本发明涉及一种玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)制品的深加工装备,具体涉及一种GRC板用铣槽机。包括钻头、钻头移动架、骨架、电机、带轮和凸轮连杆机构;所述骨架是一个上方带有导轨的四方形立体框架,所述钻头移动架设置在所述骨架导轨上,所述钻头与转筒相连固定在钻头移动架上;所述电机安装在所述骨架底部,带轮一安装在电机上,带轮二安装在所述骨架底部的中间,带轮三安装在所述骨架的中间钢架上,带轮四安装在所述钻头移动架上,位于钻头和转筒之间;所述钻头移动架与带轮三通过所述凸轮连杆机构相连;所述带轮之间通过皮带连接。利用本发明铣槽机开槽,能够保证槽口精度,使建筑不同GRC板块衔接自然顺畅。

一种GRC板用铣槽机
技术领域
本发明涉及GRC制品的深加工装备,具体涉及一种GRC板用铣槽机。
背景技术
玻璃纤维增强水泥(GRC)制品作为一种新型外墙装饰材料,具有高强轻质、可塑性强、清洁环保、设计独特、装饰效果明显及薄壁大板等优点。GRC制品类型分为平板、折板、曲面板等多种类型,且很多都是曲面和双曲面板,为了保证在安装时不同板块衔接自然顺畅,板块间常需要设置安装槽。传统工艺常采用人工铣槽,对槽孔的宽度、深度无法做到精确加工。市面上的铣槽装置多为木工或大理石铣槽机,由于GRC板材强度高,这两种铣槽机加工速度慢,铣刀往返进给速度不匹配,且加工精度不够,开槽会形成圆弧面,也影响板块间安装的密合度,给建筑使用带来了安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足之处提供一种铣槽机,实现GRC制品自动化、机械化开槽,提高安装精度,降低劳动强度。
一种GRC板用铣槽机,包括钻头、钻头移动架、骨架、电机、带轮和凸轮连杆机构;所述骨架是一个上方带有导轨的四方形立体框架,所述钻头移动架设置在所述骨架导轨上,所述钻头与转筒相连固定在钻头移动架上;所述电机安装在所述骨架底部,带轮一安装在电机上,带轮二安装在所述骨架底部的中间,带轮三安装在所述骨架的中间钢架上,带轮四安装在所述钻头移动架上,位于钻头和转筒之间;所述钻头移动架与带轮三通过所述凸轮连杆机构相连;所述带轮之间通过皮带连接。
所述带轮一和带轮二包括一个大轮和小轮。
本发明的铣槽机,对GRC制品进行铣槽时,电机发电,带轮一的大轮带动带轮四,带轮一的小轮带动带轮二的大轮,带轮二的小轮再带动带轮三,带轮三连接带轮四带动凸轮连杆机构,使钻头移动架来回移动,从而实现钻头的钻槽行程及转速。
有益效果:
1.采用机械化设备代替人工铣槽,设备操作简单,控制精度高;显著改善劳动环境、降低劳动强度,提高生产效率。
2.与传统铣槽装置相比,为GRC专用装备,能够铣出不带圆弧的槽口,提高GRC制品的安装精度。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
图中:1-钻头,2-钻头移动架,3-骨架,5-电机,6-带轮一,8-带轮二,10-带轮三,11-带轮四,12-凸轮连杆机构,13-转筒。
如图1-3所示,一种GRC板用铣槽机,包括钻头1、钻头移动架2、骨架3、电机5、带轮和凸轮连杆机构12;骨架3是一个上方带有导轨的四方形立体框架,钻头移动架2设置在骨架导轨上,钻头1与转筒13相连固定在钻头移动架2上;电机5安装在骨架底部,带轮一6安装在电机5上,带轮二8安装在骨架底部的中间,带轮三10安装在骨架的中间钢架上,带轮四11安装在钻头移动架2上,位于钻头1和转筒13之间;钻头移动架2与带轮三10通过凸轮连杆机构12相连;带轮之间通过皮带连接。
本发明的铣槽机,对GRC制品进行铣槽时,通过电机5发电,带轮一6的大轮带动带轮四11,带轮一6的小轮带动带轮二8的大轮,带轮二8的小轮再带动带轮三10,带轮三10连接带轮四11带动凸轮连杆机构12,使钻头移动架2来回移动,从而实现钻头1的钻槽行程及转速。
如图4所示,为大理石铣槽机与本发明铣槽机的切割槽口对比图,图中A为大理石切割锯片尺寸,剖面线区B为本发明铣槽机的切割槽口,符合实际需要的槽口尺寸。

1.一种GRC板用铣槽机,其特征在于,包括钻头、钻头移动架、骨架、电机、带轮和凸轮连杆机构;所述骨架是一个上方带有导轨的四方形立体框架,所述钻头移动架设置在所述骨架导轨上,所述钻头与转筒相连固定在钻头移动架上;所述电机安装在所述骨架底部,带轮一安装在电机上,带轮二安装在所述骨架底部的中间,带轮三安装在所述骨架的中间钢架上,带轮四安装在所述钻头移动架上,位于钻头和转筒之间;所述钻头移动架与带轮三通过所述凸轮连杆机构相连;所述带轮之间通过皮带连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的GRC板用铣槽机,其特征在于,所述带轮一和带轮二分别包括大轮和小轮。
3.一种权利要求2所述的铣槽机的使用方法,其特征在于,电机发电,带轮一的大轮带动带轮四,带轮一的小轮带动带轮二的大轮,带轮二的小轮再带动带轮三,带轮三连接带轮四带动凸轮连杆机构,使钻头移动架来回移动,从而实现钻头的钻槽行程及转速。
