技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷板领域,特别涉及一种锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法。
背景技术
废物综合回收是一件功在当今,利在后世的事情。建国以来,我国矿山企业堆积了大量的尾矿,由于开采模式单一,开采工艺落后,开采设备陈旧,导致大量尾矿残存,无法有效回收再利用。另外,尾矿自身带有超标污染物或有害组分,在选矿过程中又加入的各种化学药剂残存在尾矿当中,在没有经过处理情况下,直接堆放在地表,不仅占用大量的土地,还严重污染了周围的环境。锰矿尾矿就是一种常见的尾矿,在湖南境内,都存在大量的锰矿尾矿;在石油与天然气的开采、钻探以及修井过程中,将产生大量的钻井废液,主要由钻井液、钻屑、以及各种作业产生的废液等组成。钻井废液组成复杂,一般呈碱性,pH值在8.4~12之间,有的可达13以上;固相颗粒粒度一般在0.01~0.3μm之间(即94%以上颗粒通过200目筛),外观一般呈粘稠流体或半流体状,具有颗粒细小、级配差不大、粘度大、含水率高不易脱水(含水率约在30%~90%)等特性。且其自然干结过程缓慢,干结物遇水浸湿后易再度形成钻井废液样物,会对排放点及附近地带的土壤物性产生长期的不良影响;废泥浆含油量高,部分钻井废液含油量达10%以上;钻井废液固含量高,主要为膨润土和有机高分子处理剂、滑石、加重材料、岩屑以及污水流经地面时携带的泥砂及表层土等;此外由于钻井废液中含有各种有机和无机类化学处理剂,其中的重金属、CODCr值、Oil及表面活性剂等有害物质浓度较高,个别有害物污染指标超出国家允许排放浓度的数百倍。
陶瓷板是具有极强的耐候性,无论日照、雨淋(甚至酸雨),还是潮气都对表面和基材没有任何影响。耐紫外线照射和色彩稳定性完全达到国际灰度级4-5级。同样,大幅或快速的温度变化也不会影响材料的特性和外观。抗弯强度和弹性的合理组合,使陶瓷板具有很高的耐冲击强度。致密的材料表面使灰尘不易粘附,使其清洁更为容易。陶瓷板具有极好的耐火特性,它不会融化、滴落或爆炸,并能长时间保持稳定。陶瓷板易于维护,表面和切割边缘都无需油漆或加保护面层。
使用尾矿来制备陶瓷板也有一定的研究,如CN104496438A公开了一种石英砂矿尾矿或硅砂矿尾矿基高强度陶瓷板及其制备方法,该陶瓷板由包括石英砂矿尾矿和/或硅砂矿尾矿、陶瓷原料和烧结助剂在内的组分原料通过制坯、烧结而成:该制备工艺简单、反应条件温和、原料成本低,制得的陶瓷板具有石英砂矿尾矿或硅砂矿尾矿利用率高,且强度高、化学稳定性好、不积水、不产生二次污染等特点;而专门针对于石油钻井废液和锰矿尾矿来制备陶瓷板的研究还未看到。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述问题,本发明研制出一种锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,同时,对于锰矿尾矿进行煅烧预处理、石油钻井废液浸渍、再优化制备陶瓷板的原料组成及其含量,调节陶瓷板的物化性能,制备出锰矿尾矿陶瓷板。
一种锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,包括如下制备工艺:
(1)锰矿尾矿预处理,包括破碎、细磨、脱水和预烧处理步骤:
(2)石油钻井废液浸渍;得到石油钻井废液浸渍后浸渍液和石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿;
(3)混合、陈腐:取如下重量份的物质混合,石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿40-70份,陶瓷板废料4-13份,滑石4-13份,钠长石4-13份,粉煤灰4-13份,硅灰4-13份,膨润土4-13份,硅酸盐水泥4-13份,秸秆废料4-13份,工业磷酸1-5份,钢纤维1-5份,磷石膏1-5份,二氧化硅溶胶1-5份,聚丙烯纤维1-2份,碳酸锂1-2份,聚乙二醇1-2份,PVP 1-2份,蒙脱土1-2份,减水剂1-2份,石墨粉1-2份,石油钻井废液浸渍后的浸渍液200-300份,在搅拌机中搅拌1-3h,混合均匀后,并陈腐15h;
