本发明公开了一种振动给料机激振装置,包括通过联轴器(2)与电机(1)连接的左轴(5),左轴上安装左偏心块(4),左偏心块两侧对称布置左偏心块轴承(3),左轴右端安装左盘(6);左轴右侧同心安装右轴(14),右轴上安装右偏心块(12),右偏心块两侧对称布置右偏心块轴承(13),右轴左端安装右盘(11);左盘与右盘安装于壳体(7)内,壳体外侧安装线圈(9),左盘与右盘构成的空间内充满磁流变液(8)。本发明利用磁流变液在磁场作用下粘性迅速增大,接近固体,失去磁场后迅速恢复普通油液粘性的特性,实现两种激振力的切换,满足设备满足起动和正常运行不同激振力的需求,且结构简单、维护方便,具有广泛的适用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种振动给料机激振装置,尤其是一种能够实现起动激振力和正常运行激振力可自动切换、操作方便的,能够用于振动给料机满载起动工况的激振装置。
背景技术
振动给料机依靠振动进行工作,实际运行过程中,经常出现振动给料机需要在满载工况,即给料槽内装满物料的工况下起动,由于系统的阻尼较大,满载起动时需要较大的激振力才能使给料机起振。现有的振动给料机通常采用增大激振力的方法来满足该种工况的要求,但在振动给料机运行起来后,激振力又富余量过大,造成了一定的损耗。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种振动给料机激振装置,结构简单、维护方便,能够在振动给料机起动时提供较大的激振力,振动给料机正常运行后激振力自动降至正常值,满足设备满足起动和正常运行不同激振力的需求,具有广泛的适用性。
为了实现上述目的,本振动给料机激振装置包括通过联轴器与电机连接的左轴,左轴上安装有左偏心块,左偏心块两侧对称布置有左偏心块轴承,左轴右端安装有左盘;
左轴右侧同心安装有右轴,右轴上安装有右偏心块,右偏心块两侧对称布置有右偏心块轴承,右轴左端安装有右盘;
左盘与右盘安装于壳体内,壳体外侧安装有线圈,左盘与右盘构成的空间内充满磁流变液。
进一步,壳体与左盘和右盘的结合处设置有密封圈。
与现有技术相比,本振动给料机激振装置利用磁流变液在磁场作用下粘性迅速增大,接近固体,失去磁场后迅速恢复普通油液粘性的特性,实现两种激振力的切换,满足设备满足起动和正常运行不同激振力的需求,且结构简单、维护方便,具有广泛的适用性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步说明。
如图1所示,本振动给料机激振装置包括通过联轴器2与电机1连接的左轴5,左轴5上安装有左偏心块4,左偏心块4两侧对称布置有左偏心块轴承3,左轴5右端安装有左盘6;
左轴5右侧同心安装有右轴14,右轴14上安装有右偏心块12,右偏心块12两侧对称布置有右偏心块轴承13,右轴14左端安装有右盘11;
左盘6与右盘11安装于壳体7内,壳体7外侧安装有线圈9,左盘6与右盘11构成的空间内充满磁流变液8。
进一步,壳体7与左盘6和右盘11的结合处设置有密封圈10。通过密封圈10的作用,对左盘6和右盘11中的磁流变液8形成密封效果。
本振动给料机激振装置的工作原理如下:
如图1所示,当振动给料机需要满载起动时,线圈9得电,磁流变液8在磁场作用下固化,将左盘6与右盘11固联在一起,左盘6与右盘11将同步旋转,此时,电机1通过联轴器2带动左轴5旋转,左轴5通过右盘11、左盘6和磁流变液8形成的整体带动右轴14旋转,从而左偏心块4和右偏心块12将随右轴14同步旋转,此时即能够提供较大的激振力,使振动给料机实现满载起动。
当振动给料机正常运行后,线圈9失电,磁场消失,磁流变液8恢复到常态下的油液特性,失去传动能力,右轴14不再旋转,只有左轴5在电机1的带动下旋转,即只有左偏心块4提供激振力,满足振动给料机的正常运行需求。
综上所述,本振动给料机激振装置利用磁流变液在磁场作用下粘性迅速增大,接近固体,失去磁场后迅速恢复普通油液粘性的特性,实现两种激振力的切换,满足设备满足起动和正常运行不同激振力的需求,且结构简单、维护方便,具有广泛的适用性。

1.一种振动给料机激振装置,其特征在于,
包括通过联轴器(2)与电机(1)连接的左轴(5),左轴(5)上安装有左偏心块(4),左偏心块(4)两侧对称布置有左偏心块轴承(3),左轴(5)右端安装有左盘(6);
左轴(5)右侧同心安装有右轴(14),右轴(14)上安装有右偏心块(12),右偏心块(12)两侧对称布置有右偏心块轴承(13),右轴(14)左端安装有右盘(11);
左盘(6)与右盘(11)安装于壳体(7)内,壳体(7)外侧安装有线圈(9),左盘(6)与右盘(11)构成的空间内充满磁流变液(8)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种振动给料机激振装置,其特征在于,
壳体(7)与左盘(6)和右盘(11)的结合处设置有密封圈(10)。
