噻菌灵,别名特克多、涕必灵、硫苯唑,属于苯并咪唑类杀菌剂,为高效、广谱、内吸性杀菌剂,兼有保护和治疗作用。主要用于蔬菜、水果类的防腐。
迄今为止,尚未发现肉桂腈和噻菌灵的药剂组合物用于水果蔬菜保鲜的报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于水果蔬菜保鲜的药剂组合物,通过肉桂腈和噻菌灵的混配,制成一定配比的保鲜剂,用来防治水果蔬菜采摘后腐烂病害,效果好,用药量低,可以很好的延缓水果蔬菜的腐烂及病害问题。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种含肉桂腈和噻菌灵的药剂组合物,其特征在于:由有效成分肉桂腈、噻菌灵和辅料组分构成,有效成分的总重量百分含量为1%~90%。
所述药剂组合物中,肉桂腈和噻菌灵的质量比为60:1~1:80。
所述药剂组合物中,肉桂腈和噻菌灵进一步优化的质量比为10:1~1:20。
所述农药组合物按照本领域已知技术可加工成乳油、悬乳剂、水分散性粒剂、可湿性粉剂、水乳剂、微胶囊悬浮剂。
本发明为乳油时,各组分的重量百分含量为:
肉桂腈:1-45%
噻菌灵:1-40%
溶剂:3-30%
乳化剂:5-15%
本农药组合物乳油具体加工步骤为:按上述配方用溶剂将肉桂腈和噻菌灵溶解,加入乳化剂,在搅拌釜中搅拌均匀,即可制备本组合物的乳油制剂。
本发明为可湿性粉剂时,各组分的重量百分含量为:
肉桂腈1-30%
噻菌灵1-50%
分散剂3-10%
润湿剂1-8%
填料补齐至100%
本农药组合物可湿性粉剂具体加工步骤为:按上述配方将肉桂腈和噻菌灵以及分散剂、润湿剂和填料混合,在搅拌釜中均匀搅拌,经气流粉碎机后混合均匀,即可制备成本发明组合物的可湿性粉剂。
本发明为水分散粒剂时,各组分的重量百分含量为:
肉桂腈1-35%
噻菌灵1-40%
分散剂2-8%
润湿剂2-8%
崩解剂2-4%
填料补齐至100%
本农药组合物水分散粒剂具体加工步骤为:按上述配方将肉桂腈、噻菌灵和分散剂、润湿剂、崩解剂以及填料混合均匀,用超微气流粉碎机粉碎,经捏合,然后加入流化床造粒干燥机中进行造粒、干燥、筛分后经取样分析,制得本发明所述的组合物的水分散粒剂。
本发明为悬乳剂时,各组分的重量百分含量为:
肉桂腈1-40%
噻菌灵1-40%
分散剂3-6%
润湿剂1~4%
防冻剂0.5-4%
增稠剂0.1-3%
消泡剂0.1-1%
水补齐至100%
本农药组合物悬浮剂的加工步骤为:先将助剂混合,经高速剪切混合均匀,加入肉桂腈和噻菌灵原药,在砂磨机中磨3~4小时,使微粒粒径全部在5μm以下,制得本发明所述的组合物悬乳剂。
该发明为水乳剂时,各组分的重量百分含量为:
肉桂腈1-35%
噻菌灵1-35%
乳化剂2-6%
溶剂3-5%
防冻剂1-3%
增稠剂0.1-5%
消泡剂0.1-1%
水补齐至100%
本农药组合物水乳剂的加工步骤为:将肉桂腈、噻菌灵、溶剂和乳化剂加在一起,溶解成均匀的油相;将水、防冻剂等混合在一起成均匀的水相;高速搅拌下同时将水相加入油相中,高速剪切5-10min,形成水包油型水乳剂。即制得本发明所述的组合物水乳剂。
本发明为微胶囊悬浮剂时,组分的重量百分含量为:
肉桂腈1-40%
噻菌灵1-40%
囊皮材料0.5-4%
溶剂1-3%
分散剂1-4%
乳化剂2-4%
增稠剂1-2%
pH调节剂0-2%
水补齐至100%
(1)将肉桂腈和噻菌灵溶解于溶剂中,加入囊皮材料搅拌均匀得到油相;(2)在水中加入乳化剂、辅助剂搅拌均匀得到水相;(3)水相加入到油相中,高速均化形成水包油乳液;(4)在450转/分转速条件下,加入多元胺参加界面聚合反应,反应温度升至25℃-70℃,保持2-24小时固化成囊;(5)加入分散剂、增稠剂,搅拌均匀即制成微囊悬浮剂。
本发明所述的乳化剂是烷基苯萘磺酸盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸盐、二苯基酚聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚、苯乙烯酚聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、二苯基酚聚氧乙烯聚甲醛缩合物、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物、NNO、NP、农乳500、农乳600、吐温-80、聚乙烯醇中的一种或几种。
本发明所述分散剂是木质素磺酸盐、脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯嵌段共聚物、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的润湿剂选自:十二烷基硫酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、拉开粉BX、烷基苯磺酸钠、聚氧乙烯三苯乙烯苯基磷酸盐、皂角粉中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的崩解剂选自:膨润土、尿素、硫酸铵、氯化铝、柠檬酸、丁二酸、碳酸氢钠中的一种或多种。
本发明所述的填料选自:高岭土、硅藻土、膨润土、凹凸棒土、白炭黑、淀粉、轻质碳酸钙中的一种或多种。
