背景技术
原有的注塑机上是没有安装设置有上料机，现有技术中也没有能够与注塑机相适应的上料机，注塑机工作上料时，是通过操作人员搭建一可达注塑机料斗高度的梯子，站在梯子上手动上料，这种上料方式，操作缓慢，更主要是这种上料方式及其危险，操作人员极易从站立的梯子上摔下，会给操作人员带来一定的身体伤害。

本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可以自动给注塑机上塑胶粉的上料机。 
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型提供一种塑胶粉上料机，包括盛料斗，盛料斗上连接有上料装置，上料装置包括与盛料斗连接的倾斜上料管，上料管内设置有螺旋上料轴。 
优选的，盛料斗底部设置成漏斗状，并设置有落料口。 
优选的，上料管下端部与所述落料口连接，上端部设置有出料口。 
优选的，螺旋上料轴的长度与上料管的长度相适应。 
优选的，螺旋上料轴上端部设置有传动轮，所述传动轮与电机连接。 
采用上述技术方案的有益效果是：一种塑胶粉上料机，包括盛料斗，盛料斗装盛注塑机需要的塑胶粉，盛料斗上连接有上料装置，上料装置完成对注塑机的自动上料，上料装置包括与盛料斗连接的倾斜上料管，上料管内设置有螺旋上料轴，通过螺旋上料管的转动，将塑胶粉带入到上料管上部的出料口，进入到注塑机，完成对注塑机的自动上料过程，盛料斗底部设置成漏斗状，并设置有落料口，设置成成漏斗状的落料口，使得盛料斗内的塑胶粉能够对出料口造成一定的压力，可以实现自动落料口自动出料，上料管下端部与落料口连接，上端部设置有出料口，设计落料口和出料口，便于出料管自动上料盒出料，述有螺旋上料轴的长度与上料管的长度相适应，螺旋上料轴上端部设置有传动轮，传动轮与电机连接，电机带动螺旋上料轴上料。

采用上述技术方案的有益效果是：一种塑胶粉上料机，包括盛料斗，盛料斗装盛注塑机需要的塑胶粉，盛料斗上连接有上料装置，上料装置完成对注塑机的自动上料，上料装置包括与盛料斗连接的倾斜上料管，上料管内设置有螺旋上料轴，通过螺旋上料管的转动，将塑胶粉带入到上料管上部的出料口，进入到注塑机，完成对注塑机的自动上料过程，盛料斗底部设置成漏斗状，并设置有落料口，设置成成漏斗状的落料口，使得盛料斗内的塑胶粉能够对出料口造成一定的压力，可以实现自动落料口自动出料，上料管下端部与落料口连接，上端部设置有出料口，设计落料口和出料口，便于出料管自动上料盒出料，述有螺旋上料轴的长度与上料管的长度相适应，螺旋上料轴上端部设置有传动轮，传动轮与电机连接，电机带动螺旋上料轴上料。
