Abstract

本发明涉及一种带锁定装置的气弹簧,可以使气弹簧力不变而气弹簧长度伸长。该型气弹簧包括弹簧、锁定外壳、转动销轴、活塞杆、活塞杆、气腔间隔、轴承端以及缸筒;气腔间隔将缸筒分为气腔和气腔,所述的活塞杆设置在气腔中,所述的活塞杆设置在气腔中,所述的活塞杆与轴承端连接,轴承端和锁定外壳通过转动销轴可相对转动地连接为一体,转动销轴、锁定外壳、轴承端形成一个杠杆结构,弹簧的一端固定连接在轴承端上,锁定外壳的一端压在弹簧的另一端上,锁定外壳的另一端设有卡止部,能够卡止在缸筒的端部。本发明为改进的气弹簧,将一个气腔分为两个气腔,变一个活塞杆为两个活塞杆,两端皆可伸展与压缩;结构简单可靠,制造工艺性较好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种带锁定装置的气弹簧,可以使气弹簧力不变而气弹簧长度伸长。
背景技术
现有气弹簧只有一个气腔,随着活塞杆伸出或缩回,气弹簧的力也会相应地减小或增大;当面临一种使用工况,例如某雷达罩在举升过程中需要气弹簧长度伸长而力不变时,则现有气弹簧不能满足要求。
发明内容
提供了一种带锁定装置的气弹簧,该型气弹簧包括弹簧1、锁定外壳2、转动销轴3、活塞杆I4、活塞杆II5、气腔间隔8、轴承端9以及缸筒10;
气腔间隔8将缸筒10分为气腔A6和气腔B7,所述的活塞杆I4设置在气腔A中,所述的活塞杆II5设置在气腔B中,所述的活塞杆I4与轴承端9连接,轴承端9和锁定外壳2通过转动销轴3可相对转动地连接为一体,转动销轴3、锁定外壳2、轴承端形成一个杠杆结构,弹簧1的一端固定连接在轴承端9上,锁定外壳的一端压在弹簧1的另一端上,锁定外壳的另一端设有卡止部,能够卡止在缸筒10的端部;
当气弹簧完全压缩时,由于弹簧1的弹力作用,锁定外壳的另一端向下压卡住缸筒端部,由此处于锁定状态,如图4中的压缩位置,且不能伸出;在锁定状态下拉动气弹簧,则只有活塞杆II5向外伸出;
当向下压锁定外壳的一端时,在杠杆作用下卡止部会向上扬起,由此气弹簧实现解锁,此时活塞杆I4能够伸出。
有益效果
改进现有气弹簧,将一个气腔分为两个气腔,变一个活塞杆为两个活塞杆,两端皆可伸展与压缩;结构简单可靠,制造工艺性较好。

提供了一种带锁定装置的气弹簧,该型气弹簧包括弹簧1、锁定外壳2、转动销轴3、活塞杆I4、活塞杆II5、气腔间隔8、轴承端9以及缸筒10;

1.一种带锁定装置的气弹簧,该型气弹簧包括弹簧(1)、锁定外壳(2)、转动销轴(3)、活塞杆I(4)、活塞杆II(5)、气腔间隔(8)、轴承端(9)以及缸筒(10);
气腔间隔(8)将缸筒(10)分为气腔A(6)和气腔B(7),所述的活塞杆I(4)设置在气腔A中,所述的活塞杆II(5)设置在气腔B中,所述的活塞杆I(4)与轴承端(9)连接,轴承端(9)和锁定外壳(2)通过转动销轴(3)可相对转动地连接为一体,转动销轴(3)、锁定外壳(2)、轴承端形成一个杠杆结构,弹簧(1)的一端固定连接在轴承端(9)上,锁定外壳的一端压在弹簧(1)的另一端上,锁定外壳的另一端设有卡止部,能够卡止在缸筒(10)的端部;
