本发明涉及一种灌胶机械。
背景技术
线束端子加工过程中，现有灌胶机械结构功能设计精密、操作便捷，但也存在一定的不足之处，灌胶管道一般为长形的等量控制结构，胶液流淌后形成堆积状态需进行晃动平胶作业，若采用手动倾斜则综合耗费时间久，工作效率不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种用于线端子灌胶中的可倾斜角度、平胶便捷的辅助部件。
本发明是这样实现的。用于线端子灌胶中的平胶部件，包括一个架体，架体整体呈套装结构设计，上端设置空心管装置、活动式卡槽结构、蓄电装置，底部设置防护罩装置、平胶基块，角度调整器位于衔接处，使用时将架体固定于灌胶管道上，根据操作者的作业需求调整其升降高度、倾斜度后针对线端子胶面进行平刮处理。
用于线端子灌胶中的平胶部件，架体上设置提示装置，提示信息的方式为声音或LED灯光显示。
用于线端子灌胶中的平胶部件，防护罩装置前方设置照明组件，在环境光线昏暗时提供辅助照明。
用于线端子灌胶中的平胶部件，防护罩装置与灌胶管道呈倾斜结构设计，平胶基块位于两端。
用于线端子灌胶中的平胶部件，平胶基块表层采用光滑、防粘连材质制作。