(4)造粒、冷等静压成型;
(5)烧结:将成型体放入燃烧室中烧结,烧结温度为900-1100摄氏度,烧结时间为2-3h,烧结完毕后冷却,即得锰矿尾矿陶瓷板。
具体来说,一种锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,
包括如下制备工艺:
(1)锰矿尾矿预处理:锰矿尾矿主要化学成分是氧化铝10wt%、二氧化硅36wt%,其他成分还含有少量的氧化钙,氧化镁和其他杂质;
预处理过程为,首先将锰矿尾矿破碎,得到粒度为2-6mm的颗粒,随后进一步细磨,使得其粒径小于0.15mm;随后在85-90℃下脱水,并在850-900℃下预烧1.0h;随炉冷却,并再次磨细,使其粒径小于0.035mm;
(2)石油钻井废液浸渍:将石油钻井浆料进行固液分离,得到石油钻井废液,将预处理的锰矿尾矿进行石油钻井废液浸渍,浸渍温度为40-55℃,浸渍时间为12-25h,得到石油钻井废液浸渍后浸渍液和石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿;
(3)混合、陈腐:取如下重量份的物质混合,石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿40-70份,陶瓷板废料4-13份,滑石4-13份,钠长石4-13份,粉煤灰4-13份,硅灰4-13份,膨润土4-13份,硅酸盐水泥4-13份,秸秆废料4-13份,工业磷酸1-5份,钢纤维1-5份,磷石膏1-5份,二氧化硅溶胶1-5份,聚丙烯纤维1-2份,碳酸锂1-2份,聚乙二醇1-2份,PVP 1-2份,蒙脱土1-2份,减水剂1-2份,石墨粉1-2份,石油钻井废液浸渍后的浸渍液200-300份,在搅拌机中搅拌1-3h,混合均匀后,并陈腐15h;
(4)造粒、冷等静压成型:将陈腐料干燥、造粒,随后冷等静压两次成型;
(5)烧结:将成型体放入燃烧室中烧结,烧结温度为900-1100摄氏度,烧结时间为2-3h,烧结完毕后冷却,即得锰矿尾矿陶瓷板。
作为优选,所述二次成型中,第一次成型压力为10-25MPa,成型时间为1-3h;第二次成型的压力为60-70MPa,成型时间为1-3h。
作为优选,所述浸渍温度为45℃。
作为优选,取如下重量份的物质混合,石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿45份,陶瓷板废料8份,滑石8份,钠长石8份,粉煤灰8份,硅灰8份,膨润土8份,硅酸盐水泥8份,秸秆废料8份,工业磷酸3份,钢纤维3份,磷石膏3份,二氧化硅溶胶3份,聚丙烯纤维1份,碳酸锂1份,聚乙二醇1份,PVP 1份,蒙脱土1份,减水剂1份,石墨粉1份,石油钻井废液浸渍后的浸渍液275份,在搅拌机中搅拌3h,混合均匀后,并陈腐15h。
一种上述的锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法所制备的锰矿尾矿陶瓷板,该陶瓷板的抗压强度大于55MPa,容重小于0.9g/cm3。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)本发明通过对于锰矿尾矿进行废物利用,制备出适合支撑剂使用的陶瓷板,同时,在制备陶瓷板过程中,还选择了石油钻井废液、陶瓷板废料和秸秆废料等废物作为主要成分,所制备的陶瓷板具有强度高、比重小;
(2)本发明采用石油钻井废液浸渍锰矿尾矿,对于其中的金属离子进行碱性条件下的沉淀,同时,废液中的石油在坯体烧结过程中,可以使得该陶瓷板存在多孔结构,使得该陶瓷板轻质。
