Detailed Description
Before the present invention is described in detail, it should be noted that in the following description, similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the smart community management system 1 of the present invention is suitable for management services of a plurality of communities, each community includes a plurality of residences, and the smart community management system 1 includes a plurality of residential hosts 11, a plurality of smart building servers 12, a cloud server 13, and a plurality of household cards 14.
Each house is provided with a house host 11 and is provided with at least one exclusive resident card 14 corresponding to the house host 11. The home Card 14 is a Smart Card (Smart Card) similar to the yo-yo Card and has an identification data associated with the corresponding home host 11 and an electronic account corresponding to the identification data.
Each home host 11 can identify the corresponding home card 14 by using Near Field Communication (NFC) technology, and a resident can log in the home host 11 by using the home card 14, so as to manage a plurality of home devices of the home set by the home host 11.
Each cell is provided with an intelligent building server 12, the intelligent building server 12 is connected with each residential host 11 in the cell via a local area network such as an Ethernet (Ethernet) network, and is used for management service of the connected residential host 11 and a plurality of cell public devices of the set cell.
The cloud server 13 is connected to each of the intelligent construction servers 12 via the Internet (Internet) and is used for performing management services on each of the intelligent construction servers 12 and each of the residential hosts 11, and the cloud server 13 is managed by a cell operator, a cell builder, or an external operator.
Specifically, each home host 11 stores the identification data of the corresponding home card 14, and each smart building server 12 stores the identification data stored in each connected home host 11. And each home host 11 can update the identification data of the corresponding home card 14 and transmit the updated identification data to the connected smart building server 12 to update the identification data stored in the smart building server 12.
In this embodiment, the identification data includes a home device authority information, a cell public device authority information, and a consumption authority information. The resident can set or update the household device authority and the community public device authority corresponding to the resident card 14 through the host 11. In addition, when there are a plurality of family members in the house, a plurality of household cards 14 can be configured, and the household device authority information, the community public device authority information and the consumption authority information are set and updated for the household cards 14 through the house host 11 according to requirements, and the authority information is transmitted to the intelligent building server 12 connected with the house host 11 for storage.
In this way, the resident can log in the corresponding home host 11 through the resident card 14 held by the resident to use the household device with the authority; the community can also manage the use of community utilities by the resident based on the rights information stored in the intelligent building server 12. For example, the resident card 14 is used to log in the host 11 of the house installed in the house, and further connected to the smart building server 12 to reserve the use of a cell public facility to which the cell belongs; or, for example, the community public device is controlled by a specific home host 11 installed at the community public device side, the resident logs in the specific home host 11 by using the home card 14, the specific home host 11 is connected to the smart building server 12 to confirm the authority of the home card 14, and then the use of the community public device is opened, and so on.
In addition, each intelligent building server 12 can also transmit the stored identification data to the cloud server 13 for storage, and after the house host 11 updates the identification data of the corresponding house card 14, the updated identification data is also transmitted to the cloud server 13, so that the cell operator, the cell builder, or an external operator who manages the cloud server 13 can perform integrated management on all cells and the residents in the cells. For example, a resident of one cell can use a specific public device of another cell, such as a parking lot, etc., through the management of the cloud server 13 by using the resident card 14.
Specifically, each of the smart building servers 12 and the cloud server 13 is also connected to a financial transaction server 2 for third party payment via the internet to provide various payment services, and the resident can use the resident card 14 to perform the payment services, such as paying a cell management fee, a public electricity fee, a cell utility fee, and the like. That is, the resident card 14 can use the resident card 14 to pay to enjoy the payment service after storing the value in the financial transaction server 2 and having a certain amount of money in the electronic account of the resident card 14. When the residence card 14 is used for payment, after the residence host 11 recognizes the identification data of the residence card 14 and confirms the consumption authority information, the residence host 11 performs a fee deduction operation related to the payment service on the electronic account of the residence card 14, generates fee deduction information related to the identification data and the payment service, and transmits the fee deduction information to the connected intelligent building server 12 or the cloud server 13, so that the intelligent building server 12 or the cloud server 13 can perform a payment operation on the financial transaction server 2 according to the fee deduction information. In addition, it should be noted that when the resident loses the resident card 14, the resident can perform a card loss reporting operation in the host 11 of the resident at home, so that the host 11 transmits a card loss reporting message containing the identification data of the resident card 14 to the smart building server 12, and then the smart building server 12 transmits the card loss reporting message to the financial transaction server 2, so that the financial transaction server 2 can stop paying all the requests related to the resident card 14 accordingly.
