Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型打印机,适用于医疗领域,安装板、固定板、供纸轴、胶棒和打印部,所述打印部安装在安装板上,所述打印部包括相互连接的打印头和缓冲机构,本发明打印头与缓冲机构连接,当打印头加工存在误差时,通过缓冲机构仍然能使打印头与胶棒全面贴合在一起,避免出现打印不全或者打印头损坏的现象,本发明的新型打印机结构简单,维护方便,更换碳带便捷,降低生产成本,提高打印效率。

本发明涉及药房自动化包装设备技术领域,具体而言,涉及一种打印机。
背景技术
随着医疗政策和医疗需求的不断变化,越来越多的药品需要进行单独小剂量包装,例如一个药袋中只盛装一天或一次的剂量,同时需要将药品的名称、用量等信息打印在药袋上。现有的医疗用包药打印机结构复杂,打印头处与胶棒始终贴合在一起,并且是刚性配合,如果工件存在加工误差,会造成打印质量差,清晰度不一致。现有技术中碳带与药袋同时行进,当药袋或者碳带缺纸时,不易进行更换,同时,当打印头出现故障停止工作时,维修不便。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种打印机,本发明的打印机结构简单,维护方便,更换碳带便捷,降低生产成本,提高打印效率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种打印机,包括安装板、固定板、供纸轴、胶棒和打印部,所述打印部安装在安装板上,所述打印部包括相互连接的打印头和缓冲机构。
进一步,所述缓冲机构包括固定块、导杆和导块,所述固定块的两端分别与打印头和导杆固定连接,所述导杆套在导块内,所述导杆外套有弹簧一,所述弹簧一的两端分别与固定块和导块相抵。
进一步,所述打印头、固定块和导块的一侧均与安装板固定连接,所述打印头、固定块和导块的另一侧均与固定板固定连接。
进一步,所述打印机还包括旋转部,所述旋转部与所述安装板固定连接,通过所述旋转部带动所述安装板旋转,实现打印头与胶棒的接触。
进一步,所述旋转部包括旋转轴、转动轴和凸轮,所述凸轮与电机连接,所述转动轴固定在安装板上,并且与凸轮抵靠,所述旋转轴穿过安装板,并与机架活动连接。
进一步,所述旋转部还包括轴承一,所述轴承一套装在转动轴的外侧。
进一步,所述供纸轴包括轴本体、轴套、轴承二、弹簧二和回弹块,所述轴套、轴承二和回弹块依次套在轴本体上,所述轴承二安装在安装板上,所述回弹块与轴本体固定连接,所述弹簧二的两端分别与轴承二和回弹块固定连接。
进一步,所述轴本体设有法兰盘,所述轴套与法兰盘相抵,所述供纸轴还包括止动套、压紧套、弹簧三和顶盖,所述压紧套套在轴本体上,并与轴本体固定连接,所述顶盖、弹簧三和止动套依次套在压紧套上,所述止动套与所述轴套相抵,所述顶盖与所述压紧套螺纹连接。
进一步,所述弹簧三与所述止动套之间还设有摩擦片。
本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明打印头与缓冲机构连接,当打印头加工存在误差时,通过缓冲机构仍然能使打印头与胶棒全面贴合在一起,避免出现打印不全或者打印头损坏的现象;
2、本发明通过旋转部的旋转实现打印头与胶棒的贴合或分离,打印头无需始终与胶棒贴合在一起,碳带也无需始终与药袋贴合在一起同步行进,因此,打印机的维修更为方便,碳带的更换也更为便捷;
3、本发明的供纸轴具有差动转动的功能,即不妨碍碳带的正常使用,又能防止碳带转动过度,保证碳带始终处于张紧状态。

