本发明提供一种具有防止拉扯功能的充电桩,包括外壳和用于向待充电设备充电的充电端口,所述外壳上设置有用于放置所述充电端口的通孔,还包括用于保护充电桩的锁定装置,所述锁定装置设置于所述外壳内侧、所述充电端口上,所述锁定装置包括压敏电阻和电控开关,所述压敏电阻设置于所述充电端口与所述外壳之间,所述通孔直径大于所述充电端口最大长度,所述充电端口通过所述电控开关固定设置于所述外壳内侧,所述压敏电阻与所述电控开关电连接。本发明提供的具有防止拉扯功能的充电桩,通过设置压敏电阻和电控开关,能够使所述充电端口随外力冲出,避免了整个充电桩的结构被破坏,也保护了待充电设备的结构,结构简单,使用方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有防止拉扯功能的充电桩。
背景技术
充电桩是电动力车充电站,外形犹如停车计时咪表。一个充电桩可同时为多辆车充电,从没电到充满的充电时间为6至8小时。充电桩能实现计时、计电度、计金额充电,可以作为市民购电终端。
但是现在生活中,经常会发生忘记将加油站的加油管拔掉的现象,会造成整个加油站停工检修,造成人力物力的极大损失,那么在使用充电桩的过程中,也会遇到这种情况。
发明内容
因此,本发明提供一种能够检测待充电设备的额定电压并能够自动进行匹配的智能充电桩。
一种具有防止拉扯功能的充电桩,包括外壳和用于向待充电设备充电的充电端口,所述外壳上设置有用于放置所述充电端口的通孔,还包括用于保护充电桩的锁定装置,所述锁定装置设置于所述外壳内侧、所述充电端口上,所述锁定装置包括压敏电阻和电控开关,所述压敏电阻设置于所述充电端口与所述外壳之间,所述通孔直径大于所述充电端口最大长度,所述充电端口通过所述电控开关固定设置于所述外壳内侧,所述压敏电阻与所述电控开关电连接。
所述压敏电阻的数量为4个,均匀分布于所述充电端口四周。
本发明提供的具有防止拉扯功能的充电桩,通过设置压敏电阻和电控开关,能够使所述充电端口随外力冲出,避免了整个充电桩的结构被破坏,也保护了待充电设备的结构,结构简单,使用方便。

下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行说明:
如图1和图2所示的具有防止拉扯功能的充电桩,包括外壳1和用于向待充电设备充电的充电端口2,所述外壳1上设置有用于放置所述充电端口2的通孔3,还包括用于保护充电桩的锁定装置4,所述锁定装置4设置于所述外壳1内侧、所述充电端口2上,所述锁定装置4包括压敏电阻41和电控开关42,所述压敏电阻41设置于所述充电端口2与所述外壳1之间,所述通孔3直径大于所述充电端口2最大长度,所述充电端口2通过所述电控开关42固定设置于所述外壳1内侧,所述压敏电阻41与所述电控开关42电连接。
所述压敏电阻41的数量为4个,均匀分布于所述充电端口2四周。
待充电设备连接在所述充电端口2上进行充电,当在移动待充电设备时,忘记拔掉连接所述充电端口2的充电头,所述压敏电阻41受到压力,电阻变小,能够通过电流,所述电控开关42受电流控制开启,所述充电端口2受到拉力后产生形变,进而从所述通孔3内脱出,即与所述外壳1脱离,进而保护了所述外壳1和整个充电桩的完整性。
本发明提供的具有防止拉扯功能的充电桩,通过设置压敏电阻41和电控开关42,能够使所述充电端口2随外力冲出,避免了整个充电桩的结构被破坏,也保护了待充电设备的结构,结构简单,使用方便。

1.一种具有防止拉扯功能的充电桩,包括外壳和用于向待充电设备充电的充电端口,所述外壳上设置有用于放置所述充电端口的通孔,其特征在于:还包括用于保护充电桩的锁定装置,所述锁定装置设置于所述外壳内侧、所述充电端口上,所述锁定装置包括压敏电阻和电控开关,所述压敏电阻设置于所述充电端口与所述外壳之间,所述通孔直径大于所述充电端口最大长度,所述充电端口通过所述电控开关固定设置于所述外壳内侧,所述压敏电阻与所述电控开关电连接;所述压敏电阻的数量为4个,均匀分布于所述充电端口四周;待充电设备连接在所述充电端口上进行充电,当在移动待充电设备时,忘记拔掉连接所述充电端口的充电头,所述压敏电阻受到压力,电阻变小,通过电流,所述电控开关受电流控制开启,所述充电端口受到拉力后产生形变,进而从所述通孔内脱出,与所述外壳脱离。