(3)具体来说,本发明的通过对锰矿尾矿进行预处理、浸渍处理,得到石油钻井废液浸渍后浸渍液和石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿,其中的浸渍液含有大量石油;而为了提高陶瓷板各原料的粘结性,本发明选择同为废料的陶瓷板废料和滑石,同时为了优化粘结效果,本发明还选择了二氧化硅溶胶;同时,为了提高陶瓷板的耐压等强度,通过添加钢纤维、聚丙烯纤维和膨润土,减水剂和石墨粉,组成多维的结构;而在提高陶瓷板轻质作用的基础上,本发明采用免烧工艺,并且选择复合凝胶材料膨润土和硅酸盐水泥以及其稳定剂磷石膏、二氧化硅溶胶、碳酸锂、PVP等,提高陶瓷板的物化性能。
(4)本发明的锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法的制备方法工艺简单,环保,且便于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体的实施例,并参照数据进一步详细描述本发明。应理解,这些实施例只是为了举例说明本发明,而非以任何方式限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
一种锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,包括如下制备工艺:
(1)锰矿尾矿预处理:锰矿尾矿主要化学成分是氧化铝10wt%、二氧化硅36wt%,其他成分还含有少量的氧化钙,氧化镁和其他杂质;
预处理过程为,首先将锰矿尾矿破碎,得到粒度为5mm的颗粒,随后进一步细磨,使得其粒径小于0.15mm;随后在85℃下脱水,并在880℃下预烧1.0h;随炉冷却,并再次磨细,使其粒径小于0.035mm;
(2)石油钻井废液浸渍:将石油钻井浆料进行固液分离,得到石油钻井废液,将预处理的锰矿尾矿进行石油钻井废液浸渍,浸渍温度为45℃,浸渍时间为16h,得到石油钻井废液浸渍后浸渍液和石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿;
(3)混合、陈腐:取如下重量份的物质混合,石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿45份,陶瓷板废料8份,滑石8份,钠长石8份,粉煤灰8份,硅灰8份,膨润土8份,硅酸盐水泥8份,秸秆废料8份,工业磷酸2份,钢纤维2份,磷石膏2份,二氧化硅溶胶2份,聚丙烯纤维1份,碳酸锂1份,聚乙二醇1份,PVP 1份,蒙脱土1份,减水剂1份,石墨粉1份,石油钻井废液浸渍后的浸渍液275份,在搅拌机中搅拌3h,混合均匀后,并陈腐15h;
(4)造粒、冷等静压成型:将陈腐料干燥、造粒,随后冷等静压两次成型;所述二次成型中,第一次成型压力为20MPa,成型时间为3h;第二次成型的压力为70MPa,成型时间为3h。

实施例2:
一种锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,包括如下制备工艺:
(1)锰矿尾矿预处理:锰矿尾矿主要化学成分是氧化铝10wt%、二氧化硅36wt%,其他成分还含有少量的氧化钙,氧化镁和其他杂质;
预处理过程为,首先将锰矿尾矿破碎,得到粒度为3mm的颗粒,随后进一步细磨,使得其粒径小于0.15mm;随后在86℃下脱水,并在850℃下预烧1.0h;随炉冷却,并再次磨细,使其粒径小于0.035mm;
(2)石油钻井废液浸渍:将石油钻井浆料进行固液分离,得到石油钻井废液,将预处理的锰矿尾矿进行石油钻井废液浸渍,浸渍温度为40℃,浸渍时间为12h,得到石油钻井废液浸渍后浸渍液和石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿;
