本发明公开了一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:抗菌整理助剂12~25%、磷/硅阻燃整理助剂8~15%、软化剂1~3%、非离子表面活性剂2~5%、去离子水余量;所述的抗菌整理助剂为聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷,所述的磷/硅阻燃整理助剂为γ?缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二甲基?2?甲基丙烯酰氧基?乙基磷酸酯。本发明采用环保型的原料制得具有抗菌、阻燃功能的织物整理剂,环保性优良;采用本发明的整理剂处理的织物具有优良的阻燃性及阻燃性的耐久性;采用本发明的整理剂处理的织物同时具有优良的抗菌性能,经30次洗涤后依然保持较高抑菌性能,从而保护人体健康。

一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种环保型的抗菌阻燃织物整理剂。
背景技术
随着科技的发展及人们环保意识的提高,纺织品已经步入绿色环保的生产道路,这要求纺织品的生产不能对生态环境造成影响。纺织品生产的任何过程中,有害物溢出、污水和有害气体的排放,都会直接造成土壤与地下水污染,导致自然生态环境的恶化及生物种群失调或消灭。这些都是世界环保组织和各国政府所不允许的。
随着人们生活质量的不断提高,人们对与生活息息相关的纺织品的要求越来越高,特别是安全、舒适、清洁、健康等观念的形成,使纺织品的防霉、抗菌、防臭等后整理加工越发受到人们的重视。在生活中,人们不可避免地接触各种各样的真菌、细菌等微生物,在合适的外界条件下,这些微生物会迅速繁殖,并影响人们的身体健康和正常的生活。抗菌整理就是使日常织物具有抑制菌类生长的功能,保持卫生的衣着生活环境,保证人体健康。
具有阻燃效果的整理剂使经过整理的织物具有不同程度的阻止火焰蔓延的能力,当离开火源后,能迅速停止燃烧。由于织物为易燃物而且燃烧产生的热量巨大,因此对织物进行阻燃整理可在一定程度上避免意外事故的发生,保护人们的安全。
现有的整理剂无法满足织物对环保、抗菌和阻燃整理工艺的需求,而且整理剂的环保、抗菌以及阻燃性能有待提高。
发明内容
针对现有技术不足,本发明提供了一种环保性优良的具有抗菌、阻燃功能的织物整理剂。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案为:一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂,由以下原料组成:抗菌整理助剂、磷/硅阻燃整理助剂、软化剂、非离子表面活性剂、去离子水;
所述原料的质量百分比为:抗菌整理助剂12~25%、磷/硅阻燃整理助剂8~15%、软化剂1~3%、非离子表面活性剂2~5%、去离子水余量;
所述的抗菌整理助剂为聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷,所述聚六亚甲基双胍为主抗菌助剂,所述芦荟苷为辅抗菌助剂,所述聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷的质量份比为6~9:1;
所述的磷/硅阻燃整理助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二甲基-2-甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基磷酸酯,其质量份比为1~2:1。
进一步地,所述软化剂为二甘醇,用于起到软化整理的作用。
进一步地,所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯。
所述的一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂的制备方法:将非离子表面活性剂和软化剂加入去离子水中低速搅拌均匀,然后加入抗菌整理助剂并低速搅拌至均匀状态,最后加入磷/硅阻燃整理助剂,高速搅拌均匀后既得环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂。
所述的聚六亚甲基双胍为环保型高分子聚合物,无腐蚀性、无色、无毒、无嗅、无副作用,具有有效浓度低、作用速度快、杀菌广谱、性质稳定、易溶于水及阻燃性好的特性,可在常温下安全使用,实现织物的长期抑菌;
所述的芦荟苷为双子叶植物芦荟提取物,具有较强的抑菌、杀菌作用,而且兼具抗辐射的作用,可以弥补聚六亚甲基双胍对真菌类微生物抑制活性稍差的不足。
所述的磷/硅阻燃整理助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二甲基-2-甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基磷酸酯形成的阻燃体系,避免了含醛交联剂的加入,具有良好的反应性能,表现出良好的阻燃性能及耐久性。磷系、硅系等阻燃剂在燃烧过程中的产物低烟低毒,是一种环境友好型的阻燃剂,所述的磷/硅阻燃整理助剂体系中的阻燃元素具有协同效应,较单一阻燃剂表现出更出色的阻燃性能,可降低织物燃烧时的初始分解温度,同时提高了其高温残炭量,使织物在燃烧时在外表面形成连续而致密的炭层,进而隔热、隔气,阻止纤维进一步燃烧。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点:本发明采用环保型的原料制得具有抗菌、阻燃功能的织物整理剂,环保性优良;采用本发明的整理剂处理的织物具有优良的阻燃性及阻燃性的耐久性;采用本发明的整理剂处理的织物同时具有优良的抗菌性能,经30次洗涤后依然保持较高抑菌性能,从而保护人体健康。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:抗菌整理助剂18%、磷/硅阻燃整理助剂12%、软化剂2%、非离子表面活性剂3%、去离子水余量;
所述的抗菌整理助剂为聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷,所述聚六亚甲基双胍为主抗菌助剂,所述芦荟苷为辅抗菌助剂,所述聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷的质量份比为8:1;所述的磷/硅阻燃整理助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二甲基-2-甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基磷酸酯,其质量份比为3:2。
进一步地,所述软化剂为二甘醇,用于起到软化整理的作用;所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯。
所述的一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂的制备方法:将非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和软化剂二甘醇加入去离子水中低速搅拌均匀,然后加入抗菌整理助剂并低速搅拌至均匀状态,最后加入磷/硅阻燃整理助剂,高速搅拌均匀后既得环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂。
实施例2:一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:抗菌整理助剂12%、磷/硅阻燃整理助剂8%、软化剂二甘醇1%、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯2%、去离子水余量;
所述的抗菌整理助剂为聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷,所述聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷的质量份比为6:1;所述的磷/硅阻燃整理助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二甲基-2-甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基磷酸酯,其质量份比为1:1。

