本发明公开了一种用于U型封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下重量含量的组分:SiC‑MoSi2‑WSi2 16~32份、Mg‑6%Zn‑10%β/Ca3(PO4)2 7~21份、Gd2O3‑Yb2O3‑Y2O3‑ZrO2 10~20份、Ti‑28Si‑13Ni 11~23份、Ce0.8Y0.2O2‑δ 8~24份、聚偏二氟乙烯30~40份、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺20~30份和氯乙烯‑丙烯酸甲酯50~60份。通过上述方式,本发明承受力强,抗蠕变性能好,过渡曲面不易开裂。

一种用于U型封头的复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及封头领域,特别是涉及一种用于U型封头的复合材料。
背景技术
封头是构成设备的重要零部件,根据几何形状的不同,可分为球形、椭圆形、碟形、球冠型、锥壳和平盖等几种,其中球形、椭圆形、碟形、球冠型封头又统称为凸型封头。运用于各种容器设备,如储罐、换热器、塔、反应釜、锅炉和分离设备等,它与筒体连接一起就构成了设备的壳体。
然而,目前用于U型封头的复合材料的承受力弱,抗蠕变性能差,过渡曲面易开裂。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种用于U型封头的复合材料,承受力强,抗蠕变性能好,过渡曲面不易开裂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种用于U型封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:SiC-MoSi2-WSi2、Mg-6%Zn-10%β/Ca3(PO4)2、Gd2O3-Yb2O3-Y2O3-ZrO2、Ti-28Si-13Ni、Ce0.8Y0.2O2-δ、聚偏二氟乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯,各组分的重量含量为:SiC-MoSi2-WSi216~32份、Mg-6%Zn-10%β/Ca3(PO4)27~21份、Gd2O3-Yb2O3-Y2O3-ZrO210~20份、Ti-28Si-13Ni11~23份、Ce0.8Y0.2O2-δ8~24份、聚偏二氟乙烯30~40份、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺20~30份和氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯50~60份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的SiC-MoSi2-WSi2的重量含量为19~29份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的Mg-6%Zn-10%β/Ca3(PO4)2的重量含量为10~20份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的Ce0.8Y0.2O2-δ的重量含量为8~18份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明承受力强,抗蠕变性能好,过渡曲面不易开裂。

实施例2

一种用于U型封头的复合材料,该复合材料包括以下组分:SiC-MoSi2-WSi2、Mg-6%Zn-10%β/Ca3(PO4)2、Gd2O3-Yb2O3-Y2O3-ZrO2、Ti-28Si-13Ni、Ce0.8Y0.2O2-δ、聚偏二氟乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺和氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯,各组分的重量含量为:SiC-MoSi2-WSi224份、Mg-6%Zn-10%β/Ca3(PO4)215份、Gd2O3-Yb2O3-Y2O3-ZrO215份、Ti-28Si-13Ni17份、Ce0.8Y0.2O2-δ13份、聚偏二氟乙烯35份、聚甲基丙烯酰亚胺25份和氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯55份。
本发明用于U型封头的复合材料的有益效果是:本发明承受力强,抗蠕变性能好,过渡曲面不易开裂。
