Abstract

一种微波热风炉转盘结构,为了解决微波烤箱加热食物内部及外表面着色不均匀等弊端。它包括可提供旋转功能的转盘及转轴,在微波烤箱的烹饪腔内安装有平面烤架,烤架两侧固定在炉腔侧壁上,烤架上有转盘,转盘与烤架之间设置三角转轮支架,转轮支架末端安装有转轮,转轮的底部落在烤架上,转轮的顶部支撑住转盘,在烹饪腔底部设置一轮毂,轮毂内有轴承,轮毂的底部安装有电机,转轴在轮毂内部的轴承内,转轴下端与电机轴连接,上端穿过三角转轮支架中心孔处的轴承与转盘顶部的连接件连接。本发明可在微波烤箱工作时给食物提供旋转功能,极大地改善了在烹饪食物时,内部加热温度以及外表着色不均匀等弊端,效果显著,方便快捷。

一种微波热风炉转盘结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种旋转式的食物加热装置,尤其是一种集高频微波、循环热风于一体的微波热风炉转盘结构。
背景技术
当前的微波炉转盘因不能耐高温而禁止用于烤箱,而烤箱的旋转机构因引发微波打火而不能使用于微波炉,使用高温热对流及微波能量组合式加热的微波烤箱,虽然加热速度较快但存在内部加热和表面着色不均匀现象。
发明内容
为了解决微波烤箱存在内部加热和表面着色不均匀现象弊端,本发明采用一种既能适合微波加热又能适合高温对流加热的转盘结构,使得微波烤箱组合式加热更加均匀高效。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是:一种微波热风炉转盘结构,它包括可提供旋转功能的转盘及转轴,其特征是,
在微波烤箱的烹饪腔内安装有平面烤架,烤架两侧固定在炉腔侧壁上,烤架将炉腔分为上、下两个部分,在烤架上方依次有三角转轮支架及转盘,三角转轮支架的中心孔安装有轴承;在烤架下方的炉腔底部,安装有轮毂,轮毂内有轴承,轮毂的顶端在炉腔内,其底端处于炉腔底部的外侧,转盘电机与轮毂底端安装在一起,转轴穿过轮毂内部的轴承,转轴底部与转盘电机轴连接,转轴顶部依次穿过烤架中心孔、三角转轮支架中心孔内的轴承之后与转盘底部连接件的矩形槽安装配合。
进一步地,所述的转盘为圆形平面式结构,转盘上分布有通风孔,转盘底部安装有中心带有矩形槽的连接件,该矩形槽用于与转轴顶端的扁轴安装配合。
进一步地,所述的三角转轮支架为三角状结构,三角状结构末端安装有陶瓷转轮;三角转轮支架中心孔处安装有轴承套,在轴承套与转轮支架之间安装有轴承。
进一步地,所述的转轴顶端为扁轴结构,扁轴结构用于与转盘底部的矩形槽安装配合;转轴的底部端面有圆孔,且沿轴向的方向开有长条槽,转盘电机轴与转轴底部圆孔安装配合,并且,转盘电机轴上的销子卡装在转轴底部的长条槽内;在转轴顶端与底部之间有一转轴支撑面,转轴在正常使用时,该支撑面落在轮毂的顶部端面上。
进一步地,所述的轮毂为回旋状中孔结构,中孔内镶嵌有轴承,轮毂带有法兰式安装盘,轮毂的顶端穿过炉腔底板的圆孔,通过法兰盘与炉腔底板安装在一起。
进一步地,所述的转盘电机通过电机安装板及支撑杆与轮毂顶部安装在一起,转盘电机轴径向有孔,孔内有销子,转盘电机轴安装在转轴底部的圆孔内,销子安装在转轴底部的长条槽内。
转盘电机工作时,旋转的转盘电机轴通过轴孔内的销子将动力传递给转轴,转轴在轮毂的轴承内旋转并通过顶端的扁轴将动力传递给转盘连接件,从而带动转盘旋转;三角转轮支架在转盘与烤架之间,烤架通过转轮来支撑转盘,避免转盘的重量直接落在转轴顶端,同时,转盘电机轴与转轴底部在轴向上没有接触,转盘电机轴除输出扭矩外不受任何外力,以上可使转盘顺利、平稳地旋转。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用一种既能适合微波加热又能适合高温对流加热的转盘结构,当同时使用微波与高温热对流时,不但速度极快,而且对食物内部的加热和外表着色非常均匀,简单可靠,效果显著。

