swell or has insufficient swelling rate after meeting water again, so that're-leakage' is possibly caused.

The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a high-elasticity diatom waterproof adhesive and preparation and application thereof.
The invention relates to a high-elastic diatom waterproof glue which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
the organosilicon modified acrylate emulsion (Beijing Oriental organic chemical plant)
The dispersant is sodium hexametaphosphate.
The film-forming aid is ethylene glycol.
The plasticizer is dibutyl phthalate.
The preservative is sodium pentachlorophenate.
The invention discloses a preparation method of high-elastic diatom waterproof glue, which comprises the following steps:
adding water, adding a dispersing agent, uniformly stirring, adding diatomite, kaolin, bentonite and lithopone, uniformly stirring, grinding until the particle size of a sample reaches 5-10 mu m, stopping grinding, adding an organic silicon modified acrylate emulsion, a polyurethane emulsion, an acrylate emulsion, a film-forming assistant, a plasticizer and a preservative, uniformly stirring, adding an organic silicon defoamer, and uniformly stirring to obtain the water-based paint.
The preparation process is carried out at normal temperature and normal pressure.
The grinding is carried out by adopting a three-roller grinding machine.
The high-elasticity diatom waterproof glue is applied to sealing and crack pouring and plugging water stopping of an entrance and exit hole, a wall pipe thin seam, a duct piece seam and a settlement joint agent irregular concrete structure crack.
The invention discloses application of high-elasticity diatom waterproof glue, which is characterized in that: the high-elastic diatom waterproof glue is applied to preparation of diatom water-stop strips, diatom putty and diatom paste.
Advantageous effects
(1) The high-elasticity diatom waterproof glue is an expansion type flexible substance, can resist the permeation of external moisture such as crack of a gap caused by unstable foundation, welding construction flaw and falling of a steel structure gap, and has strong adhesive force with a base material and good chemical corrosion resistance;
(2) the high-elasticity diatom waterproof glue disclosed by the invention has high expansion and elasticity, can be used for plugging and stopping water for a long time, and avoids the defects of repeated plugging and maintenance of other products and the like;
(3) the high-elasticity diatom waterproof glue can be dispersed into gel after meeting water to form a colloidal elastic solidification body, and has a good water stopping effect;
(4) the high-elastic diatom waterproof glue can be used for grouting in cracks, and can expand by 3-5 times when meeting water after being cured, so that the water is prevented from permeating;
(5) the invention adopts high-pressure pouring, has high efficiency and is simple and convenient to construct.

Example 1
Preparation: adding sodium hexametaphosphate into water according to the formula to completely dissolve, adding diatomite, kaolin, bentonite and lithopone, stirring for 30 minutes, grinding by using a three-roller grinder, sampling and detecting, and stopping grinding when the particle size of a sample reaches 5 +/-0.1 mu m. Adding organic silicon modified acrylate emulsion, polyurethane emulsion, acrylate emulsion, ethylene glycol, dibutyl phthalate and sodium pentachlorophenate, stirring for 20 minutes, adding an organic silicon defoamer, stirring uniformly, detecting, filtering and packaging.

Example 2
