Abstract
本发明提供一种含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构及功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法。本发明的含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,其功能化石墨烯层可以同时起到透明导电、及对液晶配向的作用,后续不需要再使用配向膜材料进行配向制程,大大简化了液晶面板的制作工艺及膜层结构。本发明的功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,充分利用了石墨烯的透明导电优势,并且充分利用了石墨烯的表面可修饰性,赋予石墨烯对液晶分子的配向作用,制备出的功能化石墨烯膜兼具透明导电、及配向功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构及功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法。
背景技术
薄膜晶体管液晶显示装置(LiquidCrystalDisplay,LCD)具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的LCD大部分为背光型液晶显示装置,其包括液晶显示面板及背光模组(backlightmodule)。液晶显示面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,通过玻璃基板通电与否来控制液晶分子改变方向,将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
通常液晶显示面板由彩膜(ColorFilter,CF)基板、薄膜晶体管(ThinFilmTransistor,TFT)基板、夹于CF基板与TFT基板之间的液晶(LiquidCrystal,LC)层及密封胶框(Sealant)组成。在TFT-LCD显示器中,基于液晶的运作模式的分类有:相变(phasechange,PC)、扭转向列(twistednematic,TN)、超扭转向列(supertwistednematic,STN)、垂直配向型(VerticalAlignment,VA)、及横向电场切换型(InplaneSwitching,IPS)等。针对常见的VA显示模式而言,需要在CF基板、TFT基板面向液晶层的一侧上同时分别设置一层透明导电膜,该透明导电膜的主要作用是在CF基板和TFT基板之间形成电场,驱动液晶分子偏转,从而实现亮暗的显示。
目前,传统的透明导电膜是由物理气相溅射(PhysicalVaporDeposition,PVD)的方法制备出的氧化铟锡(IndiumTinOxides,ITO)薄膜。另外,TFT基板及CF基板上ITO透明导电膜形成之后,通常会涂布或打印一层几十至几百纳米厚度的配向膜层,该配向膜与LC接触后,能够使得LC产生一定方向的预倾角,从而给液晶分子提供一个承载的角度(预倾角的大小对TFT-LCD的驱动电压、对比度、响应时间、视角等具有重要影响),配向膜的材料通常选用聚酰亚胺(Polyimide,PI)材料,主要分为摩擦配向型PI材料和光配向型PI材料,但是,无论哪种配向材料都有各自的缺点。
石墨烯具有优异的透明导电性能和机械性能,目前已有多篇专利报道使用石墨烯作为透明导电膜层。形成石墨性透明导电层的方法可以有直接化学气相沉积(ChemicalVaporDeposition,CVD)成膜法、CVD成膜-转印法、石墨烯溶液打印法、及氧化石墨烯溶液打印-还原法。然而,在这些专利中,石墨烯仅仅只作为透明电极膜层,而后仍然需要进行配向膜层的材料和工艺。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,其功能化石墨烯层可以同时起到透明导电、及对液晶配向的作用,后续不需要使用配向膜材料进行配向制程,大大简化了液晶面板的制作工艺及膜层结构。
本发明的目的还在于提供一种功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,充分利用石墨烯的透明导电优势,并且充分利用石墨烯的表面可修饰性,赋予石墨烯对液晶分子的配向作用,制备出的功能化石墨烯膜兼具透明导电、及配向功能。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,包括相对设置的上基板与下基板、及设于所述上基板与下基板之间的液晶层;
