本发明涉及一种JT铂金板制造技术——加温法,其特征在于:所述加温法就是通过把原来的聚苯板放入一个加入阻燃液的容器中,使阻燃液得温度加热到50°以上,进而使阻燃液完全快速渗透到聚苯板里,最后把聚苯板烘干、晾晒打包而成。本发明为一种可节约能源,缩短渗透时间且工艺简单的制造技术。它可以解决现有技术中聚苯板可完全被阻燃液浸透,进而达到A级防火功效的问题。

本发明专利技术涉及一种易燃聚苯板改造为防火聚苯板技术,属于保温板技术领域。
背景技术
随着建筑外墙保温体系的应用越来越广泛,人们对外墙保温材料的性能及技术的要求也不断增加,对外墙保温材料的级别要求也越来越严格,必须达到国家规定的A级标准。
高层建筑保温材料标准的出台和大众节能环保意识的逐步强化,对建筑节能提出了更高的要求,然而市场上常用的保温板例如岩棉板、聚苯板,挤塑板、真金板、硅质板等产品保温性能好的,防火性能一般,防火性能好的,保温性能一般,不能达到两者兼顾的最优效果。在生产过程中都未能找到一种有效的、快捷的制造方法来使聚苯板达到国家规定的要求。

本发明专利的目的是:生产出一种防火的聚苯板
本发明专利采用如下技术方案:
一种JT铂金板制造技术——加温法,其特征在于:所述加温法就是通过把原来的聚苯板放入一个加入阻燃液的容器中,使阻燃液的温度加热到50°以上,进而使阻燃液完全快速渗透到聚苯板里,最后把聚苯板挤压、烘干、晾晒打包而成。

本发明专利一种JT铂金板制造技术——加温法,可以迅速使阻燃液渗透到聚苯板中,达到A级防火标准。
