本发明涉及可剥离涂料,具体涉及一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料及其制备方法与使用。
背景技术
易拉罐的诞生,对环保很有意义,尤其是塑料制品风行之后带来了一系列环境问题,而易拉罐喝完之后将空罐踩瘪就可以回收再利用,非常方便,再加上其轻便、易携带的特性,年轻人拉开拉环举罐畅饮的感觉也很豪爽。因此,这种又酷又时尚的包装形式几十年来一直风靡全世界,被广泛用于啤酒、饮品、罐头等食品包装中。据悉,全世界每年生产的铝制易拉罐大约已经超过2000亿个,易拉罐已成为人们日常接触和使用最多、最频繁的包装容器之一。易拉罐、瓶装饮料,是不是打开就能喝。据调查,大多数人都是打开即饮,即使有讲究点的,也就是拿手蹭蹭罐口,顶多用餐巾纸擦几下,但是餐巾纸很难将罐口凹槽的细菌都擦净,而且餐巾纸本身是否洁净,是否携带细菌也很难保证,还有人用吸管,其实更糟糕,因为吸管大多都是长时间暴露在外面的,而吸管卫生安全也很难有保障。根据试验结果每个罐头口,随便一擦,就有40多万细菌,经检测,这些细菌有大肠杆菌、葡萄球菌、细螺旋病毒、不动杆菌、链球菌等,这个浓度很可能导致拉肚子等疾病,对于一些抵抗力弱的人群严重的可能会造成致命后果。
绝大多数易拉罐都是整体暴露在外,在运输和储存过程中极易被灰尘和微生物等污染,尤其是罐盖及拉环处更是容易藏匿脏物,不易清理,这就可能因沾染了致病菌和病毒而感染人体。另外,暴露的过程中,难免有苍蝇等昆虫落在上面,也很难避免老鼠等与罐体接触,而老鼠本身就可传播鼠疫、流行性出血热、钩端螺旋体等多种疾病,其排泄物中也存在致病菌,如果真的污染了罐口,人们不加清洁就嘴对嘴喝饮料,就会引发疾病。除了拉环可能带来问题外,易拉罐罐体上用彩色油墨印刷的字体、图案也可能带来安全卫生隐患。油墨中含有胶料、颜料和溶剂等,这些都是不可食用的物质,但却容易污染罐口,从而进入人的口中,长久以往,对健康的危害不容小觑。
每一种食品都离不开“安全、卫生、环保、美观”等要素,但排在第一位的应该是安全,其次是卫生、环保等要素。现有技术中的易拉罐饮品因存在上述不足,消费者在引用过程中存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种安全、卫生、环保的应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料及其制备方法与使用方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其原料由以下重量份的组分组成:
成膜物 20~35份; 润湿剂 0.1~0.5份; 剥离剂 0.05~0.3份;
消泡剂 0.1~0.3份; 抗菌剂 0.3~0.8份; 溶 剂 60~80份;
所述成膜物由改性醋酸乙烯树脂和改性聚酰胺树脂按重量比1:3~5组成;
所述润湿剂为有机硅类润湿剂或氟类润湿剂;
所述剥离剂为有机硅类剥离剂,例如聚二甲基硅氧烷类剥离剂;
所述消泡剂为有机硅氧烷类消泡剂或聚醚类消泡剂;
所述抗菌剂为玻璃基纳米银离子;
所述溶剂为乙醇溶剂。

本发明所述的一种可剥离防污涂料的制备方法如下:在通风干燥的环境中,首先将乙醇溶剂按加入到加热搅拌桶内,将温度设定在60~70℃,启动搅拌器缓慢搅拌后加入成膜物并搅拌,待成膜物完全溶解后,依次加入润湿剂、消泡剂、剥离剂及抗菌剂,然后搅拌均匀,静置,出料,得到可剥离防污涂料。
本发明所述可剥离防污涂料应用于易拉罐,其使用方法如下:将所述可剥离防污涂料涂覆(浸涂/喷涂/刷涂均可)于易拉罐体表面,自然干燥或低温烘干后,在易拉罐体表面形成一层致密牢固均匀的保护膜层,形成的保护膜层可覆盖易拉罐体任何不规则的曲面或高光洁度的表面。
本发明采用以上技术方案,制备得到的可剥离防污涂料是一款液态成膜材料,均由食品级原料制备而成。所述可剥离防污涂料涂覆于易拉罐体表面,干燥后可以形成一层致密牢固均匀的保护膜层,覆盖于易拉罐任何不规则的曲面或高光洁度的表面,起到隔绝灰尘和细菌污染的作用。消费者在拉开拉环的同时可轻松地把保护膜层整块带起揭掉,操作方便,可代替原来消费者用手擦/用水冲/用纸擦等方式,无需担忧卫生状况,还消费者“一饮而尽”的畅快淋漓感觉。本发明还具有以下优点:
1、本发明原料体系不含氯、重金属、有毒元素等,对易拉罐基材无腐蚀,干燥快,施工时间短。2、保护膜层可覆盖易拉罐任何不规则的曲面或高光洁度的表面,不留死角。3、固化形成的保护膜膜不溶于水,透明,具有绝缘、防尘、隔绝细菌污染、耐油、耐海水、耐紫外线、抗老化、耐稀酸稀碱、耐摩擦、防锈、防氧化变色、耐日光曝晒的功能。4、保护膜层透明、便于检查,封存方便,启用迅速。5、本发明的可剥离防污涂料通过美国食品与药品管理局(FDA)的食品卫生标准及美国ASTM F963-11的安全卫生标准检测,可放心使用。

