Abstract

本发明公开了一种油品混合装置，包括反应器，反应器顶部设有入料口，反应器顶部另设有具有空腔的搅拌棒，搅拌棒由转动机牵引并通过反应器外部的电机制动，所述搅拌棒端部设有微孔；所述反应器下方设有空气管，空气管由反应器外部的空气泵提供气体；反应器底部设有出料口。本发明通过将搅拌棒设计成添加剂入口，避免了油品与添加剂同时从入料口导入造成局部浓度过低的问题，在油品从入料口加入的同时，添加剂从搅拌棒内的空腔导入并边导入边搅拌，达到混合浓度均匀的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于石油化工领域，具体涉及一种油品混合装置。
背景技术
石油开采出来后，通过后续加工工艺制备成各个标准的油品，这些油品如果直接燃烧会因为纯度等原因产生燃烧不充分的现象，必须在油品中投加一定量的添加剂来使之燃烧充分。有些添加剂是固体小颗粒状，如果和油品由同一加料口加入混合装置，会粘在装置侧壁的油品上导致浓度与计算量不符，影响油品的燃烧效率。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足，提供一种油品混合装置。
技术方案：为了达到上述目的，本发明具体是这样来实现的：一种油品混合装置，包括反应器，反应器顶部设有入料口，反应器顶部另设有具有空腔的搅拌棒，搅拌棒由转动机牵引并通过反应器外部的电机制动，所述搅拌棒端部设有微孔；所述反应器下方设有空气管，空气管由反应器外部的空气泵提供气体；反应器底部设有出料口。
其中，所述空气管设有一组分支空气管。
其中，所述搅拌棒为螺旋形。
有益效果：本发明与传统技术相比，通过将搅拌棒设计成添加剂入口，避免了油品与添加剂同时从入料口导入造成局部浓度过低的问题，在油品从入料口加入的同时，添加剂从搅拌棒内的空腔导入并边导入边搅拌，达到混合浓度均匀的目的。

如图1所示的一种油品混合装置，包括反应器1，反应器1顶部设有入料口2，反应器1顶部另设有具有空腔的搅拌棒3，搅拌棒3由转动机4牵引并通过反应器1外部的电机5制动，所述搅拌棒3端部设有微孔6；所述反应器1下方设有空气管7，空气管7由反应器1外部的空气泵8提供气体；反应器1底部设有出料口9，所述空气管7设有一组分支空气管，所述搅拌棒3为螺旋形。

1.一种油品混合装置，其特征在于，包括反应器（1），反应器（1）顶部设有入料口（2），反应器（1）顶部另设有具有空腔的搅拌棒（3），搅拌棒（3）由转动机（4）牵引并通过反应器（1）外部的电机（5）制动，所述搅拌棒（3）端部设有微孔（6）；所述反应器（1）下方设有空气管（7），空气管（7）由反应器（1）外部的空气泵（8）提供气体；反应器（1）底部设有出料口（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的油品混合装置，其特征在于，所述空气管（7）设有一组分支空气管。