(3)混合、陈腐:取如下重量份的物质混合,石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿40份,陶瓷板废料4份,滑石13份,钠长石13份,粉煤灰4份,硅灰7份,膨润土13份,硅酸盐水泥4份,秸秆废料6份,工业磷酸1份,钢纤维4份,磷石膏2份,二氧化硅溶胶2份,聚丙烯纤维2份,碳酸锂2份,聚乙二醇2份,PVP 1份,蒙脱土1份,减水剂2份,石墨粉1份,石油钻井废液浸渍后的浸渍液250份,在搅拌机中搅拌1h,混合均匀后,并陈腐15h;
(4)造粒、冷等静压成型:将陈腐料干燥、造粒,随后冷等静压两次成型;所述二次成型中,第一次成型压力为10MPa,成型时间为2h;第二次成型的压力为63MPa,成型时间为1.5h。
(5)烧结:将成型体放入燃烧室中烧结,烧结温度为900摄氏度,烧结时间为2.5h,烧结完毕后冷却,即得锰矿尾矿陶瓷板。该陶瓷板的抗压强度为57MPa,容重为0.87g/cm3
实施例3:
一种锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,包括如下制备工艺:
(1)锰矿尾矿预处理:锰矿尾矿主要化学成分是氧化铝10wt%、二氧化硅36wt%,其他成分还含有少量的氧化钙,氧化镁和其他杂质;
预处理过程为,首先将锰矿尾矿破碎,得到粒度为2mm的颗粒,随后进一步细磨,使得其粒径小于0.15mm;随后在88℃下脱水,并在860℃下预烧1.0h;随炉冷却,并再次磨细,使其粒径小于0.035mm;
(2)石油钻井废液浸渍:将石油钻井浆料进行固液分离,得到石油钻井废液,将预处理的锰矿尾矿进行石油钻井废液浸渍,浸渍温度为50℃,浸渍时间为25h,得到石油钻井废液浸渍后浸渍液和石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿;
(3)混合、陈腐:取如下重量份的物质混合,石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿60份,陶瓷板废料13份,滑石4份,钠长石11份,粉煤灰6份,硅灰4份,膨润土9份,硅酸盐水泥13份,秸秆废料13份,工业磷酸4份,钢纤维5份,磷石膏1份,二氧化硅溶胶5份,聚丙烯纤维2份,碳酸锂1份,聚乙二醇2份,PVP 2份,蒙脱土2份,减水剂1.5份,石墨粉1.5份,石油钻井废液浸渍后的浸渍液200份,在搅拌机中搅拌2h,混合均匀后,并陈腐15h;
(4)造粒、冷等静压成型:将陈腐料干燥、造粒,随后冷等静压两次成型;所述二次成型中,第一次成型压力为15MPa,成型时间为1.5h;第二次成型的压力为60MPa,成型时间为1h;
(5)烧结:将成型体放入燃烧室中烧结,烧结温度为1000摄氏度,烧结时间为2.8h,烧结完毕后冷却,即得锰矿尾矿陶瓷板。该陶瓷板的抗压强度为56MPa,容重为0.82g/cm3
实施例4:
一种锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,包括如下制备工艺:
(1)锰矿尾矿预处理:锰矿尾矿主要化学成分是氧化铝10wt%、二氧化硅36wt%,其他成分还含有少量的氧化钙,氧化镁和其他杂质;
预处理过程为,首先将锰矿尾矿破碎,得到粒度为6mm的颗粒,随后进一步细磨,使得其粒径小于0.15mm;随后在90℃下脱水,并在900℃下预烧1.0h;随炉冷却,并再次磨细,使其粒径小于0.035mm;
(2)石油钻井废液浸渍:将石油钻井浆料进行固液分离,得到石油钻井废液,将预处理的锰矿尾矿进行石油钻井废液浸渍,浸渍温度为55℃,浸渍时间为20h,得到石油钻井废液浸渍后浸渍液和石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿;
(3)混合、陈腐:取如下重量份的物质混合,石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿70份,陶瓷板废料11份,滑石10份,钠长石4份,粉煤灰13份,硅灰13份,膨润土4份,硅酸盐水泥7份,秸秆废料4份,工业磷酸5份,钢纤维1份,磷石膏5份,二氧化硅溶胶1份,聚丙烯纤维1份,碳酸锂2份,聚乙二醇2份,PVP 1份,蒙脱土2份,减水剂1份,石墨粉2份,石油钻井废液浸渍后的浸渍液300份,在搅拌机中搅拌1.5h,混合均匀后,并陈腐15h;
