Abstract
本发明提供一种具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,包括至少三层的复合材料层和至少两层的金属丝网层,金属丝网层包括至少一层的120目~200目金属丝网,相邻的金属丝网层之间设有至少一层复合材料层,且该面板最外层和最里层均为复合材料层。该种具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,具有电磁屏蔽功能、重量轻,与泡沫、蜂窝等粘接不易脱粘,对100kHz~10 GHz范围内电磁屏蔽效能大于40dB。舱板易于安装,金属丝网连接方便可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板。
背景技术
电磁屏蔽方舱是一种类似于车载集装箱的车载方舱,电子屏蔽方舱一般由六块舱板组合而成,目前舱板一般为铝合金蒙皮的夹芯结构,电子屏蔽方舱用于在舱内安装电子设备和微电子设备,为了保证舱内的电子设备和微电子设备工作可靠,方舱的舱体对电磁环境要有一定的电磁屏蔽性能。这种铝合金舱板组合的方舱自重大、传热系数大,在野外使用过程中容易出现面板脱胶现象,而且当温度剧烈变化时,铝板、钢板等外蒙皮与内测会产生很大的热应力,方舱大板脱粘的一个主要原因是由于结构的热变形所致。
复合材料蒙皮制成的舱板能很好的解决自重大,容易脱胶的问题,但是由于复合材料一般树脂基材料其导电性和电池屏蔽性能远低于金属材料,复合材料舱板很难满足电磁屏蔽方舱的电磁屏蔽要求。
由此可见,复合材料方舱因其自身材料特性给方舱轻量化以及高强度带来了便利的同时也出现电磁屏蔽效果差等问题,如何解决电磁屏蔽问题是复合材料方舱生产过程中需要考虑的。
发明内容
本发明提供一种电磁屏蔽方舱用具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板解决目前铝合金舱板自重大,容易脱胶,复合材料方舱电池屏蔽效果差的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,包括至少三层的复合材料层和至少两层的金属丝网层,金属丝网层包括至少一层的120目~200目金属丝网,相邻的金属丝网层之间设有至少一层复合材料层,且该面板最外层和最里层均为复合材料层。
进一步地,金属丝网层由紫铜网、不锈钢网、镍网其中的一种或几种组合而成,金属丝网层的克重为180g/㎡~240g/㎡,金属丝网层的目数均为150目~200目。
进一步地,金属丝网层的边缘比复合材料层边缘延伸至少10mm,保证舱板在组合过程中能将金属丝网连接。
进一步地,复合材料层由碳纤维预浸料通过热压罐或烘箱固化而成,预浸料树脂含量35%-45%,保证树脂能渗透到金属丝网网孔中。
进一步地,该具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板由以下步骤制得:使用丙酮擦洗模具表面,然后在模具表面涂覆脱模剂,铺贴最底层的复合材料层,再铺层金属丝网层,然后再铺贴复合材料层、金属网层,使相邻的金属丝网层之间铺贴有至少一层复合材料层,最后铺贴最顶层的复合材料层,完成铺贴后在预浸料表面铺放脱模布、无孔隔离膜、真空袋,将预制件放入热压罐或烘箱共固化而成,固化温度为120℃~135℃,固化压力为0.1mpa~0.3mpa,固化过程中复合材料层的树脂流动填充到金属丝网层的网孔中使得树脂充满整个复合材料面板,脱模后即可得到具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板。
本发明的有益效果:该种具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,具有电磁屏蔽功能、重量轻,与泡沫、蜂窝等粘接不易脱粘,对100kHz~10GHz范围内电磁屏蔽效能大于40dB。舱板易于安装,金属丝网连接方便可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施例。
实施例
一种具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,包括至少三层的复合材料层1、2、3和至少两层的金属丝网层4,金属丝网层4包括至少一层的120目~200目金属丝网,相邻的金属丝网层4之间设有至少一层复合材料层,且该面板最外层和最里层均为复合材料层1、3。
该种具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,利用碳纤维复合材料和金属丝网结合达到电磁屏蔽效果的复合板材。该复合材料面板重量轻,与泡沫、蜂窝等粘接不易脱粘,对100kHz~10GHz范围内电磁屏蔽效能大于40dB。舱板易于安装,金属丝网连接方便可靠。
金属丝网层4由紫铜网、不锈钢网、镍网其中的一种或几种组合而成,金属丝网层4的克重为180g/㎡~240g/㎡,金属丝网层4的目数均为150目~200目。金属丝网层4的边缘比复合材料层边缘延伸至少10mm,保证舱板在组合过程中能将金属丝网连接。
复合材料层1、2、3采用碳纤维预浸料、玻璃纤维预浸料。复合材料层1、2、3可由碳纤维预浸料通过热压罐或烘箱固化而成,预浸料树脂含量35%-45%,保证树脂能渗透到金属丝网网孔中。
该具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板由以下步骤制得:使用丙酮擦洗模具5表面,然后在模具5表面涂覆脱模剂,铺贴最底层的复合材料层1,再铺层金属丝网层4,然后再铺贴复合材料层2、金属网层4,使相邻的金属丝网层4之间铺贴有至少一层复合材料层2,最后铺贴最顶层的复合材料层3,完成铺贴后在预浸料表面铺放脱模布、无孔隔离膜、真空袋,将预制件放入热压罐或烘箱共固化而成,固化温度为120℃~135℃,固化压力为0.1mpa~0.3mpa,固化过程中复合材料层1、2、3的树脂流动填充到金属丝网层的网孔中使得树脂充满整个复合材料面板,脱模后即可得到具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板。
上述实施例仅为本发明较优实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所作的等效变化,均涵盖于本发明保护范围之内。
Claims (5)
1.一种具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,其特征在于:包括至少三层的复合材料层和至少两层的金属丝网层,金属丝网层包括至少一层的120目~200目金属丝网,相邻的金属丝网层之间设有至少一层复合材料层,且该面板最外层和最里层均为复合材料层。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,其特征在于:金属丝网层由紫铜网、不锈钢网、镍网其中的一种或几种组合而成,金属丝网层的克重为180g/㎡~240g/㎡,金属丝网层的目数均为150目~200目。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,其特征在于:金属丝网层的边缘比复合材料层边缘延伸至少10mm。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的具有电磁屏蔽功能的复合材料面板,其特征在于:复合材料层由碳纤维预浸料通过热压罐或烘箱固化而成,预浸料树脂含量35%-45%。
