本发明公开了一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料，其技术方案要点是，从外到内依次为第一羊毛层、防水透气层和第二羊毛层，防水透气层由单根经线与单根纬线交织而成，且经线与纬线均由涤纶DTY低弹丝材料制成，且经线的密度为40‑50根/cm,纬线为20‑30根/cm，三层复合压制而成。本发明旨在提供一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料，能够同时具备防水和透气性能，且穿着时舒适性佳。

一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,更具体地说，它涉及一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料。
背景技术
现有技术中的羊毛衫为一体式针织结构，具有良好的透气性、保暖性能，但是防水性能较差。在下雨天，羊毛衫一旦打湿后，会立刻渗透到里层，使人着凉感冒。
专利号为201320193896.0的中国专利公开了一种羊毛衫，包括衣袖和大身，大身内部可拆式连接有防风布层，进而使羊毛衫具备一定的防风防水能力，下雨天，可以防止雨水渗透到里面。但是这种羊毛衫在实际穿着过程中会带来以下问题：①羊毛衫里面的防风布层会使羊毛衫透气性变得很差，穿着时会感觉到闷热；②防风布层作为贴身层舒适性较差，天气寒冷时保暖效果不佳。
综上，如何提供一种即防水又透气，且穿着时不影响舒适性的羊毛衫面料，是本技术领域仍待解决的技术难题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料，能够同时具备防水和透气性能，且穿着时舒适性佳。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供了如下技术方案：一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料，从外到内依次为第一羊毛层、防水透气层和第二羊毛层，所述防水透气层由单根经线与单根纬线交织而成，且所述经线与所述纬线均由涤纶DTY低弹丝材料制成，且所述经线的密度为40-50根/cm,所述纬线为20-30根/cm，三层复合压制而成。
作为优选的，所述防水透气层与所述第二羊毛层之间还设置有吸水层。
作为优选的，所述吸水层为竹纤维层。
作为优选的，所述经线的密度为45根/cm,所述纬线为25根/cm。
该技术方案与现有技术相比具有：羊毛衫由三层材料在一定的复合速度与湿度条件下压制成一体，中间防水透气层使面料同时具备防水和透气性能，第二羊毛层作为贴身层使穿着时候更加舒适。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图2对本发明一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料实施例做进一步说明。
如图1与2所示，羊毛衫由三层材料在一定的复合速度与湿度条件下压制成一体，中间为防水透气层2，防水透气层2由单根经线21和单根纬线22交织而成，且经线21与纬线22均由涤纶DTY低弹丝材料（一种创口贴材料）制成，这种材料本身均具有一定的防水性能，水分子不能渗透到材料内部，稳定性高，经线21的密度为40-50根/cm,纬线22为20-30根/cm，两者高密度交织在一起，经线21与纬线22之间会形成很小的间隙，水珠颗粒较大，由于水珠表面的张力作用（水分子之间会相互拉扯抗衡），水分子不能顺利脱离水珠穿过间隙到达第二羊毛层3，进而使面料具备防水性，但是经线21与纬线22形成的间隙空间仍然可以使空气通过，进而使面料同时具备防水性和良好的透气性；防水透气层2里层为第二羊毛层3，第二羊毛层3作为贴身层使穿着时候更加舒适。
进一步，防水透气层2与第二羊毛层3之间还设置有吸水层4，当有极少部分水珠从防水透气层2中穿过时，吸水层4可以起到二次防御及时吸附水珠，减少第二羊毛层3水分，保暖性和防水性更佳。
进一步，竹原纤维具备瞬间吸水性和良好的透气性，故吸水层4优选为竹纤维层。
进一步，经线21的密度优选为45根/cm,纬线22的密度优选为25根/cm。

1.一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料，其特征是：从外到内依次为第一羊毛层、防水透气层和第二羊毛层，所述防水透气层由单根经线与单根纬线交织而成，且所述经线与所述纬线均由涤纶DTY低弹丝材料制成，且所述经线的密度为40-50根/cm,所述纬线为20-30根/cm，三层复合压制而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料,其特征是：所述防水透气层与所述第二羊毛层之间还设置有吸水层。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料,其特征是：所述吸水层为竹纤维层。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种防水透气羊毛衫复合面料,其特征是：所述经线的密度为45根/cm,所述纬线为25根/cm。
