tabletting the mixture by adopting a tablet machine in a direct tabletting way, wherein the main pressure during tabletting is 60N, and the rotating speed during tabletting is 20r/min, so as to obtain a semi-finished product, namely a sugar body, wherein the gram weight of the sugar body is 1.2 g/tablet;
packaging the sugar body prepared by tabletting in a package with the specification of 20g/m 2 The filter paper is packaged at the transverse sealing temperature of 120 ℃ and the longitudinal sealing temperature of 120 ℃, and the packaging speed is 200 bags/min, so that the tablet candy is obtained.
The obtained tablet candy can be directly placed in mouth, and has tea fragrance after 10min and no tea fragrance after 13 min.
The sensory evaluation results of the tabletted confectionery prepared in this comparative example 2 are shown in table 2, which show that: the sensory evaluation of the permeability of the filter paper of the tabletted candy prepared in comparative example 2 was 4.32 points, the sensory evaluation of the palatability of the filter paper was 3.39 points, and the overall taste was 3.71 points, which is lower than that of the tabletted candy provided by the present invention.
Comparative example 3
Pulping and dispersing needle-leaved wood pulp and polyethylene glycol terephthalate fiber, then feeding a paper machine mesh for forming, pressing and drying, then rolling, thermally processing and cutting to obtain filter paper;
crushing tea leaves, wherein the passing rate of a 20-mesh screen is more than or equal to 90%, and the passing rate of a 40-mesh screen is less than or equal to 55%, and then carrying out 5KGy irradiation treatment on the tea leaves;
mixing 10g of sterilized insoluble component tea with 15g of butter fat powder, 10g of sorbitol, 0.1g of bitter taste masking agent, 0.3g of antisticking agent and 0.2g of essence for 40min to obtain a mixture; tabletting the mixture by adopting a tablet machine in a direct tabletting way, wherein the main pressure during tabletting is 60N, and the rotating speed during tabletting is 20r/min, so as to obtain a semi-finished product, namely a sugar body, wherein the gram weight of the sugar body is 1.2 g/tablet;
packaging the candy prepared by tabletting in a package with the specification of 20g/m 2 The filter paper is packaged at the transverse sealing temperature of 150 ℃ and the longitudinal sealing temperature of 150 ℃, and the packaging speed is 200 bags/min, so that the tablet candy is obtained.
The obtained candy can be directly taken in mouth, and has tea fragrance after 10min and no tea fragrance after 12 min.
The sensory evaluation results of the tabletted confectionery prepared in this comparative example 3 are shown in table 2, which show that: the sensory evaluation of the permeability of the filter paper of the tabletted candy prepared in comparative example 3 was 3.97 points, the sensory evaluation of the palatability of the filter paper was 3.29 points, and the overall taste was 3.67 points, which was lower than that of the tabletted candy provided by the present invention.
As can be seen from the above examples, compared with the prior art, the tabletted candy provided by the application comprises filter paper and a candy body encapsulated in the filter paper; the filter paper is viscose fiber filter paper or polyethylene terephthalate filter paper. The application provides a preforming candy includes viscose fiber filter paper or polyethylene glycol terephthalate filter paper, makes preforming candy have better palatability and permeability after getting into the oral cavity, and the preforming candy of being convenient for when sucking, release fragrance that can be stable makes its fragrance release's time longer. In addition, the tabletting candy provided by the application is simple in structure, reasonable in design and convenient to carry. The experimental result shows that the release time of the aroma of the tabletted candy with the weight of 1.2 g/tablet provided by the embodiment of the invention in the oral cavity is 15-20 min; sensory evaluation results show that the filter paper adopted by the tabletted candy provided by the invention is good in permeability and palatability, and high in overall preference.
The method provided by the invention prepares the sugar body in a direct tabletting way and then encapsulates the sugar body in the filter paper, has simple preparation method and short production time, and is suitable for industrial production.
The foregoing is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, various modifications and decorations can be made without departing from the principle of the present invention, and these modifications and decorations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
