Abstract
本发明提供了一种抗静电涤纶复合织物,由涤纶纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的混纺纱制备而成,所述的涤纶纤维为抗静电改性的涤纶纤维,所述的涤纶纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的重量比为(4‑6):(1‑3):1。本发明的抗静电涤纶复合织物,通过织物结构设计,获得的复合织物,具有良好的抗静电和舒适性性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗静电涤纶复合织物,属于功能性复合织物技术领域。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对穿着的舒适性的要求也越来越高,人们对于织物不仅追求漂亮的外观,还需要织物具备其他的功能,如具有吸湿排汗、抗菌除臭、阻燃耐热、防紫外线、防水透气等,这对面料的阻燃隔热功能提出了更高的要求。
涤纶纤维服装具有耐穿、 挺括和易洗涤等优点,但涤纶纤维吸湿性和抗污性差, 易产生静电。与涤纶等合成纤维相比, 天然纤维的穿着舒适性和卫生保健性更为优越。改善合成纤维的不足, 实现合成纤维天然化, 使合成纤维具有天然纤维的功能, 已成为国内外的研究热点。
功能性织物的生产有纺丝前加入功能性助剂制成功能性纤维和织成织物后再用功能性助剂进行后整理两种方法,前者效果持久,耐洗性好,但是处理工艺比较复杂,后者处理工艺较简单,但生产中三废多 ,其耐洗性及效果较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种抗静电涤纶复合织物。
本发明的抗静电涤纶复合织物,由涤纶纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的混纺纱制备而成,所述的涤纶纤维为抗静电改性的涤纶纤维,所述的涤纶纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的重量比为(4-6):(1-3):1。
所述的抗静电改性方法为将耐热性抗静电剂分散在聚酯熔体中,纺丝成涤纶纤维。
本发明的抗静电涤纶复合织物,通过织物结构设计,获得的复合织物,具有良好的抗静电和舒适性性能。

1.一种抗静电涤纶复合织物,其特征在于,所述的抗静电涤纶复合织物由涤纶纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的混纺纱制备而成,所述的涤纶纤维为抗静电改性的涤纶纤维,所述的涤纶纤维、大豆蛋白纤维和蚕丝纤维的重量比为(4-6):(1-3):1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电涤纶复合织物,其特征在于,所述的抗静电改性方法为将耐热性抗静电剂分散在聚酯熔体中,纺丝成涤纶纤维。
