背景技术
浮法玻璃生产是现代玻璃加工行业常用的加工方法，其是将高温液态玻璃通过锡槽中，利用锡液表面承载高温液态玻璃并进行冷却，最后进行后续加工得到成品玻璃，尤其适用于制造平板玻璃。当平板玻璃下线时，需要用到防霉纸铺设在平板玻璃上防霉，现有技术铺设防霉纸整个工作为工作人员长时间弯腰手工进行，费时费力，工作效率低下。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种平板玻璃铺纸装置，以解决现有技术人工铺设防霉纸工作效率低下的问题。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型所采用的技术方案为：
一种平板玻璃铺纸装置，包括有承接浮法玻璃生产线出口处的玻璃板传送带，其特征在于：还包括有设置并承接在玻璃板传送带一侧的纸传送带，所述纸传送带运动方向与玻璃板传送带在水平面内垂直，所述玻璃板传送带另一侧设置有立座，立座上支撑有伸向玻璃板传送带上方的顶座，顶座上安装有气缸，气缸活塞杆竖直向下穿过顶座伸向玻璃板传送带上方，且气缸活塞杆底端连接有橡胶压板。

本实用新型结构简单，易于实现，利用纸传送带向玻璃板传送带上输送防霉纸，然后利用橡胶压板将防霉纸压在平板玻璃上，无须工作人员手工进行，节省了劳动力，并提高了工作效率。

如图1所示。一种平板玻璃铺纸装置，包括有承接浮法玻璃生产线2出口处的玻璃板传送带1，还包括有设置并承接在玻璃板传送带1一侧的纸传送带3，纸传送带3运动方向与玻璃板传送带1在水平面内垂直，玻璃板传送带1另一侧设置有立座4，立座4上支撑有伸向玻璃板传送带1上方的顶座5，顶座5上安装有气缸6，气缸6活塞杆竖直向下穿过顶座5伸向玻璃板传送带1上方，且气缸6活塞杆底端连接有橡胶压板7。纸传送带3带面高于玻璃板传送带1带面。

1.一种平板玻璃铺纸装置，包括有承接浮法玻璃生产线出口处的玻璃板传送带，其特征在于：还包括有设置并承接在玻璃板传送带一侧的纸传送带，所述纸传送带运动方向与玻璃板传送带在水平面内垂直，所述玻璃板传送带另一侧设置有立座，立座上支撑有伸向玻璃板传送带上方的顶座，顶座上安装有气缸，气缸活塞杆竖直向下穿过顶座伸向玻璃板传送带上方，且气缸活塞杆底端连接有橡胶压板。
