技术领域
本发明涉及一种高气密性的传递窗,属于洁净室技术领域。
背景技术
传递窗作为洁净室的一种辅助设备,主要用于洁净区与洁净区、非洁净区与洁净区之间的小件物品的传递,以减少洁净室的开门次数,最大限度的降低洁净区的污染。传递窗广泛应用于微细科技、生物实验室、制药厂、医院、食品加工业、LCD、电子厂等等一切需要空气净化的场所。
现有的传递窗的门与箱体之间的间隙影响气密效果。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种高气密性的传递窗。
本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种高气密性的传递窗,包括窗体,所述窗体两侧均设置有与窗体转动连接的窗门,所述窗门处设置有密封条,所述密封条包括底座、固定块和移动块,所述固定块和移动块分别位于底座的两侧,所述移动块通过弹性件与底座相连,所述底座与窗体固定连接,所述移动块宽度方向上的两侧均为斜面,所述窗体上方设置有高效过滤器,所述高效过滤器连接一环形出风口,所述环形出风口上开设有多个出风孔。
所述的一种高气密性的传递窗,所述高效过滤器内部具有过滤装置,所述过滤装置由第一过滤网、第二过滤网和位于第一过滤网和第二过滤网之间的吸附层组成。

所述的一种高气密性的传递窗,所述窗门上设置有朝向窗体的突出部,所述突出部的外径与窗体的内径相同,所述突出部还安装有密封圈。

本发明的传递窗通过设置密封条大大提高了窗体的密封性能,同时,通过高效过滤器对窗体进行净化,设置的环形出风口,覆盖面大,能够充分快速的对窗体进行净化。

如图所示,本发明的一种高气密性的传递窗,包括窗体1,所述窗体1两侧均设置有与窗体1转动连接的窗门2,所述窗门2处设置有密封条3,所述密封条3包括底座31、固定块32和移动块33,所述固定块32和移动块33分别位于底座31的两侧,所述移动块33通过弹性件8与底座31相连,所述底座31与窗体1固定连接,所述移动块33宽度方向上的两侧均为斜面,所述窗体1上方设置有高效过滤器4,所述高效过滤器4连接一环形出风口5,所述环形出风口5上开设有多个出风孔51。所述移动块33的表层为耐磨层,耐磨层提高了移动块33的使用寿命。所述弹性件8为弹簧。
所述高效过滤器5内部具有过滤装置6,所述过滤装置6由第一过滤网61、第二过滤网62和位于第一过滤网61和第二过滤网62之间的吸附层63组成,通过第一过滤网61、第二过滤网62和吸附层63提高了过滤装置6的过滤效果。
所述第一过滤网61为波浪形,波浪形增加了第一过滤网61的过滤面积,进一步提高过滤效果,更进一步地,第二过滤网62同样为波浪形。
所述窗门2上设置有朝向窗体1的突出部21,所述突出部21的外径与窗体1的内径相同,所述突出部21还安装有密封圈7。突出部21与密封圈7结合使用,能够提高窗门2与窗体1连接处的密封性能,从而提高窗体1内部的洁净度。
所述窗体1内各倒角处为圆弧状,不容易积灰,提高窗体1内部的洁净度。所述窗体1内还可以安装有紫外灯(未示出),紫外灯可以对窗体1内部进行杀菌消毒,提高窗体1内部的洁净度。
本发明的传递窗,底座31与窗体1固定连接,窗门2关闭时,固定块32位于窗门2的内侧,移动块33位于窗门2的外侧,对窗门2与窗体1之间的缝隙进行密封,打开窗门2时,窗门2下压移动块33,带动弹性件8收缩,从而顺利开启窗门2,关闭时,移动块33在弹性件8的作用下弹起,再次进行密封。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高气密性的传递窗,其特征是,所述高效过滤器内部具有过滤装置,所述过滤装置由第一过滤网、第二过滤网和位于第一过滤网和第二过滤网之间的吸附层组成。
