Abstract
本发明公开了一种工业百洁布的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:S1:将各组分聚合物切片通过螺杆挤压机使其熔融,形成纤维熔融物;所述各组分按质量百分比包括:聚酰胺纤维60‑90份、碳纤维(PAN)20‑30份、金属纤维0.5‑1.0份;S2:经过喷丝孔将纤维熔融物喷出成为纤维状,并在高速(13000m/min)热气流的喷吹下,形成极细的短纤维;S3:短纤维耐磨度喷雾处理;S4:短纤维被吸附在成网帘上,纤维凝聚成工业百洁布。本发明采用短纤维耐磨度喷雾处理,纤维耐磨度溶剂喷涂均匀。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体涉及一种工业百洁布的制作工艺。
背景技术
工业百洁布广泛应用于金属物品的外表陈锈及污垢的清除,木材、金属、塑料和橡胶等物品的抛光研磨。工业百洁布在抛光研磨作业的时候不易堵塞百洁布表层,散热效果比较好;柔韧性较好,可以作业于不规则曲面,贴合曲面,处理干净,不会改变工件的外观形状,不易变形,因此提升了工件抛光的效率和百洁布的使用寿命;有着高耐油耐水的优良性能;第四,极地的污染环境作业,没有噪音和灰尘;工件表面研磨均匀,干净漂亮,具有光泽。
工业百洁布,特别是抛光用百洁布对百洁布的耐磨度有一定的要求,现有的工业百洁布一般采用添加特种纤维或者百洁布后续处理来提高百洁布耐磨度,添加特种纤维成本高,百洁布后续处理来提高百洁布耐磨度往往采用溶剂喷涂或者浸吐后干燥处理,所得的百洁布往往溶剂喷涂不均匀、溶剂易浪费。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种工业百洁布的制作工艺与设备,采用短纤维耐磨度喷雾处理,纤维耐磨度溶剂喷涂均匀。
本发明一种工业百洁布的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将各组分聚合物切片通过螺杆挤压机使其熔融,形成纤维熔融物;
所述各组分按质量份数包括:聚酰胺纤维60-90份、碳纤维(PAN)20-30份、金属纤维0.5-1.0份;
S2:经过喷丝孔将纤维熔融物喷出成为纤维状,并在13000m/min高速热气流的喷吹下,形成极细的短纤维;
S3:短纤维耐磨度喷雾处理;
所述耐磨度处理包括:以质量份数计,取环氧树脂:30-50份、固化剂:6-15份、磨料:20-45份、增韧剂:3-4份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份,混合均匀后,通过喷雾装置喷涂短纤维。
S4:短纤维被吸附在成网帘上,纤维凝聚成工业百洁布。
本发明一种工业百洁布的制作设备,包括熔喷装置,所述熔喷装置包括吸风口、弹簧扣、机身、进料口、喷雾装置、喷雾剂入口,所述机身与进料口一端相连,所述弹簧扣位于进料口另一端边缘,所述吸风口包围于进料口外层,与进料口之间形成一个吸风空腔,所述机身内部设置熔喷模头,所述喷雾装置机身内部与熔喷模头相连。
优选的所述喷雾装置包括喷头。
有益效果
本发明提出的一种工业百洁布的制作工艺与设备,采用包括喷雾装置的熔喷装置的一种工业百洁布的制作设备,进行短纤维耐磨度喷雾处理,提高短纤维耐磨度,生产的工业百洁布耐磨性良好,且该设备简单、无需后续大量的百洁布处理以及相关设备、减少了工艺步骤,提高了工业百洁布制作效率。

