本发明提供了一种外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧设备,包括煅烧室腔体、位于煅烧室腔体外部的蓄热器、位于煅烧室腔体内部的多个煅烧梁、安装在煅烧梁两端与蓄热器连接的控温输送管、与蓄热器连接的燃烧器,所述煅烧梁的截面为倒置的U形结构,U形中心空隙为燃气分散通道,燃气分散通道两端与控温输送管连通。本发明煅烧梁采用倒置的U形结构,U形中心空隙作为燃气分散通道,燃烧气流在燃气分散通道的下端U形敞口向煅烧室分散形成煅烧带,煅烧带的高温气流分布更加均匀,避免了煅烧过程中出现生烧、过烧现象,扩散的高温气流便于燃料充分燃烧,减少能源消耗量,有利于节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及煅烧竖窑技术领域,尤其涉及一种外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧设备。
背景技术
外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑具有设备制造维修成本低、煤粉能源热利用率高、煅烧石灰质量高的优点,正在逐渐被市场接受。煅烧设备是外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的关键构成部分,现有技术中煅烧设备的煅烧梁均为矩形箱体加设喷烧嘴的样式,这种样式的煅烧梁容易形成喷烧嘴附近温度高,煅烧带温度偏析现象,影响外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧质量。因此,有必要提供一种适用于外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧设备来解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧设备,这种煅烧设备具有煅烧效果好、制造难度低、能源消耗少的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧设备,其特征在于:包括煅烧室腔体、位于煅烧室腔体外部的蓄热器、位于煅烧室腔体内部的多个煅烧梁、安装在煅烧梁两端与蓄热器连接的控温输送管、与蓄热器连接的燃烧器,所述煅烧梁的截面为倒置的U形结构,U形中心空隙为燃气分散通道,燃气分散通道两端与控温输送管连通;U形结构煅烧梁的内层为耐热材料衬套、中间层为隔热涂层、外层为中空钢结构外梁,中空钢结构外梁的中空腔体为导热油道,中空钢结构外梁外侧设有导热油进口和导热油出口。
作为本技术方案的进一步改进,所述控温输送管两端采用法兰盘固定安装,控温输送管的管体内壁设有隔热陶瓷涂层、管壁上设有热电偶和调温气孔。
与现有技术相比,本发明煅烧梁采用倒置的U形结构,U形中心空隙作为燃气分散通道,燃烧气流在燃气分散通道的下端U形敞口向煅烧室分散形成煅烧带,煅烧带的高温气流分布更加均匀,避免了煅烧过程中出现生烧、过烧现象,扩散的高温气流便于燃料充分燃烧,减少能源消耗量,有利于节能环保。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1至图3所示,本发明提供一种外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧设备,包括煅烧室腔体1、位于煅烧室腔体外部的蓄热器2、位于煅烧室腔体内部的多个煅烧梁3、安装在煅烧梁两端与蓄热器连接的控温输送管4、与蓄热器连接的燃烧器5,所述煅烧梁3的截面为倒置的U形结构,U形中心空隙为燃气分散通道31,燃气分散通道两端与控温输送管4连通;U形结构煅烧梁的内层为耐热材料衬套32、中间层为隔热涂层33、外层为中空钢结构外梁34,中空钢结构外梁的中空腔体为导热油道35,中空钢结构外梁外侧设有导热油进口36和导热油出口37;所述控温输送管4两端采用法兰盘41固定安装,控温输送管的管体内壁设有隔热陶瓷涂层42、管壁上设有热电偶43和调温气孔44。
基于上述结构设计的外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧设备,具体实施时,燃料先在燃烧器5燃烧然后送入蓄热器2,随着燃烧器5内不断燃烧煤粉,蓄热器内高温燃烧气体压力不断升高,在煅烧室腔体负压的作用,高温燃烧气体不断向控温输送管4传送。控温输送管4是高温燃烧气体的通道,通过调温气孔44外补空气的方式,将高温燃烧气体调节成石灰煅烧需要的合适温度,经燃气分散通道31的下端U形敞口向煅烧室分散形成煅烧带,对石灰实施煅烧。倒置的U形结构煅烧梁3上端封闭,高温燃烧气体先向下扩散再反向向上运行,分布更加均匀,燃料燃烧更加充分。中空钢结构外梁的导热油道35内可以设置支撑隔板。煅烧梁3的燃气分散通道31贯穿整个煅烧室腔体,多个煅烧梁3并排排列均匀分布在煅烧室腔体的横截面。

1.一种外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧设备,其特征在于:包括煅烧室腔体、位于煅烧室腔体外部的蓄热器、位于煅烧室腔体内部的多个煅烧梁、安装在煅烧梁两端与蓄热器连接的控温输送管、与蓄热器连接的燃烧器,所述煅烧梁的截面为倒置的U形结构,U形中心空隙为燃气分散通道,燃气分散通道两端与控温输送管连通;U形结构煅烧梁的内层为耐热材料衬套、中间层为隔热涂层、外层为中空钢结构外梁,中空钢结构外梁的中空腔体为导热油道,中空钢结构外梁外侧设有导热油进口和导热油出口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外置燃烧蓄热式石灰竖窑的煅烧设备,所述控温输送管两端采用法兰盘固定安装,控温输送管的管体内壁设有隔热陶瓷涂层、管壁上设有热电偶和调温气孔。
