Abstract

本发明公开了一种衣物油墨去除剂,是由以下质量百分含量的组分制成:1~3%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,1~3%月桂酰肌氨酸钠,15~20%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,10~15%单乙醇胺,3~5%三乙醇胺,5~10%丙二醇,10~15%丁醇,5~10%十二烷基苯磺酸钠,3~5%仲烷基磺酸钠,5~10%草酸,余量为水。本发明的衣物油墨去除剂配方合理科学,各组分协同增效,去污能力强,易漂洗,不影响衣物色泽。本发明还公开了一种衣物油墨去除剂的制备方法,通过分步混合搅拌即可得到本发明的衣物油墨去除剂,工艺步骤简单,对设备无特殊要求,易实施,适合工业化生产。

Description

一种衣物油墨去除剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗涤剂,尤其是涉及一种衣物油墨去除剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前人们在办公、学习、书法或绘画时,衣物上很容易沾染上墨水、颜料等油墨,这些油墨不仅影响衣物外观,而且不易去除。
目前最常用的做法便是采用肥皂、洗衣粉、洗衣液、漂白剂等常规洗涤剂对衣物沾染部位进行洗涤,但是上述方法去除效果差,甚至会造成二次污染或影响衣物的色泽,也有部分人会采用生姜擦拭污染部位再用清水漂洗,或浸于醋液中进行洗涤等非常规方式对衣物污染部位进行洗涤,同样的,油墨去除效果较差,甚至会使衣物带上异味。因此有必要开发一种针对衣物上油墨的去除剂。
公开日2006年2月1日,公开号CN1727412A的中国专利公开了一种油墨去除剂膏体,包含以下重量百分比的组分:摩擦剂2~65%,成型剂3~40%,溶剂10~90%,摩擦剂采用胶粘剂类摩擦剂或其与水不溶性摩擦剂的混合物,胶粘剂类摩擦剂包括无机胶粘剂、有机胶粘剂或其混合物,水不溶性摩擦剂包括氢氧化铝、二氧化硅、焦磷酸钙、磷酸氢钙、碳酸钙、偏磷酸钠、硅铝酸钠、磷酸三钙、无水硅酸中的一种或任意几种的混合物。该油墨去除膏体只能用于去除纸上钢笔、钢笔、水笔等字迹,并不能用于去除衣物上的油墨。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决现有衣物上沾染油墨后不易去除的问题,提供了一种配方科学合理,去污能力强,易漂洗,不影响衣物色泽的衣物油墨去除剂。
本发明还提供了一种衣物油墨去除剂的制备方法,工艺步骤简单,对设备无特殊要求,易实施,适合工业化生产。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种衣物油墨去除剂,是由以下质量百分含量的组分制成:1~3%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,1~3%月桂酰肌氨酸钠,15~20%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,10~15%单乙醇胺,3~5%三乙醇胺,5~10%丙二醇,10~15%丁醇,5~10%十二烷基苯磺酸钠,3~5%仲烷基磺酸钠,5~10%草酸,余量为水。本发明提供了一种衣物油墨去除剂,该去除剂中,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠易溶于水,具有优良的去污、乳化和抗硬水性能,生物降解性好,且易清洗;月桂酰肌氨酸钠与月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠具有良好的协同作用,能使本发明具有更为优异的渗透性和清洁性能;烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚具有良好的分散和湿润性能,可降低水溶液的表面张力,使覆盖在衣物表面的油墨卷缩成小颗粒状,再借助摩擦力和水流冲击力,使小油珠从织物表面脱离,从而达到去除油墨的目的,且不会对衣物造成二次污染;单乙醇胺和三乙醇胺协同增效,可改进油性污垢,特别是油墨的去除,从而提高本发明对油墨的去除效果;丙二醇和丁醇可提高本发明的稳定性能;十二烷基苯磺酸钠和仲烷基磺酸钠均具有良好的表面活性,亲水性较强,有效降低油-水界面的张力,能提高本发明中各组分的分散均匀性;墨水的主要成分是鞣酸亚铁,它能溶于水,又能被氧化成鞣酸铁,而鞣酸铁却是不容易水的黑色沉淀,搁久了,鞣酸亚铁若变成鞣酸铁就不容易洗净了,而草酸能把鞣酸铁重新还原成鞣酸亚铁,从而大大提高本发明对衣物上墨水的去除能力。本发明配方合理科学,各组分协同增效,去污能力强,易漂洗,不影响衣物色泽,特别适合用于去除衣物上的油墨等污渍。
一种衣物油墨去除剂的制备方法,具体步骤为:按上述质量百分比称取各组分后,先将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和仲烷基磺酸钠加入水中,搅拌均匀,再加入其他剩余组分,搅拌均匀即得衣物油墨去除剂。通过分步混合搅拌即可得到本发明的衣物油墨去除剂,工艺步骤简单,对设备无特殊要求,易实施,适合工业化生产。
