技术领域:
本发明涉及一种片封式超级电容,属于超级电容领域。
背景技术:
当前,超级电容因其电容量大,同时充电次数几乎不受限制等优良特性,得到广泛应用,然而超级电容在生产时,需要有较好的结构,才能尽可能发挥其优良特性。
发明内容:
本发明涉及一种片封式超级电容,以实现片式超级电容安全应用的目的。
为实现上述的目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种片封式超级电容,包含:
电容正极(1)、电容负极(2)、电容正极板(3)、电容负极板(4)、两侧含炭粉的隔离中间层(5)、负极绝缘部分(6)、正极绝缘部分(7)、外壳(8);如附图1所示。
以下结合附图,说明本发明的技术构造及方法:电容正极(1)与电容正极板(3)相连,电容负极(2)与电容负极板(4)相连,电容正极板(3)与电容负极板(4)隔有两侧含炭粉的隔离中间层(5),多层层叠设置,电容正极(1)与电容负极板(4)中间有负极绝缘部分(6),电容负极(2)与电容正极板(3)中间有正极绝缘部分(7),外壳(8)采用密封结构,外壳(8)与电容正极(1)、电容负极(2)形成整个电容外部整体。
本发明的有益效果:电容性能优异,安全性高,同时利于流水线生产。
