技术领域
本发明涉及一种织物柔软剂组合物，尤其是包含季铵化合物的织物柔软剂组合物。进一步涉及所述组合物的用途。
背景技术
织物柔软剂也称为织物调理剂(conditioner)。其为含有一种或多种活性物质的组合物，用于洗衣过程中以使洗涤后的织物具有手感滑爽、柔顺和柔软的质地。织物柔软剂通常含有一种或多种呈水不溶性季铵化合物形式的阳离子表面活性剂，其中铵氮原子含有至少两个长链无环脂族烃基团。
作为柔软剂，本身常具有疏水性，其通常呈乳液形式出现。在早期配制剂中，皂用作乳化剂。乳液通常为不透明的、乳状流体。然而，也存在微乳液，其中疏水相液滴显著更小。微乳液的优点为更小粒子渗入纤维中的能力提高。阳离子和非离子表面活性剂的混合物通常用作乳化剂。另一方法为使用聚合物网络，乳液聚合物。

发明详述

已发现上述问题通过本发明的新型织物柔软剂组合物解决。
已惊人地观察到本发明的组合物随着时间和温度改变而稳定，在室温下保持清澈和液态，在经受冷条件后可恢复。甚至在冷冻后，发现本发明的组合物自发地恢复至在室温下的清澈状态，而不形成任何沉淀。这表明本发明的组合物适用于各种织物柔软产品中，尤其是适用于要求快速且有效冷工艺制备的那些应用，所述冷工艺制备在制备工艺中不包括任何加热操作。尤其发现本发明的组合物能够承受至少三轮冻融试验，当恢复至室温时，仍保持清澈状态，而不形成任何沉淀。

实施例

本发明的织物柔软剂组合物根据下表1制备，其包括实施例1-3的不同的配制剂。

观察到上表中所示出的织物柔软剂组合物在不小于25℃的温度下具有浅黄色、清澈和稳定的液体外观且能够通过3个冻融试验循环(2-25℃)稳定性试验。
根据实施例1-3获得的组合物与其他成分组合使用以通过冷工艺制备而在不加热下产生织物柔软剂的终产物(普通或浓缩物形式)。
基于根据实施例1-3获得的组合物的终产物的总重量的5-9重量％分别与所需要的香料和着色剂，和平衡的去离子水混合，如以下步骤所述：
1)将基于终产物的总重量为约50重量％的冷去离子水加入容器中；
2)将所需量的着色剂/染料加入水中并搅拌以获得混合物溶液；
3)在中等搅拌下将根据实施例1-3获得的组合物之一分散至水中直至不存在团块；
4)加入平衡的冷去离子水；
5)加入所需量的香料和任选荧光增白剂。缓慢搅拌以确保香料和荧光增白剂的合适分散；

4.根据权利要求1的组合物，其中组合物进一步包含有机溶剂。
5.根据权利要求4的组合物，其中有机溶剂选自异丙醇、乙醇、苄醇、甘油、丙二醇及其混合物。
6.根据权利要求1的组合物，其中组合物进一步包含pH调节剂，使得组合物的pH值不大于7。
7.根据权利要求1-6中任一项的组合物，其中烷氧基化季铵化合物具有下式(II)：
其中R5表示C6-C22烃基，优选C6-C22烷基或链烯基，更优选C8-C20烷基或链烯基，最优选C10-C18烷基或链烯基；
R6表示C1-C3烃基，优选C1-C3烷基；
m和n为非零整数，m和n之和为2-20；
X-表示阴离子。
8.根据权利要求1-6中任一项的组合物，其中烷氧基化季铵化合物具有下式(II)：
其中R5表示C6-C22烃基，优选C6-C22烷基或链烯基，更优选C8-C20烷基或链烯基，最优选C10-C18烷基或链烯基；
R7和R8独立地表示C1-C3烃基，优选C1-C3烷基；
p为2-20的整数；
X-表示阴离子。
9.一种处理织物的方法，包括使所述织物与根据权利要求1-8中任一项的组合物接触的步骤。
10.一种处理毛发的方法，包括使所述毛发与根据权利要求1-8中任一项的组合物接触的步骤。
11.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的组合物的用途，用作织物柔软剂。
12.根据权利要求1-8中任一项的组合物的用途，用作抗静电剂。