本发明所述增稠剂是硅酸镁铝、黄原胶、羟甲基纤维素、阿拉伯树胶、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮中的一种或是几种。
本发明所述防冻剂选自:乙二醇、丙二醇、丙三醇、聚乙二醇中的一种或几种。
本发明所述消泡剂选自:硅油、硅酮类化合物、C10-20饱和脂肪酸类化合物、C8-10脂肪醇类化合物和聚氧乙烯甘油醚中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的囊皮材料为甲苯基异氰酸酯、多亚甲基多甲苯异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯、脲醛树脂中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的溶剂是甲苯、二甲苯、乙醇、N,N-二甲基甲酰胺、三氯甲烷、环己酮、环己烷、丙酮中的一种或几种。
本发明所述的pH调节剂主要有盐酸、冰醋酸、柠檬酸、氢氧化钠、氨水、乙二胺、三乙醇胺、三乙胺中的一种。
本发明的农药组合物与现有技术相比,产生以下有益效果:(1)与单剂相比,该组合物对水果、蔬菜防腐烂明显增效,明显提高了防治效果,显著降低了用药成本;(2)对水果蔬菜兼有保鲜和抑菌的功能;(3)可大幅度减少用药量,有效减少农药残留。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作详细阐述,将肉桂腈和噻菌灵按不同比例加工成制剂,实施例中的百分比为重量百分比;但本发明并不局限于此。
实施例1:20%肉桂腈·噻菌灵乳油
肉桂腈10%,噻菌灵10%,丙酮15%,乙醇5%,农乳600#1.5%,蓖麻油聚乙二醇缩合物1.5%,乙醇补足至100%,搅拌均匀,制得20%肉桂腈·噻菌灵乳油。
实施例2:35%肉桂腈·噻菌灵可湿性粉剂
肉桂腈15%,噻菌灵20%,脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐5%,皂角粉6%,硫酸铵3.5%,二氧化硅15%,轻质碳酸钙补至100%,混合后用气流粉碎机粉碎,制得35%肉桂腈·噻菌灵可湿性粉剂。
实施例3:30%肉桂腈·噻菌灵水分散粒剂
肉桂腈15%,噻菌灵15%,脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐4%,甲基脂肪酰胺苯磺酸钠3%,聚氧乙烯三苯乙烯苯基磷酸盐5%,尿素2%,膨润土补足到100%,混合造粒制得30%肉桂腈·噻菌灵水分散粒剂。
实施例4:40%肉桂腈·噻菌灵悬乳剂
肉桂腈20%,噻菌灵20%,烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚4%,NNO3%,硅酸镁铝1%,黄原胶0.15%,乙二醇1%,聚氧乙烯甘油醚0.5%,水补足到100%,均匀混合后投入砂磨机,研磨至粒径5μm,制成40%肉桂腈·噻菌灵悬乳剂。
实施例5:30%肉桂腈·噻菌灵水乳剂
肉桂腈15%,噻菌灵15%,NP-104%,二甲基甲酰胺5%,环己酮3%,硅酸镁铝3%,尿素2%,聚氧乙烯甘油醚0.5%,水补足到100%。用溶剂将原药溶解,在恒定转速下将溶液缓慢加入到水相中,制得30%肉桂腈·噻菌灵水乳剂。
实施例6:35%肉桂腈·噻菌灵微胶囊悬浮剂
肉桂腈10%,噻菌灵25%,二甲基甲酰胺5%,二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯0.5%,聚乙烯醇2%,脂肪酰胺N-甲基牛磺酸钠盐1%,己二胺1%,阿拉伯树胶2%,水补足至100%,按上述方法制得30%肉桂腈·噻菌灵微胶囊悬浮剂。
使用上述药剂组合物的方法为将复配制剂加水均匀稀释到1000~5000mg/L,将水果蔬菜浸泡或均匀喷洒,已达到保鲜和延长储存期的目的。
实验数据
一、供试药剂:肉桂腈原药;噻菌灵原药
二、供试作物:柑橘
三、测定方法:
采用室内测定的方法。
采用浸渍法,通过两者不同配比的复配剂测定对柑橘的保鲜效果,以500mg/L剂量为标准,确定复配剂的配方比例。
表1、表2给出了2种药剂不同比例混配对柑橘的保鲜测定结果;

注:轻度腐烂以柑橘发霉面积小于1/4为准,中度腐烂以大于1/4小于1/2为准,重度腐烂以大于1/2为准,下同。

通过表1、表2可以看出,在实验剂量下,肉桂腈和噻菌灵不同比例复配对柑橘保鲜防腐起到了很好的作用,在60:1~1:80比例范围内显示了很好的增效作用,特别是10:1~1:20范围内,效果更加突出。
以上可见,肉桂腈、噻菌灵两种药剂混配在水果蔬菜保鲜方面,有良好的应用前景。
除此之外,该配方还可制作成技术人员容易想到的剂型或溶液用于蔬菜水果或其物体的防腐保鲜。
Claims (4)
1.一种含肉桂腈和噻菌灵的药剂组合物,其特征在于:由有效成分肉桂腈、噻菌灵及辅料组分构成,有效成分的总重量百分含量为1%~90%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的药剂组合物,其特征在于:所述药剂组合物中肉桂腈和噻菌灵的质量比为60:1~1:80。
3.根据权利要求1所述的药剂组合物,其特征在于:所述药剂组合物中肉桂腈和噻菌灵的质量比为10:1~1:20。
4.根据权利要求1所述的药剂组合物,其特征在于:所述药剂组合物的剂型为乳油、悬浮剂、水分散性粒剂、可湿性粉剂、水乳剂、微胶囊悬浮剂。
