发明公开了一种防腐抗老化渔网,由以下成分制成:聚苯乙烯、2‑甲基咪唑、聚乙烯纤维、尼龙纤维、竹粉、废PCB板粉、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯、碳酸钙粉末、凹凸棒石粉末、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯、硬脂酸钙。本发明制作的渔网加工工艺简单,通过采用对聚乙烯纤维进行预先改性处理,极大的提高了制作出的渔网的性能,由于尼龙纤维缺点为耐旋光性差﹐在室外长时间受日照时﹐则易生黄﹐强度下降,本发明通过采用己二胺和马来酸酐混合物对尼龙纤维进行处理,解决了这些问题,并且还极大的提高了制作的渔网的抗老化能力;通过采用经过处理的废旧PCB板粉与竹粉配合,能够极大的提高渔网的防腐抗菌能力,从而延长渔网的使用寿命。

背景技术
现代渔网主要采用聚乙烯,尼龙等原料进行加工,有较长的使用周期,和更高的捕捞效率,但是聚乙烯本身的力学性能一般,拉伸强度较低,抗蠕变性不好,就导致传统渔网的强度、耐磨性能、韧性不适宜于复杂海底和大风大浪环境捕捞作业,降低了渔具的使用寿命,不仅浪费资源,还直接影响渔获量,并且渔网的反腐效果比较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防腐抗老化渔网,通过以下技术方案实现:
一种防腐抗老化渔网,按重量份计由以下成分制成:聚苯乙烯10份、2-甲基咪唑2份、聚乙烯纤维50份、尼龙纤维30份、竹粉0.5份、废PCB板粉0.5份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份、碳酸钙粉末0.5份、凹凸棒石粉末0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、硬脂酸钙1份。
进一步地,所述聚乙烯纤维经过预先改性处理:将1%浓度的苯甲酸与10%浓度的盐酸混合,再将聚乙烯纤维放入到上述混合溶液中,加热至65-70℃,持续15分钟后,过滤,干燥。
进一步地,所述增塑剂为甘油和木糖醇复合增塑剂,其中甘油与木糖醇的复合比例为4:1,复合温度在65-80℃之间。
进一步地,所述凹凸棒石经过预处理:先制备水性聚氨酯乳液,再将制备好的水性聚氨酯乳液与凹凸棒石粉末按质量比为5:1混合,加热至55-60℃,持续40分钟后,过滤;经过处理的凹凸棒石粉末外表包覆层厚度约为12nm。
进一步地,所述废PCB板粉经过预处理:将PCB粉末放入到1.5%浓度的氢氧化钠溶液中煮沸30分钟后,过滤,水洗至中性,干燥。
进一步地,所述尼龙纤维与混合重量份为1份的己二胺和马来酸酐混合物在反应釜中进行混合处理,反应温度为110-115℃,压力为4.5MPa,反应时间为30分钟;所述己二胺和马来酸酐混合物为己二胺和马来酸酐按1:1比例混合。
进一步地,将所述竹粉先经过高温蒸煮40分钟后,再与重量份为0.2份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行混合加热处理10分钟。
进一步地,所述碳酸钙粉末先采用1.5%浓度羧酸洗涤外表面,再进行干燥即可。

一种防腐抗老化渔网的制作方法为:
1)按重量份称取以下成分:聚苯乙烯15份、2-甲基咪唑2份、聚乙烯纤维50份、尼龙纤维30份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份、碳酸钙粉末0.5份、凹凸棒石粉末0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、硬脂酸钙1份;
2)将上述原料经过相关处理后混合添加到挤出机中,挤出机一段温度为 200℃,二段温度为 220℃,三段温度为225℃,末段温度为230℃;
3)将2)中原料添加到喷丝箱中,使用喷丝装置进行拉丝,然后进行牵伸,然后在 85-90℃下进行烘干,然后使用卷绕辊进行卷绕收集。
Claims (8)
1.一种防腐抗老化渔网,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分制成:聚苯乙烯10份、2-甲基咪唑2份、聚乙烯纤维50份、尼龙纤维30份、竹粉0.5份、废PCB板粉0.5份、二甲基丙烯酸乙二醇酯3份、碳酸钙粉末0.5份、凹凸棒石粉末0.5份、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯5份、硬脂酸钙1份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐抗老化渔网,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯纤维经过预先改性处理:将1%浓度的苯甲酸与10%浓度的盐酸混合,再将聚乙烯纤维放入到上述混合溶液中,加热至65-70℃,持续15分钟后,过滤,干燥。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐抗老化渔网,其特征在于,所述增塑剂为甘油和木糖醇复合增塑剂,其中甘油与木糖醇的复合比例为4:1,复合温度在65-80℃之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐抗老化渔网,其特征在于,所述凹凸棒石经过预处理:先制备水性聚氨酯乳液,再将制备好的水性聚氨酯乳液与凹凸棒石粉末按质量比为5:1混合,加热至55-60℃,持续40分钟后,过滤;处理后的凹凸棒石粉末外表包覆层厚度约为12nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐抗老化渔网,其特征在于,所述废PCB板粉经过预处理:将PCB粉末放入到1.5%浓度的氢氧化钠溶液中煮沸30分钟后,过滤,水洗至中性,干燥。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐抗老化渔网,其特征在于,所述尼龙纤维与混合重量份为1份的己二胺和马来酸酐混合物在反应釜中进行混合处理,反应温度为110-115℃,压力为4.5MPa,反应时间为30分钟;所述己二胺和马来酸酐混合物为己二胺和马来酸酐按1:1比例混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐抗老化渔网,其特征在于,将所述竹粉先经过高温蒸煮40分钟后,再与重量份为0.2份的甲基丙烯酸甲酯进行混合加热处理10分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防腐抗老化渔网,其特征在于,所述碳酸钙粉末先采用1.5%浓度羧酸洗涤外表面,再进行干燥即可。
