本发明公开了一种新式进料振动筛,包括振动筛架,所述振动筛架上设置有三个小弹性支撑,三个小弹性支撑均与下端的振动料盘连接,所述振动筛架上设置有转动盘,所述转动盘与振动料盘之间用伸缩螺杆连接,所述转动盘由固定在振动筛架上的驱动电机连接驱动。本发明通过设置设有多个小弹性支撑连接振动筛架与振动料盘,使结构更稳定,通过伸缩螺杆与振动料盘小的角度变化,使料振动料盘竖直方向运动小,性能更稳定,配合有台阶等,使振动筛性能更优良。

技术领域
本发明涉及色选机领域,具体是一种新式进料振动筛。
背景技术
振动筛作为色选机前期物料传送的工具,作用一般是传输物料,并且将物料打散排布,使物料进入色选机中时更好的筛选,但是许多的振动筛振动幅度过大,振动不够彻底。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种构造简单,造价低廉,使用方便的新式进料振动筛。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种新式进料振动筛,包括振动筛架,所述振动筛架上设置有三个小弹性支撑,三个小弹性支撑均与下端的振动料盘连接,所述振动筛架上设置有转动盘,所述转动盘与振动料盘之间用伸缩螺杆连接,所述转动盘由固定在振动筛架上的驱动电机连接驱动。
进一步的,所述振动料盘底部设置有台阶。
优选的,所述振动筛架底部设置有弹簧,弹簧底部设置有弹簧座。
优选的,所述伸缩螺杆与振动料盘的角度在15°到20°范围内变化。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过设置设有多个小弹性支撑连接振动筛架与振动料盘,使结构更稳定,通过伸缩螺杆与振动料盘小的角度变化,使料振动料盘竖直方向运动小,性能更稳定,配合有台阶等,使振动筛性能更优良。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
如图1所示,本发明公开一种新式进料振动筛,包括振动筛架1,所述振动筛架1上设置有三个小弹性支撑2,三个小弹性支撑2均与下端的振动料盘3连接,振动料盘3由小弹性支撑2连接,可自由左右摆动。
所述振动筛架1上设置有转动盘4,所述转动盘4与振动料盘3之间用伸缩螺杆5连接,所述转动盘4由固定在振动筛架1上的驱动电机6连接驱动。
工作时,驱动电机6工作,驱动电机6带动转动盘4转动,转动盘4带动伸缩螺杆5进行伸缩,伸缩螺杆5带动振动料盘3运动,从而振动物料。
所述振动料盘3底部设置有台阶7,在振动传输过程中,使结成的团状、块状的物料,经过台阶7,以及机械振动,快速散开。
所述振动筛架1底部设置有弹簧8,弹簧8底部设置有弹簧座9。在振动筛振动工作时,起到减少振动筛架1底部的振动,降低对地面造成的损坏,以及振动噪音。
所述伸缩螺杆5与振动料盘3的角度在15°到20°范围内变化,小的角度变化,使振动料盘3在竖直方向上受力小,而水平方向上的受力大,保证振动传输稳定。

1.一种新式进料振动筛,其特征在于,包括振动筛架,所述振动筛架上设置有三个小弹性支撑,三个小弹性支撑均与下端的振动料盘连接,所述振动筛架上设置有转动盘,所述转动盘与振动料盘之间用伸缩螺杆连接,所述转动盘由固定在振动筛架上的驱动电机连接驱动。
2.根据权利要求1所述新式进料振动筛,其特征在于,所述振动料盘底部设置有台阶。
3.根据权利要求1所述新式进料振动筛,其特征在于,所述振动筛架底部设置有弹簧,弹簧底部设置有弹簧座。
4.根据权利要求1所述新式进料振动筛,其特征在于,所述伸缩螺杆与振动料盘的角度在15°到20°范围内变化。
