(3) The composition is simple to prepare and convenient to eat, can be taken and exerted only by being infused with water or being added into other liquid foods, can also be prepared into capsules and tablets, and has wide application range.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The invention discloses a composition with a function of relieving joint inflammation and pain, and a person skilled in the art can realize the composition by appropriately improving parameters by referring to the content. It is expressly intended that all such similar substitutes and modifications which would be obvious to one skilled in the art are deemed to be included in the invention. While the detection methods of the present invention have been described in terms of preferred embodiments, it will be apparent to those of ordinary skill in the art that variations and modifications in the methods and applications described herein, as well as other suitable variations and combinations, may be made to implement and use the invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
In order to better illustrate the invention, reference will now be made to specific examples.
Example 1:
1. weighing 60g of collagen and 0.3g of vitamin, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 1;
2. weighing 1000g of dimethyl sulfone, adding the mixture 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 2;
3. weighing 4000g of dimethyl sulfone, 2500g of hyaluronic acid, 50g of rhizoma drynariae extract, 100g of epimedium extract, 100g of fructus psoraleae extract, 50g of pseudo-ginseng extract and 100g of eucommia bark extract, adding the mixture 2, and uniformly mixing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.
Example 2:
1. weighing 180g of collagen and K0.8g of vitamin, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 1;
2. weighing 3000g of dimethyl sulfone, adding the mixture 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 2;
3. weighing 12000g of dimethyl sulfone, 7500g of hyaluronic acid, 150g of rhizoma drynariae extract, 300g of epimedium extract, 300g of fructus psoraleae extract, 150g of pseudo-ginseng extract and 300g of eucommia bark extract, adding the mixture 2, and uniformly mixing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.
Example 3:
1. weighing 120g of collagen and K0.6g of vitamin, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 1;
2. weighing 2000g of dimethyl sulfone, adding the mixture 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 2;
3. weighing 8000g of dimethyl sulfone, 5000g of hyaluronic acid, 100g of rhizoma drynariae extract, 200g of epimedium extract, 200g of fructus psoraleae extract, 100g of pseudo-ginseng extract and 200g of eucommia bark extract, adding the mixture 2, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 3.
4. And (3) adding 30g of magnesium stearate into the mixture 3 prepared in the step (3), and tabletting to obtain the tablet product.
Example 4:
1. weighing 100g of collagen and K0.5g of vitamin, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 1;
2. weighing 1500g of dimethyl sulfone, adding the mixture 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 2;
3. 6000g of dimethyl sulfone, 6000g of hyaluronic acid, 80g of rhizoma drynariae extract, 250g of epimedium extract, 250g of fructus psoraleae extract, 100g of pseudo-ginseng extract and 200g of eucommia bark extract are weighed, the mixture 2 is added, and the mixture is uniformly mixed to obtain a mixture 3.
4. And (3) adding 15g of magnesium stearate into the mixture 3 prepared in the step (3), and filling into hard capsules to obtain the capsule product.
Example 5:
100 patients with osteoarthritis were selected and randomized into 5 groups (one control group and four experimental groups), the control group was administered with placebo for 4 weeks, and the experimental groups were administered with the formulations prepared in examples 1-4 for 4 weeks, respectively. WOMAC pain scores were given before and after administration (0-100 points, 0 points for no pain and 100 points for extreme pain). The following table shows the test results:

As can be seen from the above results, the preparations obtained in examples 1 to 4 have the function of relieving the pain of the joint inflammation.
The foregoing is directed to embodiments of the present invention and it is understood that various modifications and enhancements may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the principles of the invention, which should be considered as within the scope of the invention.
Claims (4)
1. A composition with a function of relieving joint inflammation and pain is characterized by comprising dimethyl sulfone, hyaluronic acid, collagen, vitamin K, a drynaria extract, an epimedium extract, a malaytea scurfpea fruit extract, a pseudo-ginseng extract and an eucommia bark extract.
2. The composition as claimed in claim 1, wherein the composition comprises, by weight, 1500 parts of methylsulfonylmethane 500-.
3. The composition according to any one of claims 1-2, wherein the composition is prepared by a process comprising the steps of:
step 1, weighing collagen and vitamin K, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 1;
step 2, weighing one fifth of dimethyl sulfone by weight, adding the mixture 1, and uniformly mixing to obtain a mixture 2;
and 3, weighing four fifths of dimethyl sulfone, hyaluronic acid, a rhizoma drynariae extract, an epimedium extract, a fructus psoraleae extract, a pseudo-ginseng extract and an eucommia bark extract, adding the mixture 2, and uniformly mixing to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine.
4. The composition according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the composition is also filled and prepared into capsules, and further added with 1.5 to 3 parts by weight of magnesium stearate to be compressed into tablets.