作为优选,水的温度控制在20~40℃。
因此,本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)提供了一种衣物油墨去除剂,配方合理科学,各组分协同增效,去污能力强,易漂洗,不影响衣物色泽,特别适合用于去除衣物上的油墨等污渍;
(2)提供了一种衣物油墨去除剂的制备方法,通过分步混合搅拌即可得到本发明的衣物油墨去除剂,工艺步骤简单,对设备无特殊要求,易实施,适合工业化生产。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的描述。
在本发明中,若非特指,所有百分比均为重量单位,所有设备和原料均可从市场购得或是本行业常用的,下述实施例中的方法,如无特别说明,均为本领域常规方法。
实施例1
按1%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,1%月桂酰肌氨酸钠,15%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,10%单乙醇胺,3%三乙醇胺,5%丙二醇,10%丁醇,5%十二烷基苯磺酸钠,3%仲烷基磺酸钠,5%草酸,余量为水的质量百分比称取各组分后,先将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和仲烷基磺酸钠加入水中,水的温度控制在20℃,搅拌均匀,再加入其他剩余组分,搅拌均匀即得衣物油墨去除剂。
实施例2
按3%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,3%月桂酰肌氨酸钠,20%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,15%单乙醇胺,5%三乙醇胺,10%丙二醇,15%丁醇,10%十二烷基苯磺酸钠,5%仲烷基磺酸钠,10%草酸,余量为水的质量百分比称取各组分后,先将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和仲烷基磺酸钠加入水中,水的温度控制在40℃,搅拌均匀,再加入其他剩余组分,搅拌均匀即得衣物油墨去除剂。
实施例3
按2%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,2%月桂酰肌氨酸钠,18%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,12%单乙醇胺,4%三乙醇胺,7%丙二醇,12%丁醇,7%十二烷基苯磺酸钠,4%仲烷基磺酸钠,8%草酸,余量为水的质量百分比称取各组分后,先将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和仲烷基磺酸钠加入水中,水的温度控制在30℃,搅拌均匀,再加入其他剩余组分,搅拌均匀即得衣物油墨去除剂。
本发明的衣物油墨去除剂使用方法为,将衣物上沾有油墨的部分置于本发明的衣物油墨去除剂中浸泡5分钟以上,搓洗后用水洗净即可,一次不能洗净,再重复浸泡、搓洗即可。
本发明的衣物油墨去除剂,配方合理科学,各组分协同增效,去污能力强,易漂洗,不影响衣物色泽,不会对衣物造成二次污染,因此特别适合用于去除衣物上的油墨等污渍。
以上所述的实施例只是本发明的一种较佳的方案,并非对本发明作任何形式上的限制,在不超出权利要求所记载的技术方案的前提下还有其它的变体及改型。

Claims (3)

1.一种衣物油墨去除剂,其特征在于,是由以下质量百分含量的组分制成:1~3%月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,1~3%月桂酰肌氨酸钠,15~20%烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚,10~15%单乙醇胺,3~5%三乙醇胺,5~10%丙二醇,10~15%丁醇,5~10%十二烷基苯磺酸钠,3~5%仲烷基磺酸钠,5~10%草酸,余量为水。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的衣物油墨去除剂的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤为:按上述质量百分比称取各组分后,先将月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂酰肌氨酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸钠和仲烷基磺酸钠加入水中,搅拌均匀,再加入其他剩余组分,搅拌均匀即得衣物油墨去除剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的衣物油墨去除剂的制备方法,其特征在于,水的温度控制在20~40℃。