(4)造粒、冷等静压成型:将陈腐料干燥、造粒,随后冷等静压两次成型;所述二次成型中,第一次成型压力为25MPa,成型时间为1h;第二次成型的压力为65MPa,成型时间为2h;
(5)烧结:将成型体放入燃烧室中烧结,烧结温度为1050摄氏度,烧结时间为2h,烧结完毕后冷却,即得锰矿尾矿陶瓷板。该陶瓷板的抗压强度为57.6MPa,容重为0.85g/cm3

Claims (5)

1.一种锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下制备工艺:
(1)锰矿尾矿预处理,包括破碎、细磨、脱水和预烧处理步骤:
所述的锰矿尾矿预处理具体为:锰矿尾矿主要化学成分是氧化铝10wt%、二氧化硅36wt%,其他成分还含有少量的氧化钙,氧化镁和其他杂质;预处理过程为,首先将锰矿尾矿破碎,得到粒度为2-6mm的颗粒,随后进一步细磨,使得其粒径小于0.15mm;随后在85-90℃下脱水,并在850-900℃下预烧1.0h;随炉冷却,并再次磨细,使其粒径小于0.035mm;
(2)石油钻井废液浸渍;得到石油钻井废液浸渍后浸渍液和石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿;
所述的石油钻井废液浸渍具体为:将石油钻井浆料进行固液分离,得到石油钻井废液,将预处理的锰矿尾矿进行石油钻井废液浸渍,浸渍温度为40-55℃,浸渍时间为12-25h,得到石油钻井废液浸渍后浸渍液和石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿;
(3)混合、陈腐:取如下重量份的物质混合,石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿40-70份,陶瓷板废料4-13份,滑石4-13份,钠长石4-13份,粉煤灰4-13份,硅灰4-13份,膨润土4-13份,硅酸盐水泥4-13份,秸秆废料4-13份,工业磷酸1-5份,钢纤维1-5份,磷石膏1-5份,二氧化硅溶胶1-5份,聚丙烯纤维1-2份,碳酸锂1-2份,聚乙二醇1-2份,PVP 1-2份,蒙脱土1-2份,减水剂1-2份,石墨粉1-2份,石油钻井废液浸渍后的浸渍液200-300份,在搅拌机中搅拌1-3h,混合均匀后,并陈腐15h;
(4)造粒、冷等静压成型;
(5)烧结:将成型体放入燃烧室中烧结,烧结温度为900-1100摄氏度,烧结时间为2-3h,烧结完毕后冷却,即得锰矿尾矿陶瓷板。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的造粒、冷等静压成型步骤为:将陈腐料干燥、造粒,随后冷等静压两次成型。
3.一种如权利要求2所述的锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述两次成型中,第一次成型压力为10-25MPa,成型时间为1-3h;第二次成型的压力为60-70MPa,成型时间为1-3h。
4.一种如权利要求1或2所述的锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述浸渍温度为55℃。
5.一种如权利要求2所述的锰矿尾矿陶瓷板的制备方法,其特征在于,取如下重量份的物质混合,石油钻井废液浸渍后的锰矿尾矿45份,陶瓷板废料8份,滑石8份,钠长石8份,粉煤灰8份,硅灰8份,膨润土8份,硅酸盐水泥8份,秸秆废料8份,工业磷酸3份,钢纤维3份,磷石膏3份,二氧化硅溶胶3份,聚丙烯纤维1份,碳酸锂1份,聚乙二醇1份,PVP 1份,蒙脱土1份,减水剂1份,石墨粉1份,石油钻井废液浸渍后的浸渍液275份,在搅拌机中搅拌3h,混合均匀后,并陈腐15h。