所述上基板靠近所述液晶层的一侧设有功能化石墨烯层;
所述功能化石墨烯层为功能化石墨烯膜,所述功能化石墨烯膜为石墨烯表面接枝液晶垂直配向分子膜;
所述液晶层的材料包含液晶分子,所述功能化石墨烯层的材料中液晶垂直配向分子接枝在石墨烯表面,以对所述液晶层中液晶分子进行垂直配向。
所述液晶垂直配向分子的分子结构式为
其中,R为 m为1~5之间的整数,n为15~30之间的整数。
可选的,所述下基板靠近所述液晶层的一侧设有功能化石墨烯层,所述功能化石墨烯层靠近所述液晶层的一侧的表面经过摩擦处理,以对液晶层中的液晶分子提供预倾角。
可选的,所述下基板靠近所述液晶层的一侧由下至上依次设有ITO电极层、及配向膜层,所述配向膜层对所述液晶层中的液晶分子提供预倾角。
所述上基板为彩膜基板,所述下基板为TFT阵列基板。
本发明还提供一种功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、使氧化石墨烯功能化:采用Hummer’s法制备氧化石墨烯,将得到的氧化石墨烯与具有液晶配向功能的液晶垂直配向分子反应,使垂直配向分子接枝在氧化石墨烯表面,得到功能化氧化石墨烯;
步骤2、形成功能化氧化石墨烯膜:提供溶剂,将所述步骤1制得的功能化石墨烯混合于溶剂中并通过超声波处理,得到分散均匀的功能化氧化石墨烯分散液;提供基板,将该功能化氧化石墨烯分散液在所述基板上形成一层功能化氧化石墨烯膜;
步骤3、还原功能化氧化石墨烯:将所述步骤2制得的功能化氧化石墨烯膜进行氢气还原处理,得到材料为石墨烯表面接枝液晶垂直配向分子的功能化石墨烯膜。
所述液晶垂直配向分子的分子结构式为
其中,R为 m为1~5之间的整数,n为15~30之间的整数。
所述步骤2中提供的溶剂为乙腈、丙酮、四氢呋喃、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、水、丙酮、乙醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、丙醇、异丙醇、及乙二醇中的一种或多种混合溶剂。
所述步骤3还包括对得到的功能化石墨烯膜进行摩擦处理。
所述步骤2中通过喷墨打印或转印的方法将所述功能化氧化石墨烯分散液在基板上形成功能化氧化石墨烯膜。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,其功能化石墨烯层可以同时起到透明导电、及对液晶配向的作用,后续不需要再使用配向膜材料进行配向制程,大大简化了液晶面板的制作工艺及膜层结构。本发明的功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,首先通过Hummer’s法制备出氧化石墨烯,利用具有液晶配向功能的液晶垂直配向分子与氧化石墨烯表面上的官能团反应,得到功能化氧化石墨烯,然后将得到的功能化氧化石墨烯进行成膜得到功能化氧化石墨烯膜,再将功能化氧化石墨烯膜上其他含氧官能团还原掉,得到材料为石墨烯表面接枝液晶垂直配向分子的功能化石墨烯膜,该方法充分利用了石墨烯的透明导电优势,并且充分利用了石墨烯表面可修饰性,赋予石墨烯对液晶分子的配向作用,制备出的功能化石墨烯膜兼具透明、导电、及配向功能,在未来柔性显示、及透明显示等领域也将发挥更明显的优势。

为更进一步阐述本发明所采取的技术手段极其效果,以下结合本发明的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图1,为本发明含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构的第一实施例的结构示意图,本实施例的含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构包括,相对设置的上基板10与下基板20、及设于所述上基板10与下基板20之间的液晶层30。
具体地,所述上基板10靠近所述液晶层30的一侧设有功能化石墨烯层40。
具体地,所述功能化石墨烯层40为功能化石墨烯膜,所述功能化石墨烯膜为石墨烯表面接枝液晶垂直配向分子膜。
具体地,所述液晶层30的材料包含液晶分子31,所述功能化石墨烯层40的材料中液晶垂直配向分子接枝在石墨烯表面,以对所述液晶层30中液晶分子31进行垂直配向。
