发明内容
在一个实施例中,本发明提供了具有减小的死区的用于控制车辆的移动的单个操作杆驱动系统。例如,车辆可包括前端装载机、起重机、或者远程控制车辆。在基于电压的操作杆中,可以通过改变电压或电流参数在控制器中实现死区的修改。在具有经处理的输出的操作杆中,可通过改变输出来实现死区修改。另外,可通过改变操作杆的机械学来在机械上完成死区修改。

4.如权利要求3所述的系统,其中,根据定义的X轴死区区域,X轴死区宽度在Y轴范围的末端等于零。
5.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中基于从由用户输入和车辆系统构成的组中选择的一个源接收的死区范围输入来调整X轴死区区域的Y轴范围。
6.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中Y轴范围在从Y轴原点位置到小于或等于操作杆手柄的最大Y轴行程距离的16%的距离的任一方向延伸。
7.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中X轴死区区域由从矩形、圆形、十字形、菱形、四角星形以及椭圆形构成的组中选择的形状定义。
8.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中控制器进一步配置为:
基于操作杆手柄的X轴位置确定Y轴死区宽度,
确定操作杆手柄的Y轴位置是否在所确定的Y轴死区宽度内,
当操作杆手柄的Y轴位置在所确定的Y轴死区宽度外时,基于Y轴位置来操作车辆,以及
当操作杆手柄的Y轴位置在所确定的Y轴死区宽度内时,基于等于Y轴死区默认值的Y轴位置来操作车辆。
9.如权利要求8所述的系统,其中Y轴死区默认值为指示操作杆手柄的Y轴原点位置的值。
10.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中控制器包括处理器和存储指令的存储器,所述指令当被处理器执行时控制控制器的操作。
11.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中控制器容纳于操作杆的基座内。
12.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中控制器包括电子车辆控制系统。
