Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型防辐射复合材料,包括外表层、泡沫金属板和增强层,其中,泡沫金属板内部设有容腔,容腔内灌入液体状的泡沫水泥通过固化成型,外表层材料是由酚醛树脂、聚氨酯、云母粉、珍珠岩粉末、玻璃微珠以及塑料助剂,按比例份数通过混合、熔融成熔浆后浇筑在泡沫金属板的外表面上,通过反复层压工艺成型。本发明有益效果是:密度低、力学性能好、并有优异的阻尼性能、防辐射性能、隔音性能等,且工艺简单,易于制造。

一种新型防辐射复合材料
技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,尤其涉及一种新型防辐射复合材料。
背景技术
在放射医疗和军事领域中,为了防止X射线、电子辐射和电子干扰通常使用铅、钨金属材料制作相应的防护装置或屏障,利用铅金属自身具有的屏蔽效应来保护人体或电子设备的安全,众所周知,铅属于放射性金属,也是一种有毒元素,使用这种材料不仅对人身体很不安全,而且会带来很大的环境污染,钨金属生产成本昂贵,因此在制作防护装置或屏障时生产成本较高,能源消耗大,工艺复杂,而且只能加工简单的金属板,无法生产复杂形状的防护装置或屏障。因此,如何研究一种高性能、低成本的新型防辐射复合材料已成为目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型防辐射复合材料,包括外表层、泡沫金属板和增强层,其中,泡沫金属板内部设有容腔,容腔内灌入液体状的泡沫水泥通过固化成型,外表层材料是由以下重量份数构成:酚醛树脂50-60份、聚氨酯30-35份、云母粉30-45份、珍珠岩粉末15-25份、玻璃微珠40-50份以及塑料助剂8份,按比例份数通过混合、熔融成熔浆后浇筑在泡沫金属板的外表面上,通过反复层压工艺成型。
进一步地,所述泡沫金属板选自泡沫铝合金、泡沫镍合金及泡沫镁合金中的一种。
进一步地,所述泡沫水泥选自钡水泥或者锶水泥中的一种或多种。
进一步地,所述增强层内部的泡沫水泥掺有10%-25%的短切碳纤维或者20%-30%的短切玻璃纤维。
进一步地,所述塑料助剂包括硅烷偶联剂、固化剂以及稳定剂。
进一步地,所述云母粉、珍珠岩粉末、玻璃微珠通过粉碎机粉碎,其粉碎粒径为100-140目。
本发明有益效果是:
1、质轻、生产成本低:与传统的防辐射材料相比,制作工艺简单,通过价格更为低廉的泡沫水泥作为增强体有效地减少生产成本;
2、力学性能好:采用硬度高的水泥作为核心体,由于泡沫金属的气孔率高、孔径尺寸较大,使固化后的材料更容易嵌入气孔内,增加着附力,当泡沫金属承受压力时,由于气孔塌陷导致的受力面积增加和材料应变硬化效应,使得泡沫金属具有优异的阻尼特性;
3、防辐射、隔音性能佳:采用泡沫金属作为框架,在框架外表层设有阻燃隔音材料,内部结构具有抗辐射能力强及电磁屏蔽性能佳等优点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
一种新型防辐射复合材料,包括外表层、泡沫金属板和增强层,其中,
泡沫金属板内部设有容腔,容腔内灌入液体状的泡沫水泥通过固化成型,外表层材料是由以下重量份数构成:酚醛树脂50-60份、聚氨酯30-35份、云母粉35-50份、珍珠岩粉末15-25份、玻璃微珠40-50份以及塑料助剂8份,按比例份数通过混合、熔融成熔浆后再浇筑在泡沫金属板外表面上,通过反复层压或模压等工艺成型。
其中,泡沫金属板选自泡沫铝合金、泡沫镍合金及泡沫镁合金中的一种。增强层内部的泡沫水泥掺有10%-25%的短切碳纤维或者20%-30%的短切玻璃纤维,塑料助剂包括硅烷偶联剂、固化剂以及稳定剂,云母粉、珍珠岩粉末、玻璃微珠通过粉碎机粉碎,其粉碎粒径为100-140目。
实施例1:一种新型防辐射复合材料,包括外表层、泡沫金属板和增强层,其中,泡沫金属板内部设有容腔,容腔注塑有35%的金属粉末与60%的热酚醛树脂通过固化形成增强层,外表层材料是由以下重量份数构成:酚醛树脂50份、聚氨酯32份、云母粉40份、珍珠岩粉末15份、玻璃微珠45份、固化剂3份稳定剂1份及偶联剂4份,按比例份数通过混合、熔融成熔浆后再浇筑在泡沫金属板外表面上,通过反复层压或模压等工艺成型。
其中,泡沫金属板选自泡沫铝合金、泡沫镍合金及泡沫镁合金中的一种;其中,增强层内部掺有20%-30%的短切玻璃纤维;其中,云母粉、珍珠岩粉末、玻璃微珠通过粉碎机粉碎,其粉碎粒径为100-140目。

1.一种新型防辐射复合材料,包括外表层、泡沫金属板和增强层,其中,泡沫金属板内部设有容腔,容腔内灌入液体状的泡沫水泥通过固化成型,外表层材料是由以下重量份数构成:酚醛树脂50-60份、聚氨酯30-35份、云母粉30-45份、珍珠岩粉末15-25份、玻璃微珠40-50份以及塑料助剂8份,按比例份数通过混合、熔融成熔浆后浇筑在泡沫金属板的外表面上,通过反复层压工艺成型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防辐射复合材料,其特征在于:所述泡沫金属板选自泡沫铝合金、泡沫镍合金及泡沫镁合金中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防辐射复合材料,其特征在于:所述泡沫水泥选自钡水泥或者锶水泥中的一种或多种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防辐射复合材料,其特征在于:所述增强层内部的泡沫水泥掺有10%-25%的短切碳纤维或者20%-30%的短切玻璃纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防辐射复合材料,其特征在于:所述塑料助剂包括硅烷偶联剂、固化剂以及稳定剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防辐射复合材料,其特征在于:所述云母粉、珍珠岩粉末、玻璃微珠通过粉碎机粉碎,其粉碎粒径为100-140目。
