本发明属于建筑涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种外墙隔热涂料。该外墙隔热涂料按质量份数计,包括如下组成成分和含量:碳酸钙100份;聚醋酸乙烯乳液15‑25份;钛白粉10‑20份;云母粉3‑5份;石蜡7‑9份;玻化微珠6‑12份;成膜助剂0.5‑1.5份;轻质填料10‑30份;水300份。本发明的外墙隔热涂料,原料选择和配比合理,价格低廉,使得隔热涂料具有多反射、小吸热、有效阻隔热量的传递。本发明可以有效推广应用建筑物的外墙中,具有良好的隔热效果。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种外墙隔热涂料。
背景技术
建筑材料在建筑物中使用的材料统称为建筑材料。新型建筑材料包括的范围很广,有保温材料、隔热材料、高强度材料、会呼吸的材料等都属新型材料,也是土木工程和建筑工程中使用的材料的统称。
随着建筑业的飞速发展,建筑节能的推行和发展,保温隔热材料与制品越来越受到人们的重视。目前,建筑节能保温形式有屋面保温、外墙保温、内墙保温 3 种。节能保温材料分主要有:有机保温材料(PU 发泡、聚苯乙烯泡沫、聚合酚醛树脂泡沫等)、无机保温材料(松散无机纤维及制品、多孔轻质颗粒保温砂浆、纤维 + 多孔颗粒混合型保温材料)。有机保温材料的导热系数低、保温效果好,但防火安全性差;无机保温材料虽然防火安全性好,但是其导热系数较高、保温效果较差。这些都已经无法满足建筑行业发展的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种外墙隔热涂料,所制得的外墙隔热涂料能够增强涂料的和易性、保水性和附着力,提高漆膜的耐水性、粘结力,使涂料具有优良的保温隔热、耐气候、防火等性能,且无毒无味、无污染、绿色环保。
实现本发明目的而采用的技术方案为:
一种外墙隔热涂料,该外墙隔热涂料按质量份数计,包括如下组成成分和含量:碳酸钙100份;聚醋酸乙烯乳液15-25份;钛白粉10-20份;云母粉3-5份;石蜡7-9份;玻化微珠6-12份;助剂0.5-1.5份;轻质填料10-30份;水300份。
优选地,该外墙隔热涂料按质量份数计,包括如下组成成分和含量:碳酸钙100份;聚醋酸乙烯乳液15份;钛白粉10份;云母粉5份;石蜡7份;玻化微珠12份;助剂0.5份;轻质填料30份;水300份。
优选地,该外墙隔热涂料按质量份数计,包括如下组成成分和含量:碳酸钙100份;聚醋酸乙烯乳液25份;钛白粉20份;云母粉3份;石蜡9份;玻化微珠6份;助剂1.5份;轻质填料10份;水300份。
优选地,所述轻质碳酸钙与硅藻土的重量比为4-6:1。
优选地,所述成膜助剂选自羟乙基甲基纤维素醚、羟甲基甲基纤维素醚中的一种。
本发明所产生的技术效果:
本发明的外墙隔热涂料,原料选择和配比合理,价格低廉,使得隔热涂料具有多反射、小吸热、有效阻隔热量的传递。本发明可以有效推广应用建筑物的外墙中,具有良好的隔热效果。

实施例1
一种外墙隔热涂料,该外墙隔热涂料按质量份数计,包括如下组成成分和含量:碳酸钙100份;聚醋酸乙烯乳液15份;钛白粉10份;云母粉5份;石蜡7份;玻化微珠12份;助剂羟乙基甲基纤维素醚0.5份;轻质填料30份;水300份。
其中,所述轻质填料为轻质碳酸钙与硅藻土的混合物,所述轻质碳酸钙与硅藻土的重量比为4:1。
实施例2
一种外墙隔热涂料,该外墙隔热涂料按质量份数计,包括如下组成成分和含量:碳酸钙100份;聚醋酸乙烯乳液15份;钛白粉10份;云母粉5份;石蜡9份;玻化微珠6份;助剂羟甲基甲基纤维素醚1.5份;轻质填料10份;水300份。
其中,所述轻质填料为轻质碳酸钙与硅藻土的混合物,所述轻质碳酸钙与硅藻土的重量比为6:1。
