本发明涉及一种治疗疥疮的外用药膏，属于中药领域。
背景技术
疥疮由人型疥螨通过直接接触而传染，也可通过病人使用过的衣物而间接传染。疥螨成虫寄生在人体表皮角质层内，在皮下开凿一条与体表平行迂曲的隧道，疥疮发病过程中有体液和细胞免疫参与，瘙痒症状与疥螨在皮损中活动、疥螨粪便等排泄物的物理、化学刺激，以及炎性因子和细胞的参与有关；临床表现：疥螨常寄生于皮肤较薄而柔软的部位，如指缝及其两侧、腕屈面、肘窝、腋窝、脐周、腰部、下腹部、生殖器、腹股沟及股上部内侧；现有的治疗疥疮的药膏治疗效果不明显，并且治愈后容易复发，不能很好的满足治疗要求。

本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗疥疮的外用药膏。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
治疗疥疮的外用药膏，其组成原料的重量份为：黄柏4-5、制乳香5-8、血余炭4-8、苦参8-10、炒蒲黄5-10、藕节2-4、苦楝子5-8、穿地龙8-9、地榆3-4、煅牡蛎6-8、茵陈蒿2-4、土茯苓6-8、白藓皮6-8、蝉蜕2-4、黑芝麻10-15、刺蒺藜5-6、茺蔚子2-4、叶下珠5-7、淡竹叶8-10、梓白皮1-3、阴香叶2-3。
治疗疥疮的外用药膏，其组成原料的重量份为：黄柏4.5、制乳香6、血余炭6、苦参9、炒蒲黄8、藕节3、苦楝子6、穿地龙8、地榆3.5、煅牡蛎7、茵陈蒿3、土茯苓7、白藓皮7、蝉蜕3、黑芝麻12、刺蒺藜5、茺蔚子3、叶下珠6、淡竹叶9、梓白皮2、阴香叶2.5。
用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，研磨粉碎，然后加入适量的橄榄油调和成糊状，涂覆于患处，每日1-2次，一般10-15天即可治愈。

实施例1：治疗疥疮的外用药膏，其组成原料的重量（g）为：黄柏4.5、制乳香6、血余炭6、苦参9、炒蒲黄8、藕节3、苦楝子6、穿地龙8、地榆3.5、煅牡蛎7、茵陈蒿3、土茯苓7、白藓皮7、蝉蜕3、黑芝麻12、刺蒺藜5、茺蔚子3、叶下珠6、淡竹叶9、梓白皮2、阴香叶2.5。
用量及用法：按组成原料的重量份称取各原料，研磨粉碎，然后加入适量的橄榄油调和成糊状，涂覆于患处，每日1-2次，一般10-15天即可治愈。
典型病例：
病例1，侯某某，男，32岁，后背长有多处红斑，后漫延至全身，皮肤剧烈瘙痒，遇热则瘙痒加重，后背有多处抓伤、结痂，皮损处有液体渗出，涂擦普通皮肤药膏几日，未见好转，后涂覆本发明的药膏，每日2次，次日瘙痒明显减轻，后续涂覆两周，诸症全消，痊愈。
病例2，张某某，男，54岁，腿部及腰部出现米粒大红色丘疹、水疱，皮肤剧烈瘙痒，其皮肤表皮可见许多抓伤、结痂，并有液体渗出，去医院检查确诊为疥疮，后涂覆本发明的药膏，每日2次，连涂三日，效果显著，瘙痒症状明显减轻，后续涂覆十余天以巩固疗效，诸症全消，无瘙痒感，至今未复发。
病例3，周某某，女，23岁，患者肘窝、腋窝、腰部、下腹部、腹股沟患有多处疥疮，患处表皮有许多米粒大红色丘疹，皮肤剧烈瘙痒，伴有许多抓伤、结痂，涂覆本发明的药膏，每日2次，连服涂覆五日，瘙痒症状明显减轻，后续涂覆两周，痊愈，随访未复发。
