本发明公开了一种聚氨酯/聚四氟乙烯改性纳米材料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:聚四氟乙烯25-35份,一氟二氯乙烷11-24份,二甲基硅氧烷35-56份,环氧大豆油15-32份,油酸11-16份,硅藻土5-10份,分子筛1-7份,石蜡10-21份,氯化石蜡3-14份,石油磺酸钙13-24份,硫酸45-72份,癸二酸二丁酯3-11份,十八烷基三甲基氯5-13份,聚氨酯30-45份,活性铝纳米功能材料5-24份。本发明得到的纳米改性材料具有弹性好、吸音、隔热、耐油、耐高温、耐寒、耐磨及减震特性。

一种聚氨酯/聚四氟乙烯改性纳米材料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚氨酯/聚四氟乙烯改性纳米材料。
背景技术
聚氨酯(PU)因其特有的优良特性,已经广泛应用于涂料、粘胶剂、印刷、皮革、纺织以及建筑行业中。聚氨酯的优点有:耐磨、耐化学腐蚀、柔韧性好、粘结强度大,但是缺点有:耐水性不好、机械强度不高及成本高。
聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)具有优良的耐低温性能,最低使用温度可达-196℃,化学稳定性好,能耐大多数酸碱的侵蚀,无毒害,吸水性小、电绝缘性能优良。但聚四氟乙烯具有“冷流性”、突出的不粘性,限制了其在工业上的应用。
由上述聚氨酯(PU)和聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)的优缺点来看,可结合其优点而克服其缺点来对聚氨酯和聚四氟乙烯进行改性而得到纳米改性材料。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种聚氨酯/聚四氟乙烯改性纳米材料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种聚氨酯/聚四氟乙烯改性纳米材料,其特征在于,包括下列重量份数的物质:聚四氟乙烯25-35份,一氟二氯乙烷11-24份,二甲基硅氧烷35-56份,环氧大豆油15-32份,油酸11-16份,硅藻土5-10份,分子筛1-7份,石蜡10-21份,氯化石蜡3-14份,石油磺酸钙13-24份,硫酸45-72份,癸二酸二丁酯3-11份,十八烷基三甲基氯5-13份,聚氨酯30-45份,活性铝纳米功能材料5-24份。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过对聚氨酯及聚四氟乙烯进行改性而得到纳米改性材料,该改性材料具有弹性好、吸音、隔热、耐油、耐高温、耐寒、耐磨及减震特性,主要应用于制造皮革、高压密封件、机械设备、汽车、航空领域、船舶、潜水设备、仪表及医疗器械等领域。

实施例1
一种聚氨酯/聚四氟乙烯改性纳米材料,包括下列重量份数的物质:聚四氟乙烯35份,一氟二氯乙烷24份,二甲基硅氧烷56份,环氧大豆油32份,油酸16份,硅藻土10份,分子筛7份,石蜡10-21份,氯化石蜡3份,石油磺酸钙13份,硫酸45份,癸二酸二丁酯3份,十八烷基三甲基氯5-13份,聚氨酯45份,活性铝纳米功能材料24份。