具体地,所述液晶垂直配向分子的分子结构式为
其中,R为 m为1~5之间的整数,n为15~30之间的整数;优选地,m为2~4之间的整数,n为16~24之间的整数。
具体地,所述功能化石墨烯中液晶垂直配向分子通过与石墨烯之间形成硅氧键(Si-O)而接枝在石墨烯表面。
具体地,在本实施例中,所述下基板20同所述上基板10一样,靠近所述液晶层30的一侧也设有功能化石墨烯层40,且所述功能化石墨烯层40靠近所述液晶层30的一侧的表面经过摩擦(rubbing)处理,以对液晶层30中的液晶分子31提供预倾角。
具体地,所述上基板10为彩膜基板,所述下基板20为TFT阵列基板。
请参阅图2,为本发明含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构的第二实施例的结构示意图,与上述第一实施例相比,在本实施例中,仅所述上基板10靠近所述液晶层30的一侧设有功能化石墨烯层40,而所述下基板20靠近所述液晶层30的一侧由下至上依次设有ITO电极层51、及配向膜层52,所述配向膜层52对所述液晶层30中的液晶分子31提供预倾角。
本发明的含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,功能化石墨烯层40可以同时起到透明导电、及对液晶配向的作用,后续不需要再使用配向膜材料进行配向制程,大大简化了液晶面板的制作工艺及膜层结构。
请参阅图3,本发明还提供一种功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、氧化石墨烯功能化:通过Hummer’s法制备得到氧化石墨烯,将氧化石墨烯与具有液晶配向功能的液晶垂直配向分子反应,使垂直配向分子接枝在氧化石墨烯表面,得到功能化氧化石墨烯。
具体地,所述液晶垂直配向分子的分子结构式为
其中,R为 m为1~5之间的整数,n为15~30之间的整数;优选地,m为2~4之间的整数,n为16~24之间的整数。
具体地,如图4所示,所述液晶垂直配向分子与氧化石墨烯反应,垂直配向分子通过与氧化石墨烯之间形成硅氧键而接枝在氧化石墨烯表面,得到功能化氧化石墨烯。
步骤2、形成功能化氧化石墨烯膜:提供溶剂,将所述步骤1中制得的功能化石墨烯混合于溶剂中并通过超声波处理,得到分散均匀的功能化氧化石墨烯分散液;提供基板,将该功能化氧化石墨烯分散液在所述基板上形成一层功能化氧化石墨烯膜。
具体地,所述步骤2中提供的溶剂为乙腈、丙酮、四氢呋喃、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、水、丙酮、乙醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、丙醇、异丙醇、及乙二醇中的一种或多种混合溶剂。
具体地,所述步骤2中通过喷墨打印、或转印等成膜的方法将所述功能化氧化石墨烯分散液在基板上形成功能化氧化石墨烯膜。
优选地,所述步骤2中通过喷墨打印的方法将所述功能化氧化石墨烯分散液在基板上形成功能化氧化石墨烯膜。
步骤3、还原功能化氧化石墨烯:将步骤2中制得的功能化氧化石墨烯膜经过氢气还原处理,得到功能化石墨烯膜。
具体地,如图5所示,该步骤3中,对功能化氧化石墨烯膜进行氢气还原处理,使得功能化氧化石墨烯中氧化石墨烯上的羰基(-CO)、羧基(-COOH)、及羟基(-OH)被还原掉,从而提供石墨烯更优异的导电性和透明性,其中接枝的具有配向作用的垂直配向分子不能被氢气还原,保留在石墨烯表面。
具体地,所述步骤3还包括对得到的功能化石墨烯膜进行摩擦处理,从而起到对液晶分子提供预倾角的作用。
本发明的功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,充分利用了石墨烯的透明导电优势,并且充分利用了石墨烯表面可修饰性,赋予石墨烯对液晶分子的配向作用,制备出的功能化石墨烯膜兼具透明导电、及配向功能,在未来柔性显示、及透明显示等领域也将发挥更明显的优势。
