本发明涉及精细化工的技术领域,具体地说是一种高性能禽蛋涂膜保鲜剂。
背景技术
禽蛋涂膜保鲜剂能在禽蛋产品的表面形成一层薄膜,从而阻止微生物的侵入、减少产品的水分蒸发,另外还可以形成一定的封闭环境,抑制禽蛋内二氧化碳的释放,避免pH值升高造成的蛋清稀化,从而延长产品的保鲜期。随着禽蛋涂膜保鲜技术研究的逐步深入,禽蛋涂膜保鲜剂的材料选择更加广泛和多元化,聚乙烯醇、液体石蜡、矿物油、凡士林等化工材料,蜂胶、壳聚糖及其衍生物、植物油等天然材料均应用于禽蛋及其产品的涂膜保鲜。但各种涂膜保鲜材料均具有一定的局限性,如安全性不高、阻湿性差、不易成膜、涂膜后产品感官不理想、成本高等,鉴于目前禽蛋涂膜保鲜材料存在的问题,为了满足市场需求,亟需一种各方面性能优异、安全、成本低、适用性强、应用范围广的新型涂膜保鲜材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安全实用、应用范围广的高性能禽蛋涂膜保鲜剂。
本发明的技术方案是一种高性能禽蛋涂膜保鲜剂,所述各原料按重量份组成:乙醇4-8份、环氧乙烷高级脂肪醇1-2份、司盘-800.5-1份、甘油0.5-1份、蜂蜡1-3份、水30-50份。
本发明的优点是可以有效阻止微生物入侵,防止禽蛋产品水分丧失,还可以调节气体成分抑制蛋清稀化作用,因此具有良好的保鲜效果,效果明显优于常用的禽蛋涂膜保鲜剂。此外,该禽蛋涂膜保鲜剂以天然成分为原料,安全无毒,涂膜工艺简单,适用性广。