具体实施方式
如图1~图8所示,一种微波热风炉转盘结构,包括两侧安装在炉腔侧壁上的平面烤架1,烤架1将炉腔2分为上、下两个部分,在烤架上方依次有三角转轮组件3和转盘4,三角转轮组件3的三脚转轮支架5的中心孔6安装有轴承7,轴承7镶嵌在轴承套8内,轴承套8与三脚转轮支架5装配在一起,在平面烤架1下方的炉腔底板9,安装有轮毂组件10,轮毂11内有轴承12,轮毂11的顶端在炉腔内,其底端处于炉腔底板9的外侧,转盘电机组件13与轮毂11底端安装在一起,转轴14穿过轮毂11内部的轴承12,转轴14底部与转盘电机轴连接,转轴14顶部依次穿过烤架中心孔、三角转轮支架中心孔6内的轴承7之后与转盘4底部连接件15的矩形槽16装配。
转盘4为圆形平面式结构,转盘上分布有通风孔17,转盘底部安装有带有矩形槽16的连接件15,该矩形槽用于与转轴14顶端的扁轴18装配。
三角转轮支架5末端安装有绝缘耐高温转轮19;三角转轮支架中心孔处安装有轴承套8,在轴承套8与转轮支架5之间安装有轴承7。
转轴14顶端为扁轴结构18,扁轴18用于与转盘底部的矩形槽16;转轴的底部端面有圆孔20,且沿轴向的方向开有长条槽21,转盘电机轴22与转轴底部圆孔20安装配合,且转盘电机轴上的销子卡装在转轴底部的长条槽21内;在转轴上有一转轴支撑面23,转轴在正常使用时,该支撑面落在轮毂的顶部端面24上。
轮毂11为回旋状中孔结构,中孔内镶嵌有轴承12,轮毂带有安装法兰盘25,轮毂的顶端穿过炉腔底板9的圆孔,通过法兰盘25与炉腔底板9安装在一起。
转盘电机26通过电机安装板27、支撑杆28及转换板29与轮毂11底部安装在一起,转盘电机轴径向有孔30,孔内有销子,转盘电机轴安装在转轴底部的圆孔20内,销子安装在转轴底部的长条槽21内。
转轮组件3在烤架1与转盘4之间,烤架通过转轮对转盘有支撑作用,当转盘电机26工作时,旋转的转盘电机轴通过轴销将动力传递给转轴14,转轴14在轮毂11的轴承12内旋转并通过顶端的扁轴18将动力传递给转盘连接件15,从而带动转盘4顺利平稳地旋转,实现对食物内部均匀加热和外表均匀着色的效果。

在微波烤箱的烹饪腔内安装有烤架,所述烤架两侧固定在炉腔侧壁上,所述烤架将炉腔分为上、下两个部分,在烤架上方依次有三角转轮组件及转盘,三角转轮组件的三角转轮支架的中心孔安装有三角转轮支架轴承;该轴承镶嵌在三角转轮支架轴承套内,该轴承套与三脚转轮支架装配在一起,在烤架下方的炉腔底板,安装有轮毂组件,所述轮毂的顶端在炉腔内,所述轮毂底端处于炉腔底板的外侧,转盘电机组件与轮毂底端安装在一起,转轴穿过轮毂内部的轮毂轴承,所述转轴底部与转盘电机轴连接,所述转轴顶部依次穿过烤架中心孔、三角转轮支架中心孔内的三角转轮支架轴承之后与转盘底部连接件的连接件矩形槽装配,三角转轮组件在烤架与转盘之间,烤架通过转轮对转盘有支撑作用,当转盘电机工作时,旋转的转盘电机轴通过轴销将动力传递给转轴,转轴在轮毂的轮毂轴承内旋转并通过顶端的扁轴将动力传递给转盘连接件,
所述转盘为圆形平面式结构,所述转盘上分布有通风孔,所述转盘底部安装有中心带有连接件矩形槽的连接件,所述连接件矩形槽与转轴顶端的扁轴安装配合,
所述三角转轮支架为三角状结构,所述三角状结构末端安装有陶瓷转轮;所述三角转轮支架中心孔处安装有三角转轮支架轴承套,在该轴承套与转轮支架之间安装有三角转轮支架轴承,
转轴的底部端面有圆孔,且沿轴向的方向开有长条槽,所述转盘电机轴与转轴底部圆孔安装配合,所述转盘电机轴上的销子卡装在转轴底部的长条槽内;在转轴顶端与底部之间有一转轴支撑面,转轴在正常使用时,所述转轴支撑面落在轮毂的顶部端面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微波热风炉转盘结构,其特征是,所述轮毂为回旋状中孔结构,中孔内镶嵌有轮毂轴承,轮毂带有法兰式安装盘,轮毂的顶端穿过炉腔底板的圆孔,通过法兰盘与炉腔底板安装。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微波热风炉转盘结构,其特征是,所述转盘电机通过电机安装板、支撑杆及转换板与轮毂底部装配。