具体实施方式
实施例1
结合图1-2,本发明一种工业百洁布的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将各组分聚合物01切片通过螺杆挤压机使其熔融,形成纤维熔融物02;
所述各组分按质量份数包括:聚酰胺纤维70份、碳纤维(PAN)30份、金属纤维0.5份;
S2:经过喷丝孔将纤维熔融物喷出成为纤维状,并在高速(13000m/min)热气流的喷吹下,形成极细的短纤维03;
S3:短纤维03耐磨度喷雾处理;
所述耐磨度处理包括:以质量份数计,取环氧树脂:50份、固化剂:6份、磨料:20份、增韧剂:4份、硅烷偶联剂3份,混合均匀后,通过喷雾装置喷涂短纤维。
S4:短纤维被吸附在成网帘06上,纤维凝聚成工业百洁布。
本发明一种工业百洁布的制作设备,包括熔喷装置,所述熔喷装置包括吸风口2、弹簧扣、机身3、进料口1、喷雾装置,所述机身3与进料口1一端相连,所述弹簧扣位于进料口1另一端边缘,所述吸风口2包围于进料口1外层,与进料口1之间形成一个吸风空腔,所述机身3内部设置熔喷模头,所述喷雾装置机身内部与熔喷模头相连。喷雾装置包括喷头。
所述设备还包括聚合物熔体分配系统、空气加热器、伸热空气管路通道、加热保温元件,聚合物熔体分配系统的作用是保证聚合物熔体在整个熔喷模头长度方向上均匀流动并具有均一的滞留时间。熔喷工艺需用大量的热空气。空压机输出的压缩空气经除湿过滤后输送到空气加热器加热,然后再送至熔喷模头。
所述熔喷模头喷丝孔采用毛细管,通过焊接与模头成为一体。
本实施例中,适当提高碳纤维含量,工业百洁布耐磨度较好。
实施例2
本发明一种工业百洁布的制作工艺,包括如下步骤:
S1:将各组分聚合物切片通过螺杆挤压机使其熔融,形成纤维熔融物;
所述各组分按质量份数包括:聚酰胺纤维80份、碳纤维(PAN)20份、金属纤维0.5份;
S2:经过喷丝孔将纤维熔融物喷出成为纤维状,并在高速(13000m/min)热气流的喷吹下,形成极细的短纤维;
S3:短纤维耐磨度喷雾处理;
所述耐磨度处理包括:以质量份数计,取环氧树脂:50份、固化剂:15份、磨料:20份、增韧剂:3份、硅烷偶联剂1份,混合均匀后,通过喷雾装置喷涂短纤维。
S4:短纤维被吸附在成网帘上,纤维凝聚成工业百洁布。
本发明一种工业百洁布的制作设备,包括熔喷装置,所述熔喷装置包括吸风口2、弹簧扣、机身3、进料口1、喷雾装置,所述机身3与进料口1一端相连,所述弹簧扣位于进料口1另一端边缘,所述吸风口2包围于进料口1外层,与进料口1之间形成一个吸风空腔,所述机身3内部设置熔喷模头,所述喷雾装置机身内部与熔喷模头相连。喷雾装置包括喷头。

所述设备还包括聚合物熔体分配系统、空气加热器、伸热空气管路通道、加热保温元件,聚合物熔体分配系统的作用是保证聚合物熔体在整个熔喷模头长度方向上均匀流动并具有均一的滞留时间。熔喷工艺需用大量的热空气。空压机输出的压缩空气经除湿过滤后输送到空气加热器加热,然后再送至熔喷模头。
所述熔喷模头共有192个喷丝孔,分成4个区域,每个区域有48个喷丝孔,区域之间被25.4mm宽的空间所隔开,该空间用于固定上下两块模体,因此,该熔喷模头的喷丝孔实际上是由上下模体配合形成的。先在上下模体结合面上各自加工出微细的凹槽,然后上下模体贴合,校正后即可形成一排喷丝孔。

1.一种工业百洁布的制作工艺,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1:将各组分聚合物切片通过螺杆挤压机使其熔融,形成纤维熔融物;
所述各组分按质量份数包括:聚酰胺纤维60-90份、碳纤维(PAN)20-30份、金属纤维0.5-1.0份;
S2:经过喷丝孔将纤维熔融物喷出成为纤维状,并在13000m/min高速热气流的喷吹下,形成极细的短纤维;
S3:短纤维耐磨度喷雾处理;
所述耐磨度处理包括:以质量份数计,取环氧树脂:30-50份、固化剂:6-15份、磨料:20-45份、增韧剂:3-4份、硅烷偶联剂1-3份,混合均匀后,通过喷雾装置喷涂短纤维;
S4:短纤维被吸附在成网帘上,纤维凝聚成工业百洁布。
