Abstract

本发明属于复合管对接焊领域,具体为一种小直径复合管对接焊方法。一种小直径复合管对接焊方法,具体工艺步骤如下:一、坡口加工:将复合管距离管端6mm内的覆层加工至基层往下2mm处,基层金属加工成单边V型30°外坡口,1mm钝边;二、组对焊接:组对间隙为3mm,采用钨极氩弧焊点焊牢固;外侧焊接基层,采用钨极氩弧焊打底,焊接一层;采用手电弧焊填充、盖面;内侧覆层采用气体保护小孔堆焊机堆焊过渡层,再堆焊面层。本焊接方法实现了传统复合管的焊接要求,提高了焊接效率及一次合格率。克服了小直径复合管传统的先焊接基层后内侧无法进入焊接覆层的不足。

技术领域
本发明属于复合管对接焊领域,具体为一种小直径复合管对接焊方法。
背景技术
不锈钢/碳钢复合管一般应用于石油、化工行业中,尤其常用于石油天然气管道、压力容器、船舶管件的制作。管内径在80mm~400mm、单边管长度小于1m的各种材质的不锈钢/碳钢复合管的传统焊接方法,先从外侧焊接基层金属,但因直径小无法进入内侧堆焊覆层。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种小直径复合管对接焊方法,解决了小直径不锈钢/碳钢复合管焊接中内侧覆层无法堆焊的问题。
本发明是采用如下的技术方案实现的:一种小直径复合管对接焊方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:坡口加工:将复合管距离管口端6mm内的覆层加工至基层往下2mm处,基层加工成单边V型30°外坡口,1mm钝边;
步骤二:复合管坡口加工完成后,清理坡口表面及周边;
步骤三:将待对接焊的复合管放在防窜滚轮架上,组对间隙设为3mm;
步骤四:外侧焊接基层:采用钨极氩弧焊打底,焊接一层,然后采用焊条电弧焊填充、盖面;
步骤五:外侧基层焊接完成后,复合管放在气体保护小孔堆焊机操作平台上夹紧,机臂伸进复合管内侧焊缝处,内侧覆层采用气体保护小孔堆焊机堆焊过渡层,再堆焊面层。
本发明方法中基层金属的焊接采用钨极氩弧焊打底、焊条电弧焊填充盖面,不会影响到覆层金属,且焊接效率和一次合格率高,基层焊接完成后,内侧采用先进的气体保护焊小孔堆焊机堆焊覆层金属,成型好,焊接效率高,可以实现管内径在80mm~400mm、单边管长度小于1m的各种材质的不锈钢/碳钢复合管的对接焊。

具体实施方式
一种小直径复合管对接焊方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:坡口加工:将复合管距离管口端6mm内的覆层加工至基层往下2mm处,基层加工成单边V型30°外坡口,1mm钝边;
步骤二:复合管坡口加工完成后,清理坡口表面及周边;
步骤三:将待对接焊的复合管放在防窜滚轮架上,组对间隙设为3mm;
步骤四:外侧焊接基层:采用钨极氩弧焊打底,焊接一层,然后采用焊条电弧焊填充、盖面;

1.一种小直径复合管对接焊方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤一:坡口加工:将复合管距离管口端6mm内的覆层加工至基层往下2mm处,基层加工成单边V型30°外坡口,1mm钝边;
步骤二:复合管坡口加工完成后,清理坡口表面及周边;
步骤三:将待对接焊的复合管放在防窜滚轮架上,组对间隙设为3mm;
步骤四:外侧焊接基层:采用钨极氩弧焊打底,焊接一层,然后采用焊条电弧焊填充盖面;
步骤五:外侧基层焊接完成后,复合管放在气体保护小孔堆焊机操作平台上夹紧,机臂伸进复合管内侧焊缝处,内侧覆层采用气体保护小孔堆焊机堆焊过渡层,再堆焊面层。