Three examples are listed below to illustrate the charging service that the intelligent cell management system 1 can provide.
The first example will explain that the intelligent cell management system 1 can provide a charge collection service such as gas, electricity, and water for a house.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 illustrates the flow steps of the collection service. First, the resident inputs a registration message related to the payment collecting service via the host 11 and transmits the registration message to the cloud server 13 (step 31); then, the resident selects the collection project through the host 11 and sends a collection request to the cloud server 13 (step 32); then, the cloud server 13 determines whether the corresponding household has not paid the collection item according to the payment collection requirement (step 33); then, if the determination result in step 33 is yes, the resident operates the resident card 14 to make the host computer 11 recognize the resident card 14 and deduct the electronic account of the resident card 14, and generate the deduction information (step 34), otherwise, the cloud server 13 transmits a payment message to the host computer 11 (step 35); then, carrying out the following steps; the residential host 11 transmits the deduction information to the cloud server 13 (step 36); finally, the cloud server 13 performs the debit operation on the financial transaction server 2 according to the deduction information (step 37).
In addition, although the cloud server 13 is used to collect the fee of the payment collection item, in another embodiment, the intelligent building server 12 may be used to collect the fee, and the implementation manner is similar to the above-mentioned process steps, so that the details are not described herein.
A second example will illustrate that the intelligent cell management system 1 can provide pay for use services for cell utilities.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 illustrates the process steps for paying for the use of a cell utility, such as a gym, public meeting room, etc. First, the resident operates the resident card 14 to make the specific host 11 controlling the community public device recognize the resident card 14, and determines whether the resident card 14 has the authority of the community public device and the authority is within the valid period (step 41); next, if the determination result in the step 41 is yes, the specific home host 11 deducts money from the electronic account of the home card 14 and generates deduction information (step 42); next, the specific home host 11 transmits the deduction information to the connected intelligent building server 12 (step 43); finally, the intelligent building server 12 performs the debit operation on the financial transaction server 2 according to the deduction information (step 44).
In the third example, particularly, by the configuration of the smart cell management system 1, the cell operator, the cell builder, or the external operator can conveniently send message notifications or conduct business activities to the residents of the cells through the cloud server 13. For example, different third-party merchants can put the goods on the cloud server 13 through a cell operator, a cell builder, or an external operator, and each resident in each cell can connect to the cloud server 13 through the residential host 11 and purchase the goods of each third-party merchant by paying with the resident card 14.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 illustrates the process steps involved in a household purchasing goods using the household card 14. First, the resident browses the commodity information on the cloud server 13 through the home host 11 (step 51); next, the cloud server 13 provides the recommended goods (step 52); next, the resident selects a commodity to be purchased through the home host 11 (step 53); then, the resident operates the resident card 14 to make the host 11 recognize the resident card 14 and determine whether the resident card 14 has the right to purchase the desired commodity (step 54); next, if the determination result in the step 54 is yes, the home host 11 deducts money from the electronic account of the home card 14 and generates deduction information (step 55); then, the residential host 11 transmits the deduction information to the cloud server 13 (step 56); finally, the cloud server 13 performs the debit operation on the financial transaction server 2 according to the deduction information (step 57).
In addition, it is worth mentioning that the residential home owner can operate the residential host 11 to view the consumption record stored in the cloud server 13 for consumption by the residential host 11.
In the third embodiment, particularly, the cell operator, the cell builder, or the external operator may implement some business means by the cloud server 13 for the integrated management of each cell and each resident. For example, the cell operator, the cell builder, or the external operator can recruit members to each cell and give the members some discount or benefit in consumption, and if the total consumption amount of the members of the cell is higher, the members belonging to the cell are given higher consumption discount, and the cloud server 13 notifies the residents of each cell of the total consumption amount of the members of each cell, so as to stimulate the consumption of the members of each cell.
In summary, the intelligent community management system 1 of the present invention can provide management of paid services related to a community and improve convenience of community life by setting the resident card 14, the residential host 11, the intelligent building server 12, and the cloud server 13, and can facilitate business activities for each resident of each community by a community operator, a community builder, or an external operator, so as to achieve the object of the present invention.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention should not be limited thereby, and the invention is still within the scope of the present invention by simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the contents of the specification.
