本发明公开了一种用于玻璃钢拉挤工艺的支架,包括框架,框架顶部通过主轴固定滚筒,滚筒下方设有格栅,格栅下部为支撑条,框架底部设有卡板。本发明通过滚筒、格栅、支撑条和卡板分别固定多种纤维原料,保证各原料在进入拉挤机器的速度相同,达到一个良好的拉挤效果。

本发明属于拉挤工艺技术领域,具体涉及一种用于玻璃钢拉挤工艺的支架。
背景技术
玻璃钢管道管壁厚、强度高,具有很好的防腐蚀性和耐磨性,且施工快、性价比高,已经广泛应用于水利工程、石化产业等领域。传统的玻璃钢管道采用手工糊制成型技术或离心浇注成型技术制作,而手工糊制成型费人力、离心浇注成型占地面积大且能耗高,因此,目前多采用拉挤工艺来生产玻璃钢。拉挤工艺的制备过程是把各种纤维同时匀速地导入拉挤机器进行拉挤,对各种原料的速度控制很重要,要保证各原料与拉挤机器处于合适的高度,因此需要采用多功能的支架来对各原料同时进行支撑。
发明内容
发明目的:本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种用于玻璃钢拉挤工艺的支架。
技术方案:为了达到上述发明目的,本发明具体是这样来完成的:一种用于玻璃钢拉挤工艺的支架,包括框架,框架顶部通过主轴固定滚筒,滚筒下方设有格栅,格栅下部为支撑条,框架底部设有卡板。
其中,所述卡板带有若干凹槽。
其中,所述格栅上的通孔为长方形或圆形。
其中,所述滚筒与格栅、格栅与支撑条之间均存在间隙。
有益效果:本发明与传统技术相比,通过滚筒、格栅、支撑条和卡板分别固定多种纤维原料,保证各原料在进入拉挤机器的速度相同,达到一个良好的拉挤效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示的一种用于玻璃钢拉挤工艺的支架,包括框架1,框架1顶部通过主轴2固定滚筒3,滚筒3下方设有格栅4,格栅4下部为支撑条5,框架1底部设有卡板6,所述卡板6带有若干凹槽61,格栅4上的通孔为长方形或圆形,优选正方形;滚筒3与格栅4、格栅4与支撑条5之间均存在间隙,方便原料在进入拉挤机器时不会发生上下方卡阻的问题。

1.一种用于玻璃钢拉挤工艺的支架,其特征在于,包括框架(1),框架(1)顶部通过主轴(2)固定滚筒(3),滚筒(3)下方设有格栅(4),格栅(4)下部为支撑条(5),框架(1)底部设有卡板(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于玻璃钢拉挤工艺的支架,其特征在于,所述卡板(6)带有若干凹槽(61)。