具体实施方式
为了使本领域的人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合本发明的附图,对本发明的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述,基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的其它类同实施例,都应当属于本申请保护的范围。
实施例一:
如图1和图2所示,一种打印机,包括安装板1、固定板2、供纸轴3、回收轴4、胶棒6和打印部5,所述打印部5的两端分别与安装板1和固定板2固定连接,供纸轴3和回收轴4的一端安装在安装板1上,未使用的碳带套在供纸轴3上,使用之后的碳带通过回收轴4回收。所述打印部5包括相互连接的打印头51和缓冲机构,所述缓冲机构包括固定块52、导杆53和导块54,所述固定块52的两端分别与打印头51和导杆52固定连接,所述导杆52套在导块54内,导杆52的外径小于导块54的内径,即导杆52能够在导块54内轻微晃动,导块54固定在打印机的机架上,所述导杆53外套有弹簧一(图中未示出),所述弹簧一的两端分别与固定块52和导块54相抵。所述打印头51、固定块52和导块54的一侧均与安装板1固定连接,打印头51、固定块52和导块54的另一侧均与固定板2固定连接。安装板1上还设有导辊12和光电检测器13,导辊12用于支撑和限制碳带的轨迹,导辊12设有3根,光电检测器13设于其中2根导辊12之间,用于检测碳带是否正常工作,是否用完。
如图3和图4所示,所述打印机还包括旋转部,安装板1上设有旋转孔11,所述旋转部与所述安装板1固定连接,通过所述旋转部带动所述安装板1旋转,从而带动安装板1上的打印部5转动,实现打印头51与胶棒6的接触。打印头51和胶棒6都具有一定的长度,在加工打印头51和胶棒6时,如果存在一定的加工误差,往往会造成打印头51和胶棒6不能全部贴合,可能会有未贴合在一起的部分,在这种情况下,如果没有缓冲机构,打印出的结果会不全,造成一定的浪费,本发明由于导杆53能够在导块54内轻微晃动,从而使打印头51具有一定的自由度,保证即使存在加工误差的情况下,打印头51也能与胶棒6全面贴合。所述旋转部包括旋转轴、转动轴73和凸轮71,所述凸轮71与电机72连接,所述转动轴73固定在安装板1上,并且与凸轮71抵靠,所述旋转轴穿过安装板1的旋转孔11,并与机架活动连接。所述旋转部还包括轴承一74,所述轴承一74套装在转动轴73的外侧,如不安装轴承一74,转动轴73与凸轮71外表面为滑动摩擦,摩擦系数较大,凸轮71和转动轴73的磨损都较为严重,安装轴承一74之后,轴承一74与凸轮71之间为滚动摩擦,减少凸轮71、轴承一74和转动轴73的磨损。电机72带动凸轮71转动,再通过轴承一74和转动轴73实现安装板1绕旋转轴转动,当打印头51与胶棒6贴合在一起时,电机72停止转动,使打印头51开始工作,当突然断电或其他紧急情况出现时,凸轮71恢复至转动前的位置,安装板1在重力的作用下回落,使打印头51与胶棒6分离。
如图5和图6所示,所述供纸轴3包括轴本体31、轴套32、轴承二38、弹簧二42、回弹块39、止动套33、压紧套34、弹簧三36和顶盖35,所述轴套32、轴承二38和回弹块39依次套在轴本体31上,所述轴承二38安装在安装板1上,所述回弹块39与轴本体31固定连接,所述弹簧二42的两端分别与轴承二38和回弹块39固定连接。所述轴本体31设有法兰盘,所述轴套32与法兰盘相抵,压紧套34的一端也设有法兰盘,所述压紧套34套在轴本体31上,并与轴本体31固定连接,所述顶盖35、弹簧三36和止动套33依次套在压紧套34上,所述止动套33与所述轴套32相抵,所述顶盖35与所述压紧套34螺纹连接。所述弹簧三36与所述止动套33之间还设有摩擦片37,摩擦片37用于保护与弹簧接触的部件表面,避免部件表面被划伤。使用时,碳带套在轴套32外侧,当碳带受到牵引转动时,常常由于惯性造成碳带转动过度,使碳带不能始终处于张紧状态。本发明的供纸轴3在使用时,由于轴套32与碳带之间有摩擦力,轴套32也会随着碳带转动,同时轴本体31和止动套33与轴套32之间都存在摩擦力,并且回弹块39与轴本体31连接为一体,所以轴本体31和回弹块39也会发生转动,由于弹簧二42的两端分别固定在轴承二38和回弹块39上,而轴承二38固定在安装板1上,轴承二38不会发生转动,因此回弹块39转动之后使弹簧二42处于拉伸状态。当碳带和轴套32停止转动后,在弹簧二42的拉力作用下,回弹块39和轴本体31发生反向转动,从而带动轴套32和碳带也反向转动,使碳带始终处于张紧状态。弹簧三36的两端分别与止动套33和顶盖35相抵,轴套32的两端分别与止动套33和轴本体31的法兰盘相靠紧,通过拧动顶盖35调整弹簧三36的压缩程度,调整轴套32与轴本体31之间的摩擦力,最终实现轴本体31和轴套32带动碳带回弹,并且回弹的力度恰到好处,既能够将碳带张紧,又不至于将碳带拉断。
此外,应当理解,虽然本说明书按照实施方式加以描述,但并非每个实施方式仅包含一个独立的技术方案,说明书的这种叙述方式仅仅是为清楚起见,本领域技术人员应当将说明书作为一个整体,各实施例中的技术方案也可以经适当组合,形成本领域技术人员可以理解的其他实施方式。

Claims (6)

1.一种打印机,包括安装板、固定板、供纸轴、胶棒和打印部,所述打印部安装在安装板上,其特征在于,所述打印部包括相互连接的打印头和缓冲机构;
所述缓冲机构包括固定块、导杆和导块,所述固定块的两端分别与打印头和导杆固定连接,所述导杆套在导块内,导杆的外径小于导块的内径,所述导杆外套有弹簧一,所述弹簧一的两端分别与固定块和导块相抵;
所述供纸轴包括轴本体、轴套、轴承二、弹簧二和回弹块,所述轴套、轴承二和回弹块依次套在轴本体上,所述轴承二安装在安装板上,所述回弹块与轴本体固定连接,所述弹簧二的两端分别与轴承二和回弹块固定连接,所述轴本体设有法兰盘,所述轴套与法兰盘相抵,所述供纸轴还包括止动套、压紧套、弹簧三和顶盖,所述压紧套套在轴本体上,并与轴本体固定连接,所述顶盖、弹簧三和止动套依次套在压紧套上,所述止动套与所述轴套相抵,所述顶盖与所述压紧套螺纹连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述打印头、固定块和导块的一侧均与安装板固定连接,所述打印头、固定块和导块的另一侧均与固定板固定连接。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述打印机还包括旋转部,所述旋转部与所述安装板固定连接,通过所述旋转部带动所述安装板旋转,实现打印头与胶棒的接触。
4.根据权利要求3所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述旋转部包括旋转轴、转动轴和凸轮,所述凸轮与电机连接,所述转动轴固定在安装板上,并且与凸轮抵靠,所述旋转轴穿过安装板,并与机架活动连接。
5.根据权利要求4所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述旋转部还包括轴承一,所述轴承一套装在转动轴的外侧。
6.根据权利要求1所述的打印机,其特征在于,所述弹簧三与所述止动套之间还设有摩擦片。
