技术领域
本发明涉及中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗功血的药剂。
背景技术
更年期功能失调性子宫出血(以下简称“更年期功血”)是指更年期妇女因卵巢机能逐渐减退，以月经失调为特征的异常性子宫出血。属中医“崩漏”范畴，是妇科常见病、多发病。目前，西医多采用激素、诊刮止血、抗纤溶止血等方法来达到止血的目的。由于其副作用及病人的依从性等问题，临床治疗常常受到限制。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种治疗功血的药剂，本发明的中药组方既能化瘀止血，又能滋养肝肾，同时具有补气血的功效。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种治疗功血的药剂，其特征在于，由下列组分组成，各组分的重量份为：
马鞭草18-22、鹿衔草20-24、茜草8-11、益母草20-25、女贞子20-25、旱莲草12-18、北鱼黄草12-18、仙鹤草11-14、生地8-10、丹皮13-15、石斛6-8、太子参6-8、黄芪8-10、棕榈炭8-10、荆芥炭11-14、白芍8-10、山茱萸8-10、紫珠11-14、桑寄生10-12。
所述的治疗功血的药剂，其特征在于，由下列组分组成，各组分的重量份为：
马鞭草20、鹿衔草22、茜草10、益母草22、女贞子22、旱莲草15、北鱼黄草15、仙鹤草12、生地9、丹皮14、石斛7、太子参7、黄芪9、棕榈炭9、荆芥炭12、白芍9、山茱萸9、紫珠12、桑寄生11。
制备方法：按中药的常规煎煮方法制成汤剂或制成丸剂。
用法与用量：日服1剂，煎水分2至3次服完。3月为一疗程，仅经期服用，月经干净后停止服用，轻度患者服用1个疗程可彻底改善，重度患者服用2个疗程可彻底改善。
有益效果：
本发明的中药组方简单、验、廉，采用了古代经典方“二至丸”和现代名老中医夏桂成的“四草汤”的组合，具有既能化瘀止血，又能滋养肝肾，同时具有补气血的功效，临床应用治疗更年期功血取得了很好的疗效。
具体实施方式
一种治疗功血的药剂，其特征在于，由下列组分组成，各组分的重量份为：
马鞭草20、鹿衔草22、茜草10、益母草22、女贞子22、旱莲草15、北鱼黄草15、仙鹤草12、生地9、丹皮14、石斛7、太子参7、黄芪9、棕榈炭9、荆芥炭12、白芍9、山茱萸9、紫珠12、桑寄生11。
用法与用量：日服1剂，煎水分2至3次服完。3月为一疗程，轻度患者服用1个疗程可彻底改善，重度患者服用2-3个疗程可彻底改善。
将临床60例更年期功能失调性子宫出血的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组40例给予本发明的中药组方，煎成汤剂，对照组20例给予女性激素类药物治疗。结果：治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组，治疗组无明显副作用，而对照组有明显的药物不良反应。
结论：本发明的中药组方治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血疗效显著。
典型病例
周某，女，48岁，2012年1月10日，自诉子宫不规则出血，经期长短不一，出血量或多或少，甚至大量出血，持续了病程4个月，妇科检查及B超盆腔检查均无子宫及附件器质性病变，
给予服用本发明的中药组方每日1剂，水煎服，每日2次服用。出血量多时每日3次服用。连服4天后止血，停止服用。下次月经来潮时继续服用，待月经干净则停服。3个月经周期为1个疗程。控制出血后，连续3个月月经周期、经期及经量正常，血红蛋白＞100g/L，自觉不适症状消失。
陈某，女，50岁，2012年6月10日，自诉子宫不规则出血，经期长短不一，出血量或多或少，甚至大量出血，持续了病程6个月，妇科检查及B超盆腔检查均无子宫及附件器质性病变。
