本发明涉及一种治疗慢性湿疹的中药，是由下列原料药物按一定重量配比组成：生地黄，赤芍，牡丹皮，白鲜皮，青蒿，紫草，当归，苦参，黄连，生苍术，蒺藜，乌梅，苡米，防风，双花，连翘，甘草。本发明中药配制简单，成本低，药源广，疗效快，治愈率高，无毒副作用。治疗慢性湿疹有效率100％，治愈率98％，显效2％。

本发明涉及一种治疗慢性湿疹的中药，属于中药技术领域。
背景技术
湿疹是由多种内外因素共同作用引起的具有明显渗出倾向的皮肤炎性疾病，其发病机制多与患者的不良饮食和作息习惯有关，发病时皮肤浸润、肥厚、剧烈瘙痒。而其瘙痒剧烈，常使患者身心俱损，健康受到严重影响。慢性湿疹通常由急性湿疹和亚急性湿疹迁延而来，少数可一开始即发为慢性湿疹。中医学认为湿疹属“肾囊风”、“旋耳疮”、“侵淫疮”等范畴。近年来，随着中医药广泛应用于湿疹患者的治疗，取得了明显的临床疗效。临床上慢性湿疹多因湿邪内蕴、入瘀入络、耗血伤津、肌肤失去濡养所致，宜清热解毒，滋阴润燥，祛风止痒，补血活血。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术之不足，提供一种治疗慢性湿疹的中药，其特征在于原料药物及重量配比为：生地黄10-20g，赤芍10-20g，牡丹皮10-12g，白鲜皮9-15g，青蒿6-10g，紫草9-12g，当归10-20g，苦参6-10g，黄连3-6g，生苍术9-12g，蒺藜6-10g，乌梅9-15g，苡米10-20g，防风6-10g，双花6-10g，连翘10-20g，甘草3-6g。
优选用量：生地黄20g，赤芍20g，牡丹皮12g，白鲜皮15g，青蒿10g，紫草12g，当归10g，苦参10g，黄连6g，生苍术12g，蒺藜10g，乌梅15g，苡米20g，防风10g，双花10g，连翘20g，甘草3g。
本发明中药配制简单，成本低，药源广，疗效快，治愈率高，无毒副作用。
药理分析：本方所治之症是由于湿邪内蕴、入瘀入络、耗血伤津、肌肤失去濡养所致。方中当归、生地活血凉血，养阴生津君药。赤芍清热凉血，祛瘀止痛；牡丹皮活血祛瘀，白鲜皮、紫草清热解毒、透疹除湿止痒共为臣药。黄连、苦参清热解毒、燥湿利水；苍术、蒺藜疏肝健脾，祛风燥湿；双花、连翘清热解毒，祛风解表；苡米利水渗湿，健脾除痹，清热排脓，缓和拘挛；防己利水消肿，青蒿退热凉血，共为佐药，生甘草解毒、补中益气，缓和药性，又能配乌梅收敛抗炎、缓急止痛，为使药。诸药合用，共奏补肝肾、止痹痛，活血祛瘀，清热利湿之功效。
剂型及用法：本发明中药剂型为汤剂，水煎服，每日一剂，煎煮两遍。头煎加凉水800ml，浸泡两小时，武火煮沸后改文火续煎30分钟，取汁约200ml；二煎加热水800ml，武火煮沸后改文火续煎50分钟，取汁约200ml。两煎所得药汁混合，早晚饭后2小时各服200ml，温开水送服，服药期间忌食辛辣寒凉食物。
具体实施方式：
实施例1：一种治疗慢性湿疹的中药，是由下列原料药物和重量配比制成：生地黄10-20g，赤芍10-20g，牡丹皮10-12g，白鲜皮9-15g，青蒿6-10g，紫草9-12g，当归10-20g，苦参6-10g，黄连3-6g，生苍术9-12g，蒺藜6-10g，乌梅9-15g，苡米10-20g，防风6-10g，双花6-10g，连翘10-20g，甘草3-6g。
实施例2：一种治疗慢性湿疹的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量配比为：生地黄20g，赤芍20g，牡丹皮12g，白鲜皮15g，青蒿10g，紫草12g，当归10g，苦参10g，黄连6g，生苍术12g，蒺藜10g，乌梅15g，苡米20g，防风10g，双花10g，连翘20g，甘草3g。
临床疗效总结：
一、一般资料：共收治病人50例，其中男性23例，女性27例；年龄18－60岁，平均年龄(29.84±8.47)岁；病程8-36d，平均病程(21.28±6.04)d。
二、诊断标准：
1、主证：参照《中医病症诊断疗效标准》中相关标准。(1)皮肤多局限于某一部位，境界清楚；(2)有明显的肥厚侵润，表面粗糙，或呈苔藓样变，颜色褐红或褐色，常伴有丘疱疹、痂皮、抓痕；(3)倾向湿润变化，常反复发作，时轻时重，有阵发性瘙痒；(4)血虚风燥病久，皮损色暗红或色素沉着，剧痒，或皮损粗扫肥厚，伴口干不欲饮，纳差腹胀，舌淡，苔白，脉细弦。
2、体征：皮肤粗糙见鳞屑、丘疹、红斑、结痂，苔藓样变或者出现少量渗液，舌质红苔薄黄或者薄白，脉浮数。
三、疗效判定标准：
1、治愈：临床症状消失，皮损消退，其他症状消失；
2、显效：皮损基本消退，其他症状明显减轻；
3、有效：皮损部分消退，其他症状有所减轻；
4、无效：皮损消退不明显，其他症状未减轻或加重。
四、治疗效果：服药一周为一疗程，多数患者一疗程症状明显减轻，两疗程痊愈。有效率100％，治愈率98％，显效2％。
五、典型病例：
1、李某，男，48岁，农民。2014年10月就诊。患者无明显诱因手部红斑、苔藓样变３年余，曾于多地医院就诊，病情仍不见好转，查体见：双手掌浸润性暗红斑，上有丘疹、抓痕及鳞屑，局部皮肤粗糙，有不同程度的苔藓样病变及色素沉着；大便干，舌淡苔薄，脉弱。今来诊，要求服用中药治疗。给予上述中药服用两疗程，症状明显减轻，继服两疗程，诸症消失而痊愈，半年后随访未复发。
2、孙某，女，38岁，国企职工。2015年8月初诊，自述双上肢皮肤瘙痒渗出2年，多处就诊未果。上臂皮肤见鳞屑、丘疹、红斑、结痂，局部出现少量渗液，瘙痒不适，时有入睡困难，舌质红苔薄红，脉浮数。考虑为慢性湿疹风热型，给予上述中药服用一疗程，症状基本消失，继服两疗程巩固治疗，诸症消失而痊愈，半年后随访未复发。

1.一种治疗慢性湿疹的中药，其特征在于原料药物及重量配比为：生地黄10-20g，赤芍10-20g，牡丹皮10-12g，白鲜皮9-15g，青蒿6-10g，紫草9-12g，当归10-20g，苦参6-10g，黄连3-6g，生苍术9-12g，蒺藜6-10g，乌梅9-15g，苡米10-20g，防风6-10g，双花6-10g，连翘10-20g，甘草3-6g。
