Abstract

The invention belongs to the field of nutrition and health care and relates to a composition with the function of relieving joint inflammation pain. The composition is prepared from dimethyl sulfone, hyaluronic acid, collagen, vitamin K, drynaria rhizome extracts, epimedium extracts, malaytea scurfpea fruit extracts, radix notoginseng extracts and eucommia bark extracts. The composition is used for joint inflammation, the kidney yang tonifying, muscle and bone strengthening and blood stasis and pain removing theory in traditional Chinese medicine is adopted and combined with the element supplementing and inflammation eliminating functions in modern nutriology, and the pain symptom of patients suffering from arthritis can be effectively relieved. Besides, the composition can be prepared into capsules in a perfusion mode and pressed into tablets and can be conveniently taken by patients.

Description

Composition with function of relieving arthritis pain
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of nutrition and health care, in particular to a composition with a function of relieving joint inflammation and pain.
Background
Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease, which is caused by degenerative damage of articular cartilage and reactive hyperplasia of articular margin and subchondral bone due to aging, obesity, strain, trauma, congenital abnormality of joints, joint deformity and other factors, and is also called osteoarthropathy, degenerative arthritis, senile arthritis, hypertrophic arthritis, etc. The clinical manifestations are slowly developing joint pain, tenderness, stiffness, joint swelling, limited mobility and joint deformity. Therefore, this series of discomfort symptoms severely reduces the work efficiency and quality of life of the osteoarthritis patient.
As far as present, osteoarthritis is not treated in a good way, conservative treatment is generally used: (1) minimize exercise and weight (for obese patients) to reduce the burden on the joints; (2) hormone medicines or analgesic medicines are adopted for treatment, so that discomforts such as pain and inflammation are reduced. (3) Chondroitin sulfate or glucosamine is orally taken for a long time to increase the lubrication degree between joints so as to delay the structural progress of diseases.
However, the above methods have some defects or shortcomings: (1) the limitation of reducing the exercise and the burden is too large, and the exercise and the burden are difficult to realize for young or middle-aged patients in the working environment; (2) hormone drugs and analgesic drugs mostly have adverse effects on the body and cannot be taken for a long time, and sensitive patients cannot take the drugs; (3) the long-term oral administration of chondroitin sulfate or glucosamine is a better method, but the effects of the two components are single, so that a very good delay effect cannot be achieved, and the corresponding symptoms cannot be relieved in a short time.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention provides a composition with a function of alleviating pain caused by arthritis, which can effectively alleviate pain symptoms of arthritis patients by using the theory of invigorating kidney yang, strengthening tendons and bones, removing blood stasis and pain in traditional Chinese medicine and combining the efficacies of supplementing elements and eliminating inflammation in modern nutriology. In addition, the composition can be filled into capsules and pressed into tablets, so that the composition is convenient for patients to take.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a composition with a function of relieving joint inflammation and pain is characterized by comprising dimethyl sulfone, hyaluronic acid, collagen, vitamin K, a drynaria extract, an epimedium extract, a malaytea scurfpea fruit extract, a pseudo-ginseng extract and an eucommia bark extract.
Wherein,
dimethyl sulfone: has effects in promoting synthesis of collagen and vitamins, eliminating inflammation, and relieving pain.
Hyaluronic acid: has effects in lubricating joint and promoting wound healing.
Collagen protein: is an important component in human bones, especially cartilage tissues.
Vitamin K: is involved in bone metabolism and can promote bone regeneration.
The drynaria extract is prepared by carrying out reflux extraction on drynaria and 80% ethanol according to the weight ratio of 1: 10 for 5 hours, then concentrating and drying, and has the effects of tonifying kidney, strengthening bone, healing wound and relieving pain.
The epimedium extract is prepared by refluxing and extracting epimedium and purified water according to the weight ratio of 1: 8 for 6 hours, concentrating and drying, and has the effects of tonifying kidney yang, strengthening muscles and bones and dispelling wind and dampness.
The fructus Psoraleae extract is prepared by reflux-extracting rhizoma Drynariae and 80% ethanol at a weight ratio of 1: 8 for 6 hr, concentrating, and drying, and has effects of warming kidney, tonifying yang, and promoting inspiration.
The notoginseng extract is obtained by reflux-extracting notoginseng and purified water according to the weight ratio of 1: 8 for 6 hours, concentrating and drying, and has the effects of removing blood stasis, stopping bleeding, reducing swelling and relieving pain.
The eucommia ulmoides extract is prepared by carrying out reflux extraction on eucommia ulmoides and 60% ethanol according to the weight ratio of 1: 8 for 4 hours, then concentrating and drying, and has the effects of tonifying liver and kidney and strengthening tendons and bones.
The preferred technical scheme of the invention is as follows:
the composition with the function of relieving the pain of the joint inflammation comprises the following components in parts by weight: 1500 parts of dimethyl sulfone 500-.
The composition can also be filled into capsules, and can be further added with 1.5 to 3 weight parts of magnesium stearate to be pressed into tablets.
The invention has the following advantages and beneficial effects:
(1) the composition scientifically combines the effects of tonifying kidney yang, strengthening bones and muscles, removing blood stasis and pain for treating arthralgia and bone degeneration in the traditional Chinese medicine, the requirements of supplementing basic nutrient elements of bones and joints in modern nutriology and the elimination of local inflammation of joints, and has a good balance from comprehensive conditioning to local strengthening.
(2) The composition contains dimethyl sulfone, not only has the functions of diminishing inflammation and relieving pain, can relieve symptoms of arthritis and pain of patients, but also can promote the synthesis of collagen and multiple vitamins in vivo, further consolidate and strengthen the production of nutrients, strengthen the joint rehabilitation, and can exert the curative effect better than the prior art.
(3) The composition is simple to prepare and convenient to eat, can be taken and exerted only by being infused with water or being added into other liquid foods, can also be prepared into capsules and tablets, and has wide application range.
