背景技术
蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症(fattyliverhemorrhagicsyndrome，FLH)，是营养障碍、脂肪代谢紊乱、内分泌失调等原因引起肝细胞中脂肪沉积增多的一种特殊类型肝脏疾病，又称为脂肪肝出血综合症(FLHS)，是笼养蛋鸡最常见的脂类代谢紊乱疾病。以肝脏发生脂肪变性为主要病理变化，以个体肥胖、发病突然、病死率高为临床特征。已成为世界上很多国家的常见病，在我国也是许多养鸡企业及农户的最常见疾病之一。该病主要是由于鸡产蛋高峰期机体代谢旺盛，采食高能低蛋白日粮而使得脂肪代谢紊乱，导致极低密度脂蛋白合成及转运受阻，脂肪在肝细胞内过分堆积。且由于鸡的脂肪合成场所主要是肝脏，从而影响肝脏正常功能，严重时可造成肝细胞破裂，最终导致病鸡肝脏内出血而死亡。发病率在5％-10％，个别严重的养鸡场发病率高达30％，产蛋量下降5％～50％，该病一年四季均有发生，以夏季居多，危害极大，给养鸡业造成巨大的经济损失。
引起蛋鸡脂肪肝综合症的原因很多，其中包括遗传、营养、管理、环境、激素和毒性物质等。研究表明，一样的饲养条件，但不同品系的鸡对FLS的易感性不同，说明遗传因素对该病有影响。可能是在遗传选育时将产蛋率作为指标是导致蛋鸡发生脂肪肝的原因之一，高产蛋强度是一种较强的应激因素，很容易受某些亚临床疾病的激发而引发该病，而且高产时蛋鸡体内的雌激素代谢增强，肝脏脂肪的含量也增加。在营养因素方面，首先是能量过剩，能量摄入过多是本病形成的主要原因，特别是笼养蛋鸡容易发病。过多地摄入碳水化合物时，其过剩的部分转变为脂肪，引起肝脏脂变而导致肝细胞与血管壁变脆而发生肝脏出血。其次，饲料中能量蛋白比过高也是引起蛋鸡发病的诱因。进入肝脏的脂肪还需与蛋白质结合成脂蛋白才能运出肝脏，但低蛋白饲料难以提供足够的蛋白质与脂肪结合，从而导致脂肪在肝脏内大量沉积。同样高蛋白低能饲料也可造成脂肪的蓄积，因饲料中蛋白能量比值大，而相应的能量就偏小，一部分蛋白质及氨基酸脱去酰胺生成葡萄糖作为能源，从而脱氨后大量氮在肝脏内合成尿素，增加了肝脏的代谢负担，以致诱发或导致发病。
现有的蛋鸡脂肪肝预防手段主要包括以下几种：(1)单一地添加某些物质，如胆碱、甜菜碱、吡咯喹啉醌、抗氧化还原剂、中草药等；(2)降低能量水平、提高粗纤维水平和饲喂中草药；(3)提高蛋白水平。以上方法大多从单一的某个方面入手，而没有从蛋鸡肝脏脂质代谢的深层次原因和肝脏保护的角度出发，忽略了普遍存在的霉菌毒素对蛋鸡肝脏的损伤。因此，采用以上现有方法对蛋鸡脂肪肝的预防效果并不能达到最佳，而且简单直接地降低能量水平的饲养方法将会对高产鸡群的产蛋率产生负面效果，更加不利于生产经营。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供了一种防治蛋鸡脂肪肝综合征的药物添加剂。
本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种防治蛋鸡脂肪肝综合征的药物添加剂，其是由以下重量份数的原料组成：瓜蒌皮20-40份、柴胡6-8份、三七5-8份、丹参2-6份、槐米10-12份、月见草4-5份、扯根菜3-5份、鸡骨草6-8份、田基黄2-4份、黄芪2-4份、茯苓3-8份、当归1-5份、茺蔚子2-4份、山楂1-4份、天竺黄1-3份、白芥子2-3份、垂盆草3-9份、苦丁香2-4份、川芎2-8份、翻白草3-6份、小蓟1-5份、决明子2-6份、白术10-15份、泽泻6-12份、叶酸5-10份、大蒜素5-10份、香菇粉5-10份、枸杞粉3-6份和精细米糠粕5-10份。
一种如权利要求1所述防治蛋鸡脂肪肝综合征的药物添加剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)称取所述重量份数的原料进行充分混合，投进重压研磨式超微粉碎机内，粉碎处理成超微粉，并且全部通过80目筛；
(2)将上述过筛后的超微粉加水浸泡30分钟，浸泡好的混合料冷冻至全部冻结；
(3)用频率为20-30KHZ超声波仪进行超声粉碎处理，时间5min；
(4)将超声粉碎后的粉末用65-75％的酒精多次提取，合并浸出液，过滤，去除乙醇，浓缩，得药液添加剂。
所述蛋鸡脂肪肝综合征的药物添加剂混合在蛋鸡饲料中进行喂养使用。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：本发明提供一种取材容易、制备方便、减少药物残留及毒副作用，且价格低廉疗、效较好的药物添加剂，本发明具有整体疗效好、不易产生耐药性、残留低、毒副作用小等优点，并且能够维持蛋鸡高产蛋率和产蛋高峰期持续时间，从而在有效预防蛋鸡脂肪肝的基础上保证养殖户的经济效益，对于促进养鸡业的健康发展具有十分重要的经济和社会意义。

下面将结合本发明实施例，对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述，显然，所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例，而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例，本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例，都属于本发明保护的范围。

2.一种如权利要求1所述防治蛋鸡脂肪肝综合征的药物添加剂的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)称取所述重量份数的原料进行充分混合，投进重压研磨式超微粉碎机内，粉碎处理成超微粉，并且全部通过80目筛；
(2)将上述过筛后的超微粉加水浸泡30分钟，浸泡好的混合料冷冻至全部冻结；
(3)用频率为20-30KHZ超声波仪进行超声粉碎处理，时间5min；
(4)将超声粉碎后的粉末用65-75％的酒精多次提取，合并浸出液，过滤，去除乙醇，浓缩，得药液添加剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防治蛋鸡脂肪肝综合征的药物添加剂，其特征在于，所述蛋鸡脂肪肝综合征的药物添加剂混合在蛋鸡饲料中进行喂养使用。