综上所述,本发明的含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,其功能化石墨烯层可以同时起到透明导电、及对液晶配向的作用,后续不需要再使用配向膜材料进行配向制程,大大简化了液晶面板的制作工艺及膜层结构。本发明的功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,首先通过Hummer’s法制备出氧化石墨烯,利用具有液晶配向功能的液晶垂直配向分子与氧化石墨烯表面上的官能团反应,得到功能化氧化石墨烯,然后将得到的功能化氧化石墨烯进行成膜得到功能化氧化石墨烯膜,再将功能化氧化石墨烯膜上其他含氧官能团还原掉,得到材料为石墨烯表面接枝液晶垂直配向分子的功能化石墨烯膜,该方法充分利用了石墨烯的透明导电优势,并且充分利用了石墨烯表面可修饰性,赋予石墨烯对液晶分子的配向作用,制备出的功能化石墨烯膜兼具透明导电、及配向功能,在未来柔性显示、及透明显示等领域也将发挥更明显的优势。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,其特征在于,包括相对设置的上基板(10)与下基板(20)、及设于所述上基板(10)与下基板(20)之间的液晶层(30);
所述上基板(10)靠近所述液晶层(30)的一侧设有功能化石墨烯层(40);
所述功能化石墨烯层(40)为功能化石墨烯膜,所述功能化石墨烯膜为石墨烯表面接枝液晶垂直配向分子膜;
所述液晶层(30)的材料包含液晶分子(31),所述功能化石墨烯层(40)的材料中液晶垂直配向分子接枝在石墨烯表面,以对所述液晶层(30)中液晶分子(31)进行垂直配向。
2.如权利要求1所述的含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,其特征在于,所述液晶垂直配向分子的分子结构式为
其中,R为 m为1~5之间的整数,n为15~30之间的整数。
3.如权利要求1所述的含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,其特征在于,所述下基板(20)靠近所述液晶层(30)的一侧设有功能化石墨烯层(40),所述功能化石墨烯层(40)靠近所述液晶层(30)的一侧的表面经过摩擦处理,以对液晶层(30)中的液晶分子(31)提供预倾角。
4.如权利要求1所述的含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,其特征在于,所述下基板(20)靠近所述液晶层(30)的一侧由下至上依次设有ITO电极层(51)、及配向膜层(52),所述配向膜层(52)对所述液晶层(30)中的液晶分子(31)提供预倾角。
5.如权利要求1所述的含功能化石墨烯层的液晶面板结构,其特征在于,所述上基板(10)为彩膜基板,所述下基板(20)为TFT阵列基板。
6.一种功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、使氧化石墨烯功能化:采用Hummer’s法制备氧化石墨烯,将得到的氧化石墨烯与具有液晶配向功能的液晶垂直配向分子反应,使垂直配向分子接枝在氧化石墨烯表面,得到功能化氧化石墨烯;
步骤2、形成功能化氧化石墨烯膜:提供溶剂,将所述步骤1制得的功能化石墨烯混合于溶剂中并通过超声波处理,得到分散均匀的功能化氧化石墨烯分散液;提供基板,将该功能化氧化石墨烯分散液在所述基板上形成一层功能化氧化石墨烯膜;
步骤3、还原功能化氧化石墨烯:将所述步骤2制得的功能化氧化石墨烯膜进行氢气还原处理,得到材料为石墨烯表面接枝液晶垂直配向分子的功能化石墨烯膜。
7.如权利要求6所述的功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述液晶垂直配向分子的分子结构式为

8.如权利要求6所述的功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中提供的溶剂为乙腈、丙酮、四氢呋喃、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、水、丙酮、乙醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、丙醇、异丙醇、及乙二醇中的一种或多种混合溶剂。
9.如权利要求6所述的功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3还包括对得到的功能化石墨烯膜进行摩擦处理。
10.如权利要求6所述的功能化石墨烯膜的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2中通过喷墨打印或转印的方法将所述功能化氧化石墨烯分散液在基板上形成功能化氧化石墨烯膜。