所述的抗菌整理助剂为聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷,所述聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷的质量份比为7:1;所述的磷/硅阻燃整理助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二甲基-2-甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基磷酸酯,其质量份比为5:3。
所述的一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂的制备方法,其具体步骤同实施例1。
对比例1:一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:磷/硅阻燃整理助剂12%、软化剂二甘醇2%、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯3%、去离子水余量;
所述的磷/硅阻燃整理助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二甲基-2-甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基磷酸酯,其质量份比为3:2。
所述的一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂的制备方法:将非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和软化剂二甘醇加入去离子水中低速搅拌均匀,然后加入加入磷/硅阻燃整理助剂,高速搅拌均匀后既得环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂。
对比例2:一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂,包括以下质量百分比的原料:抗菌整理助剂18%、:软化剂二甘醇2%、非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯3%、去离子水余量;
所述的抗菌整理助剂为聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷,所述聚六亚甲基双胍为主抗菌助剂,所述芦荟苷为辅抗菌助剂,所述聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷的质量份比为8:1。
所述的一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂的制备方法:将非离子表面活性剂脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯和软化剂二甘醇加入去离子水中低速搅拌均匀,然后加入抗菌整理助剂并低速搅拌至均匀状态,既得环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂。
为了测试本发明整理剂的抗菌性能及阻燃性能,采用实施例1-5及对比例1、2所得整理剂按照浴比为1:20对纯棉白色针织织物进行浸渍处理,控制整理剂用量为2.0%o.w.f,将织物常温整理浸渍2h后自然晾干。采用GB/T 20944.3-2008纺织品抗菌性能评价第3部分对整理织物进行抗菌性评价,并采用相同的方法对织物经30次洗涤晾干后的抗菌性进行评价,具体结果如表1所示;采用GB/T 5455-1997和GB/T 8629-2001标准方法对整理织物进行阻燃性和阻燃耐水洗性能进行测试,具体结果如表2所示。

1.一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂,其特征在于,由以下原料组成:抗菌整理助剂、磷/硅阻燃整理助剂、软化剂、非离子表面活性剂、去离子水;
所述原料的质量百分比为:抗菌整理助剂12~25%、磷/硅阻燃整理助剂8~15%、软化剂1~3%、非离子表面活性剂2~5%、去离子水余量;
所述的抗菌整理助剂为聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷,所述聚六亚甲基双胍为主抗菌助剂,所述芦荟苷为辅抗菌助剂,所述聚六亚甲基双胍和芦荟苷的质量份比为6~9:1;
所述的磷/硅阻燃整理助剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和二甲基-2-甲基丙烯酰氧基-乙基磷酸酯,其质量份比为1~2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂,其特征在于:所述软化剂为二甘醇。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂,其特征在于:所述的非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯。
4.权利要求1所述的一种环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将非离子表面活性剂和软化剂加入去离子水中低速搅拌均匀,然后加入抗菌整理助剂并低速搅拌至均匀状态,最后加入磷/硅阻燃整理助剂,高速搅拌均匀后既得环保型抗菌阻燃整理剂。
