本发明涉及编织袋领域,具体的说是一种防滑落式塑料编织袋,包括袋体、支杆、套筒、倾角传感器和配重装置;所述的支杆安装在袋体上,所述的套筒固定在支杆上,所述的配重装置布置在支杆上;所述的袋体包括主仓和位于主仓左右两侧的侧仓;所述的倾角传感器固连在支杆上端面;所述的配重装置包括挂钩和固连在挂钩下端的铁块。在众多编织袋上下堆叠时,本发明能使得上层编织袋与下一层编织袋的接触面积增大,且上层编织袋与下一层编织袋的接触力增大,并且能使得编织袋在最初堆叠的过程中都能保持水平堆叠,从而本发明的编织袋较传统编织袋而言,在装满货物后的上下堆叠过程中不易滑落,减小了安全隐患。

本发明涉及编织袋领域,具体的说是一种防滑落式塑料编织袋。
背景技术
现有技术中,装满货物的编织袋通常采用一层层的上下堆叠方式进行堆积,而这样传统的编织袋堆叠往往因为上下层编织袋之间的接触面积较少、堆叠时出现倾斜放置等原因,使得上层编织袋滑落,极易造成安全隐患。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防滑落式塑料编织袋,其弥补了现有编织袋在装满货物后容易在堆叠时和堆叠好之后出现滑落的缺陷。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种防滑落式塑料编织袋,包括袋体、支杆、套筒、倾角传感器和配重装置;所述的支杆安装在袋体上,所述的套筒固定在支杆上,所述的配重装置布置在支杆上。
所述的袋体包括主仓和位于主仓左右两侧的侧仓,所述的主仓与侧仓之间两两不连通,且主仓容积为侧仓容积的六至十倍,工作时,将本编织袋的主仓与侧仓均填满货物,接着将众多本编织袋上下堆叠,此时各袋体的主仓之间相互接触,而位于上层的袋体的侧仓则因重力作用向下并搭在下一层袋体表面,从而使得上层袋体与下一层袋体的接触面积增大,从而上层袋体不易从下一层袋体表面滑落。
所述的支杆数量为二,两个支杆均固连在袋体上,且两个支杆分别对称布置在袋体的左右两侧;所述的各支杆上均固连有六对套筒,所述的每对套筒之间两两形成嵌套槽。
所述的倾角传感器固连在支杆上端面,倾角传感器用于判断本编织袋在堆放时是否整体处于水平状态。
所述的配重装置包括挂钩和固连在挂钩下端的铁块,所述的挂钩嵌入支杆上的嵌套槽内,所述配重装置的作用是使得在众多本编织袋上下堆叠时,位于上一层的袋体能够更牢靠的贴紧下一层袋体,且能够通过调整配重装置的个数来调整本编织袋在堆叠时的水平度,使得本编织袋整体在堆叠过程中始终处于水平状态,进而减小在堆叠过后本编织袋滑落的可能性。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种防滑落式塑料编织袋,其袋体设计有一对侧仓,在众多编织袋上下堆叠时,侧仓的设计能使得上层编织袋与下一层编织袋的接触面积增大,且配重装置的设计使得上层编织袋与下一层编织袋的接触力增大,并且倾角传感器的安装能使得编织袋在最初堆叠的过程中都能保持水平堆叠,从而本发明的编织袋较传统编织袋而言,在装满货物后的上下堆叠过程中不易滑落,减小了安全隐患,保障了工人的安全。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体图示,进一步阐述本发明。
如图1、图2、图3和图4所示,本发明所述的一种防滑落式塑料编织袋,包括袋体1、支杆2、套筒3、倾角传感器4和配重装置5;所述的支杆2安装在袋体1上,所述的套筒3固定在支杆2上,所述的配重装置5布置在支杆2上。
所述的袋体1包括主仓11和位于主仓11左右两侧的侧仓12,所述的主仓11与侧仓12之间两两不连通,且主仓11容积为侧仓12容积的六至十倍,工作时,将本编织袋的主仓11与侧仓12均填满货物,接着将众多本编织袋上下堆叠,此时各袋体1的主仓11之间相互接触,而位于上层的袋体1的侧仓12则因重力作用向下并搭在下一层袋体1表面,从而使得上层袋体1与下一层袋体1的接触面积增大,从而上层袋体1不易从下一层袋体1表面滑落。
所述的支杆2数量为二,两个支杆2均固连在袋体1上,且两个支杆2分别对称布置在袋体1的左右两侧;所述的各支杆2上均固连有六对套筒3,所述的每对套筒3之间两两形成嵌套槽31。
所述的倾角传感器4固连在支杆2上端面,倾角传感器4用于判断本编织袋在堆放时是否整体处于水平状态。
所述的配重装置5包括挂钩51和固连在挂钩51下端的铁块52,所述的挂钩51嵌入支杆2上的嵌套槽31内,所述配重装5置的作用是使得在众多本编织袋上下堆叠时,位于上一层的袋体1能够更牢靠的贴紧下一层袋体1,且能够通过调整配重装置5的个数来调整本编织袋在堆叠时的水平度,使得本编织袋整体在堆叠过程中始终处于水平状态,进而减小在堆叠过后本编织袋滑落的可能性。