聚二甲基硅氧烷类剥离剂BT-1143B 0.2份;
聚醚类消泡剂BEK-760 0.15份;
玻璃基纳米银离子 0.6份;
乙醇溶剂 75份;
所述成膜物由改性醋酸乙烯树脂和改性聚酰胺树脂按重量比1:5组成。
实施例4
一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其原料由以下重量份的组分组成:
成膜物 35份;
氟类润湿剂FS-310 0.5份;
二甲基硅氧烷类剥离剂BT-3193 0. 3份;
聚醚类消泡剂DF-4226 0. 3份;
玻璃基纳米银离子 0.8份;
乙醇溶剂 80份;
所述成膜物由改性醋酸乙烯树脂和改性聚酰胺树脂按重量比1:3.5组成。
实施例5
一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料的制备方法如下:按重量比,称取各原料,在通风干燥的环境中,首先将乙醇溶剂加入到加热搅拌桶内,将温度设定在60~70℃,启动搅拌器缓慢搅拌后加入成膜物并搅拌,待成膜物完全溶解后,依次加入润湿剂、消泡剂、剥离剂及抗菌剂,然后搅拌均匀,静置,出料,得到可剥离防污涂料。
实施例6
一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料的使用方法如下:将可剥离防污涂料涂覆(浸涂/喷涂/刷涂均可)于易拉罐体表面,自然干燥或低温烘干后,在易拉罐体表面形成一层致密牢固均匀的保护膜层,形成的保护膜层可覆盖易拉罐体任何不规则的曲面或高光洁度的表面,起到隔绝灰尘和防止细菌污染的作用。
Claims (11)
1.一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其特征在于:其原料由以下重量份的组分组成:
成膜物 20~35份; 润湿剂 0.1~0.5份; 剥离剂 0.05~0.3份;
消泡剂 0.1~0.3份; 抗菌剂 0.3~0.8份; 溶 剂 60~80份;
所述成膜物由改性醋酸乙烯树脂和改性聚酰胺树脂按重量比1:3~5组成;
所述润湿剂为有机硅类润湿剂或氟类润湿剂;
所述剥离剂为有机硅类剥离剂;
所述消泡剂为有机硅氧烷类消泡剂或聚醚类消泡剂;
所述抗菌剂为玻璃基纳米银离子;
所述溶剂为乙醇溶剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其特征在于:所述有机硅类润湿剂为BYK-346。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其特征在于:所述氟类润湿剂为FY-F502。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其特征在于:所述有机硅类剥离剂为silok-8000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其特征在于:所述有机硅类剥离剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷类剥离剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其特征在于:所述聚二甲基硅氧烷类剥离剂为BT-1143B或BT-3193。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其特征在于:所述有机硅氧烷类消泡剂为B-296或TEGO Airex902W。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其特征在于:所述聚醚类消泡剂为BEK-760或DF-4226。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料,其特征在于:所述原料均为食品级原料。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:首先将乙醇溶剂加入到加热搅拌桶内,将温度设定在60~70℃,启动搅拌器搅拌后加入成膜物并搅拌,待成膜物完全溶解后,依次加入润湿剂、消泡剂、剥离剂及抗菌剂,然后搅拌均匀,静置,出料,得到可剥离防污涂料。
11.如权利要求1所述的一种应用于易拉罐的可剥离防污涂料的使用方法,其特征在于:将所述可剥离防污涂料涂覆于易拉罐体表面,自然干燥或烘干后,在易拉罐体表面形成一层保护膜层。
