Abstract

本发明涉及一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,属于水果农残检测配套设备领域。本发明的便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋包括设置有内外两层袋体的保鲜袋体、设置有两层袋体并与保鲜袋体一侧联通的盖体、设置在盖体中间穿过两层袋体的氮气接口、设置在保鲜袋体上穿过外层袋体的空气接口,保鲜袋体与盖体分别设有配套密封装置。本发明的便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋利用双层充气设计有效起到缓冲作用,防止运输过程中的碰伤对试样品质的影响;在内层袋体和苹果样品之间的充满氮气,可以有效降低苹果样品本身的活性和易挥发农残的挥发,从而保证试材采取前后一致性。结构简单、操作方便,提高了苹果农残检测取样速度。

一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋
技术领域
本发明涉及水果农残检测配套设备领域,尤其涉及一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋。
背景技术
苹果属于蔷薇科落叶乔木,叶椭圆形有锯齿。果实球形,味甜,口感爽脆,且富含丰富的营养,是世界四大水果之冠。我国是世界上最大的苹果生产国和消费国,苹果种植面积和产量均占世界总量的40%以上,在世界苹果产业中占有重要地位。全国分为四大优势产区:渤海湾苹果产区、西北黄土高原苹果产区、黄河故道产区和西南高地苹果产区。根据气候和生态适宜标准,西北黄土高原产区和渤海湾产区是中国最适苹果发展产区,两个区域苹果栽培面积分别占全国的44%和34%,产量分别占全国的49%和31%,出口量占全国的90%以上。
苹果属于仁果类水果,晚熟品种比中熟品种耐贮运,早熟品种一般不作贮藏。红富士、小国光、秦冠等晚熟品种在贮藏过程中硬度和品质变化比较缓慢,而且抗病性强,适合长期贮藏。红星、新红星、乔纳金、北斗等中晚熟品种在贮藏过程中易后熟发绵,要求贮藏条件比较严格,一般作为中短期贮藏早熟品种一般只进行周转贮藏。苹果贮藏过程中果皮易失水皱缩,更应注意相对湿度的保持。
为了保障人民食品安全和监测食品质量,需要对市场流通和各种生产环节进行农残检测等理化指标分析测试。实验中对试材进行处理分析时,取样环节需要合理取样,保证样品采取前后一致性。为保证分析结果准确无误,首先就要正确的采样。如果采取的样品不足以代表全部物料的组成成份,则其检验结果也将毫无价值,所以采用正确的取样试材尤为重要。
因此用于取样试材的保鲜袋在取样中显得尤为重要,现有技术的用于取样试材的保鲜袋,一般采用PE普通塑料袋或自封袋,所取样苹果试材如需要长时间运输保存容易变质,不能够保证试材采取前后一致。尤其是长距离田间取样或果园田间进行大样本取样时,使用现有的取样袋,取样试材很容易褐化变质,不能用于后续实验分析。
发明内容
为了克服现有取样袋存在的取样试材经过长时间运输容易变质,不能够保证试材取样前后一致的缺点,本发明提供一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋。该便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋不仅能够保证取样苹果经过长时间运输后的保湿保鲜,而且能够保证试材的一致性为试验数据的准确性提供保证,结构简单、生产使用简便。
为实现上述目的,本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋包括:设置有内袋、外袋两层袋体的保鲜袋体、设置有内外两层袋体并与保鲜袋体一侧联通的盖体、设置在盖体中央穿过两层袋体的氮气单向接口、设置在保鲜袋体上穿过外层袋体的空气单向接口,保鲜袋体与盖体上分别设有配套密封装置。
优选的,所述的保鲜袋袋体为正方体。
优选的,所述的保鲜袋体与盖体的配套密封装置为夹链或胶条,设置于保鲜袋体与盖体开口侧面。
优选的,所述的外袋的整体长度为第一长度,内袋与外袋连接处到内袋开口的距离为第二长度,且第一长度大于第二长度。
优选的,所述的外袋袋体上附设有粘结装置。
优选的,所述的袋体采用食品级PE或PA材料制成。
本发明的一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋取样使用时,先向空气单向接口吹入空气以维持取样保鲜袋的立体形状并起到缓冲作用,放入取样的苹果样品。通过配套密封装置将保鲜袋体和盖体密封,以防止漏气。然后向氮气单向接口内吹入氮气,直至氮气充满内层袋体和苹果样品之间的空间,从而加起到保鲜作用。充气完成检查是否漏气,可继续下一批样品的操作。
本发明的有益技术效果:
1、本发明的便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,利用双层充气设计有效起到缓冲作用,能够防止运输过程中的碰伤对苹果试样品质的影响。
2、本发明的便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,在内层袋体和苹果样品之间充满氮气,有效降低苹果样品本身的活性和易挥发农残的挥发,从而保证试材取样前后一致性。
3、本发明的便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,结构简单、操作方便,提高了苹果农残检测取样速度。

一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋包括:设置有内袋、外袋两层袋体的保鲜袋体1、设置有内外两层袋体并与保鲜袋体一侧联通的盖体2、设置在盖体中央穿过两层袋体的氮气单向接口3、设置在保鲜袋体上穿过外层袋体的空气单向接口4,保鲜袋体与盖体上分别设有配套密封装置5。
所述的保鲜袋袋体1为正方体,保鲜袋体与盖体的配套密封装置5为夹链或胶条,设置于保鲜袋体1与盖体2开口侧面。所述的外袋的整体长度为第一长度,内袋与外袋连接处到内袋开口的距离为第二长度,且第一长度大于第二长度。所述的外袋袋体上附设有粘结装置。所述的袋体采用食品级PE或PA材料制成。

1.一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,包括保鲜袋体和盖体,其特征在于:保鲜袋体设置有内袋、外袋两层袋体,保鲜袋体上设有穿过外层袋体的空气单向接口;盖体设置有内外两层袋体并与保鲜袋体一侧联通,盖体设有穿过两层袋体的氮气单向接口;保鲜袋体与盖体上分别设有配套密封装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,其特征在于:所述的保鲜袋袋体为正方体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,其特征在于:所述的氮气单向接口设置在盖体中央位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,其特征在于:所述的配套密封装置为夹链或胶条。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,其特征在于:所述的配套密封装置设置于保鲜袋体与盖体开口侧面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种便携式苹果农残检测取样保鲜袋,其特征在于:所述的外袋的整体长度为第一长度,内袋与外袋连接处到内袋开口的距离为第二长度,且第一长度大于第二长度。
