Abstract

本发明提供一种燃气灶防回火装置，包括有连接头、回火阻断管、安全瓶，所述的回火阻断管的进气端口通过连接头与燃气专用管连接，燃气专用管的另一端与液化气瓶口或天然气输气管的出气口连接，回火阻断管的出气端口与安全瓶的下端口连接，安全瓶的上端口通过燃气专用管与燃气灶接气口连接。该装置具有构造简单、成本低廉、有效防止燃气灶具向液化气钢瓶和天然气输气管意外回火的特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气灶具防回火装置。
背景技术
目前民用燃气灶具都是通过专用燃气管与液化气瓶或天然气输气管的入宅出气口直接相连使用，灶体与气源之间没有任何的防回火保护措施，一旦燃气灶头发生故障燃气就会发生回火，火焰通过燃气管涌向液化气瓶和天然气输气管，从而引发液化气瓶和天然气输气管的着火或爆炸事故，此类原因导致的事故近年屡见报道，尤其在夏天的烧烤时节和北方的供暖季节频发，给人们的生活造成了巨大损失。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种构造简单、成本低廉、能有效防止燃气灶回火的装置，提高燃气灶的使用安全，有效保护人们的生命财产安全。
本发明的目的是通过下述方案来实现的：
一种燃气灶防回火装置，包括连接头、回火阻断管、安全瓶，所述的回火阻断管的进气端口通过连接头与燃气专用管连接，燃气专用管的另一端与液化气瓶口或天然气输气管的出气口连接，所述的回火阻断管的出气端口与安全瓶的下端口连接，所述的安全瓶的上端口通过燃气专用管与燃气灶接气口连接，所述的回火阻断管由三层不同材质组成。
所述回火阻断管内径是所用燃气专用管内径的1-1.3倍，回火阻断管表层为抗静电、阻燃型材料，中间层为高强度、耐腐蚀、阻燃型材料，内层为热塑性、纤维状材料。内层选用聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种或两者的混合物，优选低密度聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种或两者混合物。中间层为聚丙烯或聚苯乙烯其中一种或两者混合物。外层为聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种或两者混合物。
所述的回火阻断管内层为纤维状，其一端粘着在回火阻断管中间层的内壁上，另一端直立斜向管道中轴线，与中间层内壁夹角保持15°~30°，斜向直立部分的纤维状材料长度为管内径的1/2~2/3。
所述安全瓶为耐压玻璃钢材质，由两部分组成，下部为一圆形筒体，筒体下部开有一连接口，上部为倒置的漏斗形，在安全瓶上下部连接处安装滤网。滤网主要用来阻挡管道燃气携尘和飞脱纤维。
所述回火阻断管安装长度50-100cm。
本发明的优点是：提供了一种构造简单、有效防止燃气灶回火的装置，装置更换操作简单，透明安全瓶便于观察和清理管道燃气携尘和飞脱纤维，适用于各类燃气灶具。

具体实施方式
一种燃气灶防回火装置，包括有连接头2、回火阻断管3、安全瓶4，所述的回火阻断管3的进气端口a通过连接头2与燃气专用管1连接，燃气专用管1的另一端与液化气瓶口或天然气输气管的出气口连接，回火阻断管3的出气端口b与安全瓶4的下部连接口连接，安全瓶4的上端口通过燃气专用管1与燃气灶接气口连接。回火阻断管3由外层c，中间层d和内层e三种材质组成，内层e为热塑性、纤维状材料，选用聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种或两者的混合物，优选低密度聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种或两者混合物，内层e材料熔点90~120℃，其一端粘着在回火阻断管中间层d的内壁上，另一端直立斜向管道中轴线，与中间层内壁夹角保持15°~30°，斜向直立部分的纤维状材料长度为管内径的1/2~2/3。中间层d为聚丙烯或聚苯乙烯其中一种或两者混合物。外层c为聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种或两者混合物。回火阻断管的安装长度在50~100cm。安全瓶4为耐压玻璃钢材质，形状下粗上细，颈部漏斗形，外加瓶颈部安装的玻璃钢材质滤网5，能有效防止管道燃气携尘和飞脱纤维堵塞灶头。
当燃气灶头因故障导致燃气回火时，火焰进入回火阻断管中使内层e热塑性、纤维状材料迅速熔融堵塞气路，阻止火焰的进一步逆行，有效地防止了燃气灶回火爆炸事故的发生。

Claims (6)

1.一种燃气灶防回火装置，包括连接头、回火阻断管、安全瓶，所述的回火阻断管的进气端口通过连接头与燃气专用管连接，燃气专用管的另一端与液化气瓶口或天然气输气管的出气口连接，所述的回火阻断管的出气端口与安全瓶的下端口连接，所述的安全瓶的上端口通过燃气专用管与燃气灶接气口连接，所述的回火阻断管由三层不同材质组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种燃气灶防回火装置，其特征在于所述回火阻断管内径是所用燃气专用管内径的1-1.3倍。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种燃气灶防回火装置，其特征在于所述回火阻断管内层选用聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种或两者的混合物，优选低密度聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种或两者混合物；中间层为聚丙烯或聚苯乙烯中的一种或两者混合物；外层为聚乙烯或聚氯乙烯中的一种或两者混合物。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种燃气灶防回火装置，其特征在于所述的回火阻断管内层为纤维状，其一端粘着在回火阻断管中间层的内壁上，另一端直立斜向管道中轴线，与中间层内壁夹角保持15°~30°，斜向直立部分的纤维状材料长度为管内径的1/2~2/3。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种燃气灶防回火装置，其特征在于所述安全瓶为耐压玻璃钢材质，由两部分组成，下部为一圆形筒体，筒体下部开有一连接口，上部为倒置的漏斗形，在安全瓶上下部连接处安装滤网。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种燃气灶防回火装置，其特征在于所述回火阻断管安装长度50-100cm。
